Life events before finding out who he was....
Events of Faldien so far:
*He robbed a group who were boasting of their large catches, and made off with 3 shiny bagged fishes.
* He sold a fish in a bag to a pleasant Nekomata around Belorad.
* He set a Dragon loose in Belosh when he sold a second bagged fish-- wait that wasn't a fish!
*Running from Belosh to Port Perom thinking he might turn his luck around, he was robbed by a short blue kid with a floating fish and a woman with some kind of wolf-cat animal.
*They made off with his precious chest, and the 3rd bagged fish inside it.
*Nearly lost his boat to thieves
*Was caught sailing from Port Perom to the Butterfly Den and shot at...
*Has had his first suuuper long bath.
*Is now injured, washed up on a beach.
*Has lost all of his worldly possessions.

About Faldien/Falen/Fal
Name:Faldien (Unknown last name) Goes by:Fal, Falen. Age:23-25 Race:Elf Gender:Male Pronouns:He/Him Sexual Orientation: Straight
Item: Electrified colour changing lucky chew toy. (Looks like a fishing rod, the ‘line and hook’ are painted onto the rubber and on the end of the hook there’s a four leaf clover. It seems to be changing colours… Oddly it appears to be sparking?)
Appearance:
Skin colour and appearance:Thicker than normal golden tan skin.
Eye colour:Forest green.
Hair colour and style:Brown with short back and sides, more length on top. Its ever so slightly wavy.
Ears:Pointed ears like a elf.
Physique: Well toned
Scars and unique markings:Scars from bullet wounds on his chest, shoulders, arms, legs and butt cheek.
Personality:
A Elf of many names, Fal has many stories. He's trying to figure out if he's a monster or a puppet being held. Fal is usually kind, he's someone who tries to be understanding of others but he's still struggling with his own wars; ones he's only just begun to remember. Fal see's himself as someone who's kind- kinder than those who raised him at least. He finds joy and peace in fishing and tampering with mechanical things, especially ones that run on electricity.
Strange facts about him:
Dogs, wolves and anything canines related have a hard time not feeling attracted to Fal, quite often they have the urge to play with him; maybe even as a chew toy. Fal has always wanted a dog but never understood their attraction to him... Until recently. He cant stand scrambled eggs.
Something Hidden that no one knows:
Fals item was created by both his parents using a combination of their powers. It is a unique item. Fal has attachment issues, he's never felt love or been loved/cared for since being in Cressida's crew. It's unknown how many year's potentially the last 10-15? Maybe longer. He just wants to see those he cares about happy. It would crush him if Cecilia ever died or came to harm because of him, as he calls her his little sister he more saw her as like a daughter.
Morals, Merits and Flaws: He would never hurt a child. He's capable of sharing people he cares for and rarely feels possessive, just protective. He'll be completely honest with those he cares about, often to the point his mouth runs away with itself. He will put someone he cares safety above his own. He doesn't take what he has for granted and tries to find the good or potential use in every situation. He is actually fairly gullible, he does learn though. Saying he is an alcoholic might be a stretch, he choses to drink when he wants to and he can put away a bit but he's not 'dependent' on it...Saying that his drink of choice would be tequila. Just... Be wary if he gets blackout drunk he can become a bit odd... You don't want me to elaborate. He can also be a tad reckless but he usually means well in his actions.
Fears: He's scared of big snakes, losing Andy, hurting Cecilia/being the cause of her hurt, and his past coming back to bite him.
Family All of his biological family are dead. He has no biological children. He regards Cecilia as apart of his family. Does he want kids? He doesn't want to bring kids into this world any time soon.

Andy Eternal ~ I like her a lot, she's my girlfriend; strange how that came to be. I'd give my life for hers to protect her. She died because of me. Her sister brought her back life trying to trick me... Andy would have to tell me to leave before I could even walk away from her she's like a magnet... I don't want to lose her again. I know she has or had? a husband Kylar- doesn't take much to research that... I don't need to ask. I don't care if she has other boyfriends or girlfriends, I just want to see her smile.
Jaser Andy's son, He's an alright kid. Scarlet's brother.

Delsanra She was a prophet on her home island. She was meant to die.. Technically she did, but I also brought her back to life. Marikoth I think he's related to Delsanra, brother? He seems like he's got his head screwed on.. She'll be safe with him. Lamui I think she's also somehow related to Delsanra, even though she calls her a friend?.. She seems like a good egg. She tried to help and is the reason I tried to.. I'm glad I met her.
Yoko Is Lucian's sister, is $#@ crazy. Apparently she was accidently blinded by Lucian as a baby, and as revenge she stabbed Andy's eyes out and shanghaied me. She's working... closely.. with Cressidea. I hate them both.

Limits: He can not create re-rolls (roll 1d20 dice, (1-10: no luck, seen), (11-15: got it, hurt/seen), (16-20: perfect score, no one saw it/no pain)

Sub-power:
Bounce back. Passive When his luck fails and he lands in bad times and pain, he is able to 'bounce back' from them easier...(i.e breaks heal faster (out of battle ability)) almost like he is able to quickly heal and regain his form (can still scar). In battle Fal uses this to heal himself. Only when he hits 0 hp.
Limits: Can only bring in a max of two healing skill into battle, even if the character may have more. Can not be recharged. One heal per battle even if the skill may have more charges. Healing a KO player does not bring them back into battle. They are considered out of play even if they wake up. Healing below elder can not regrow limbs in other people. He regains 10hp avoiding death.

Lucky catch; Active Weapon: no Fal has a nifty ability to collect shiny objects... Most of the time stuff just finds its way into his possession without the owner realising (at first).... Not always....
Limits (1-19: no luck, seen), (11-15: got it, but hurt), (16-20: perfect score, no one saw it/no pain). This can be countered. He can’t roll to get more turns.

Static Charge Active Weapon: yes He is able to generate electricity through static energy he creates and holds onto in the form of his temper. Faldien doesn’t like to lose his temper as he creates random charges of static electricity. In battle he is able to channel this static energy to make electric charges he can diffuse through his entire body allowing it to escape anywhere. Warning: Be careful sneaking up on him from behind, he might zap you if you.
Limits: He loses control of where the charges come off when he loses his temper, static zaps could fire off anywhere from his body. (It fires off to the nearest conductive element) When in control he can become a walking electric fence.

Sub power 1 Static Boom Active Fal can let out a static charge like an electrical force-field. Limits: Can only be used on the first turn of battle. Sometimes he can be set off when he gets extremely upset, like at mental breaking point. Subpower 2 Electrifying Whip! Fal can electrify his whip Passive
Elasta-man Active Weapon: no He is more flexible and ‘bendy’, being able to maneuver and flex himself almost as if he was double jointed everywhere, even still his bones can be broken if bent too far. His rubber like skin allows him to bounce if he's thrown or falls from a height. It can also act like an electrical insulation or conductor.
Limits Fal can only bend so far, his bones are capable of breaking if pushed to far He can only bounce if he activates the power, every landing takes 1 charge If he gets wet his skin is capable of being covered in electricity, it lasts until the water evaporates and uses 1 charge to activate.

Sub power Can’t tear this (nerr, nerner ner, ner ner) Passive Fal’s skin is almost tear resistant, it is not impervious, sharp enough objects would definitely pierce through as would sudden impact. Nuisances like cuts and abrasions don’t tend to happen to him, even his bones are slightly bendable- but still breakable yes.
Limits: Faldiens skin can be pierced with sharp/pointed objects Blunt blows, things that cause graze/abrasions/bruises barely leave much mark on him Bullets definitely find their mark but the rubber-like consistency of his skin means the bullets are likely not to go so deep unless in close range.
Reflex Active He can create a thin strip of rubber, which he uses like a whip. The end of is thin and strong it splits into two tails, it's capable of slashing through skin. He’s skilled with his fisherman’s pole and his skills transfer over to his whip reflexes... Not a toy.

Limits Every summon of the whip uses 1 charge Being knocked out or disarmed makes the whip vanish.

Flubber Active Faldien can manipulate rubber around him, he can mold it with his hands easier- almost like it responds to his will rather than his touch… He is able to create thick rubber shields to protect himself with IF there is rubber available. Weapon: Yes
Limits Can’t move it from far away, has to be within eyesight, (Like in a house or street length) Can be massive objects, Size of a cruse liner. Rubber can be cut with sharp objects, extreme hot and cold also makes it brittle. When used as a barrier it can only protect someone/s for one round. Generally can not attack through a barrier, but he could make the barrier spike out…

The rubber from Fals item came from the rubber tree, giving him a unique ability to make plants do things, for example, he can’t force a plant to grow, but he could make a vine plant wrap around to hold something- or someone, in place.

Chameleon Active Faldien is capable of changing his skin colour to blend in with painted areas around him, like a camouflage similar to that of the chameleon.
Limits He can only blend into things that have been painted, (excluding use of racial ability) When this ability activated anyone who looks in his direction seem to be unable to see him, almost like he's invisible when still or moving slowly. Camouflage will end if he moves quickly.

Subpower Colour changing elf Passive. When Fal is feeling a strong emotions or physical sensation his skin may sometimes change colours to reflect the feelingm colours vary on his own interpretation of what they would mean...
Limits Its not like he goes bright/vibrant colours, his skin tinges. So a hint of green for feeling sick/nausea, pink love/infatuation, strong sense of loyalty might tinge him ever so slightly purple. Anger makes him take a reddish hue, fear would be going pale/white. His natural base skin colour is a golden tan.
Rubber Doubles Rubber manipulation and duplication, creating another one of him that looks just like him? Active Weapon: Yes
Limits: -Only 1 summons can be active per player per round. -They can only be used for 1 round to attack or defend and uses up the summoner's attack or defense slot. -They may have a unique power that is used when summoned, that ability must also have confirmation. -Depending on the power, summons can continue to exist past the use of the power but can not be used to attack or defend -Elder City size(at max. So much happened since that incident on my old boat. So I was found by this traveler who healed me, they took me to Morrad and gave me a job listening, I don’t exactly know what for but it’s a start in the right direction.
I don’t know what I have been doing, I thought reading this diary would help but it appears nearly all the pages that were written on were pulled out. I don’t remember doing it though.
I’ve been considering what I can do, I know the Pulchra Dolo won’t just give up on finding me, I can’t figure out why if all I was doing was listening for information and reporting it back it’s not like I was doing anything wrong? Although… I can’t actually work out exactly what I was doing, a lot of it is blurry and makes very little sense.

A few days have passed since I wrote in here, I came across an old motorbike that I am going to fix up, might keep me out of the way for a while.

The bike is running well, but I can feel the clutches of the Den getting closer to me, I think I may need to leave Morrad for a bit to let the heat die down.

I ended up leaving, I was nearly seen by someone I recognized. I decided I would at least attempt that job I was given by red lipstick. (I should have gotten a name).

Ummmmm….. So… That…. Did not go the way I thought it would…..
So… The whole world shifted positions when I was talking to her… I couldn’t do it… I couldn’t be the cause of pain in her world, it sounds like she’s gone through enough… We ended up having a few drinks, things happened and we went out for lunch… Now I am sitting in a room that’s connected to the Renegades and all I can think about is her… This is really strange… I don’t even fully understand… But I can’t take my thoughts off her…

I texted Ren… He was less than pleased, so it turns out he knows Andy…….. I figured out how to make that uncomfortable super fast. Although I now know his name isn’t really Ren but I will keep it this way, probably best for us both in the long run.
Lucian also grilled me through the door, I think he’s avoiding having to actually talk to me...

I can’t get her out of my mind. I know it’s been a couple days… Ren and Fehn said that I shouldn’t read into my own feelings when I am with her… Does this power of hers have some way of messing with heads?

Walking back to the renegades now… Just stopped for a moment to jot my thoughts down.
So it was interesting… We didn’t even get that far, made it to a playground before we got ambushed by a bunch of demons… I found out more about her and the more she spoke the more I fell over… There was this point where she lost control of herself… I actually wouldn’t mind if that was the last thing I saw… Damn… And then I just had to touch her hand when she showed me her electricity… I don’t know why I just did… But I am glad I did…. I need time to think about what I saw… But right now I can’t keep my mind from Andy. It doesn’t help that I keep putting my foot in my mouth… I told her I love her…. I am crazy…
But I just want to see her smile… Her eyesight might have been taken but her eyes are still beautiful…
Oh right, the only reason I left Andy’s was that Lucuian came in….. Anyway, he apologized for his earlier behavior towards me, so now I am heading back to the Renegades to see if I can talk to him about it… I am a bit confused, I thought he disliked me?

The thoughts of a drifting Elf
I thought I knew what living was- what it was like to have freedom... But after everything... I only now understand... I was never free... I was someone's puppet... Never felt love until....
I'm floating out to sea... These might be my last thoughts... Her face swims behind my eyes along with my parents... I'd never remembered what they looked like before meeting Andy... I'm so sorry... I never should have taken that job... Then you never would have been hurt like this... I can't fix what Cressida's done... I only hope if I don't survive this that she kills Cressida for what she did to her egg... What she tried to make me do... I'm so sorry. She'll probably never even want to look at me again even if... No... She said she trusts me; surely?... I don't know... I'm sorry.
Theres nothing to do but think while floating.
Its odd that Andy's electricity brought my memories back...
He tried to remember... He didnt even know he was a meta till recently... Was that today? Yesterday? Time had blurred. Then he heard a voice in his mind, almost like it was flowing through the water, he closed his eyes to listen.
"Oh, it's hatching." An excited female voice was saying, "quick get the thing we made." It seemed happy, oddly comforting.
A males voice chimmed in, "I already have it love, don't fret." And in Fal's mind blackness broke and he was looking up at his parents faces, his father's green eyes were like looking in a mirror. He was holding a object in his hands, "Your mother and I made you something." They'd combined their powers, her rubber moulding with his electricity to create a rubber fishing rod; it resembled that of a dog chew toy, its colours were shifting and changing and it sparked in his father's hands then a small golden hand reach forward and it was gone. The memory fading as water splashed up onto his face making him scrunch his nose up! wanting to see them again.
Instead this time Andy's face flooded his mind; the last time he'd been alone with her, he just wanted to hold her in his arms one last time. To feel her soft pale skin, see those pale blue eyes looking back at him, to take away the pain that he'd last seen in them. He clung to the thought of her, it gave him hope.
Drifting in the water he waited, nothing to do but wait to see if anything tried to follow them or eat him... Maybe he could get lucky again and wash up on the mainlands. He doubted Ren would be just casually flying by.... Where was Ren? He'd sent him and SOS and he never even saw him once. He hoped maybe he'd get the picture that Andy was missing and maybe search for her. Or even Lucian... Crap... He never got to talk to Lucian and he'd really wanted to. He sighed into the open air, was this really how he was going to die? Please survive this Andy, keep her safe Ceci.
Memories of Fals time at the Den flooded his mind; not everything was good. In fact most of it was terrible. Cressida asked him time and time to do horrific things with his powers and at the end of every mission wipe his memory of it. She'd say, 'Faldien darling could you kindly...' and he would do it, what ever it was. The only time he coud defy her commands were when children were involved, his inner core beliefs could never make let him harm come to a child from his own hands, his mind would have to completely break for that. Not for want of Cressida trying to break him it seems. Then the time he got his boat came to his head.
Bubbles and darkness and then his burning lungs gasped for air, "Again!" He'd get hauled up and re-tied to something heavier and tossed into the ocean again; only for him to float back up to the surface after escaping it again. Unfortunately he couldn't escape the crowd of demons or Cressida's direct view and every time he'd come back up for air they'd be right there trying to force him back under not giving him time to think or react. Until Cressida got bored with it and the last thing he saw was her blowing some kind of perfume in his face but so much so that he nearly choaked on it from the lack of oxygen in his lungs, after that was a lot of blur but he'd been given a boat in hopes he'd die on it. He'd ended up in that because she'd found out he disobeyed a direct order to kill a child. It now made sense though... At least to him... Rubber floats, so his mother and fathers gifts helped him to survive his kidnappers torment for years, protecting him, even now.
He smiled at his memories, things were at least making sense, rven if they were painful, and he liked the idea of at least dying with an understanding of his life and having felt loved. The thought barely entered his mind as Andy's face popped back into his thoughts, he was content to just hold onto her in his minds eye, not wanting to think of anything else, just her as he drifted.

"Give her back." He had said, he wasn't asking them, he wasn't asking anyone in particular, he just wanted her back... The words fell out... They didn't make sense; he just wanted the world to blow up in his face, swallow him whole.
Kill me already.... What are you waiting for..... Wait... What did she say? She... Can... She can bring her back?!? I might live to regret this... But... She'll be alive... Right? There’s a catch isn’t there? A price... If she could have her life back… I’ll pay it
His mouth was speaking before he was thinking straight, but he'd play that sick game, what’s the catch?
