Mind Control Immunity: While he is unaware, he is completely immune to all mind control and demonic possession. However, Wendy is hypothetically the only person capable of temporarily mind-controlling Issei, though she refuses to do so out of fear of hurting him, possibly inadvertently causing his death or some other horrible fate.

Personality
He is androgynous and doesn't seem to speak much. Nevertheless, he has a positive upbringing and likes to put a smile on many faces. Very handsome and tends to get a tiny bit annoyed with people who mistaken him to be a female. Not much of a fighter and has a secret fear of a particular yandere girl that almost killed him years ago. When exposed to EDM and raves, he openly expresses his enjoyment for those things.

He's also shown to be honest, even admitting to certain girls who wanted to date him that he's had affairs with other women but is unwilling to hurt anyone while in a relationship. While the truth indeed hurt them for a short period of time, they at least respected him for it and moved on, finding other boys to love. This further shows that despite being a playboy, Issei deeply respects those who aren't bisexual and therefore would never force himself upon another female. Additionally, while he enjoys a woman's lustful affections, he seems hesitant to get serious with said girl---hypothetically, if Issei ever felt like he did cheat on a girl, he would at least man up and admit it, no matter how hard it is.

He's socially awkward and shy, if slightly depressed. He also looks as if he's dull and boring because he's not so talkative, but he's proven to be passionate towards any female who finds him very attractive. Although a womanizer, he cannot bring himself to manipulate any girl. Due to slight depression at certain times, it's likely that Issei might have existential crisis, but doesn't want to feel too lonely in life. Though he feels like "an empty shell", he knows deep down that he needs to cherish his moments with the people he calls his true family, which are in fact none other than Wendy and the various girls living with him---and Wendy likely has an idea at some point.

Issei is the kind of guy who never puts anyone on a pedestal, intending to make people work for it in order to earn a place in his life. He also refuses to take advantage of people for his own benefits, further showing his altruistic side.

Bio
Not much is known about Issei other than the fact that he was raised by a single father. He does not know much about his mother, but it is likely that she divorced his father when he was young. Strangely, he inherits the ability to live past the average human lifespan like his forefathers. As a teenager who has stopped aging, he tends to go out and attend nightclubs and rave events; his father himself was also into the rave culture, which was later passed down to his own son.

Trivia
While he doesn't have a problem with numerous women finding him attractive, even Issei has limits. In fact, despite being popular with most women, Issei has indeed ignored and even outright rejected a handful of women in the past (albeit politely), though he's fully aware that even he isn't safe when doing so. It may look like Issei will do anything to get intimate, but Issei knows not to throw away his own self-respect for someone who doesn't want him. And at least to a certain degree, he can sense something off if any girl just asks him out from out of nowhere... mostly if the girl doesn't bother to ask for his name, which also happens to him sometimes.

Though Issei hates to draw attention, he ends up doing so on certain occasions at school, albeit through no fault of his own. There were some moments in which Issei was forced to read aloud to the class, to which he simply gives a blank stare. Because of this, this was the only time Issei gets detention and his peers often make fun of him about it. Despite all of this, Issei doesn't care even the slightest since he knows that no one has power over him, even his father seems angry at the teachers for putting him through that trouble almost for no reason at all.

Issei tends to make all sorts of perler creations and kandi bracelets.

Currently, his father, Roman Bellic, is deceased. However, while Roman was still alive, Issei did have a loving relationship with him since he barely even knew the whereabouts of his biological mother.

He has a gay cousin named Montgomery (Monty), although they haven't spoken to each other much. However, neither are on bad terms with one another.

He owns a bunch of mysterious orbs called dresspheres that allow the person to change their attires depending on the person's moods, the situation they're in, and their favorite kinds of music.

While Issei appears to be semi-muscular, he is otherwise skinny and healthy. This is because of his rave lifestyle and the fact that he and his father practice intermittent fasting for so many years, which allows them to eat huge amounts of junk food and never have to worry about being morbidly obese people. In fact, Issei is immune to diabetes, strokes, and heart attacks when it comes to food.

He owns a bunch of rave gear such as kandi/perler beads, a fiber whip, two neon hula hoops, a pair of LED gloves, a pacifier, fluffy shoes, and a glowstick. However, instead of storing them in the closet, he can actually summon them at his own will.

Issei's rave attire consists of khaki shorts, a bandana with neon patterns that glow in the dark, a pair of shoes that glow in the dark, and his own kandi necklace with the slogan "Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect". Because he tends to look slightly feminine, if androgynous, Issei will also sometimes have some kind of eyeliner makeup for his face, which surprisingly makes him more attractive. Furthermore, he's often equipped with kandi bracelets on his left arm, but keeps his right arm bare if another fellow raver trades him a kandi of their own.

Normally, Issei is heterosexual, but under a few rare circumstances, Issei can be secretly or even openly bisexual, depending on other factors. Regardless, his relatives will not judge him for it, even Wendy and Maria will still accept him since they themselves are also LGBT.

Unknown to him, Issei has a long-lost half-sister named Wendy Bellic; his father having an affair with a beautiful nun a few years after his then ex-wife left him. They will eventually reunite, changing their lives forever. However, if Issei never met Wendy sometime after the death of their father, then he'll likely be "stuck living in this empty shell of a life", as if he's cursed to wander the Earth with absolutely no purpose, whatsoever---being forever alone, in other words. (Wendy did see a vision of this while in Issei's head, taking pity on him secretly)

He is secretly a teenage stripper back in the old days, though there is a chance he might get back into it if his slave is okay with it, not like he would ever cheat on a girl.

Since he has a soft spot for cats, Issei had a soft spot for nekos, though he is open for other kinds of slaves. Because of his love for cats and even catgirls themselves, Issei actually dreams of having a harem of lovely catgirls, though the odds of this are very slim for him. Yet, Issei is still open to a harem of other girls in different species.

He is named after the main protagonist of "High School DxD", Issei Hyoudou. In fact, his father was the one who watched the anime and later introduced it to him. Like Hyoudou, Issei Bellic is also a pervert, but to an extremely lesser extent since he only prefers looking at adult materials in his own home.

Besides EDM, he is also open to other kind of music, specifically ABBA and anything in the 90s. Once in a while, he won't mind Christmas tunes.

He has seen the anime "Elfen Lied". Hypothetically, Issei would never date a diclonius female not because he discriminates them in general, but because of how they have vectors that can easily tear their victims to bloody shreds. If any diclonius female wanted to choose Issei as their lifelong mate, he can simply turn them down and explain living the bachelor's life, hoping his honesty can spare a diclonius from mass-killing many in their path.

He has a mixed opinion about "School Days". Fortunately, to a certain degree, he is not like Makoto Itou as it is possible for him to only engage in monogamous relationships with any girl. However, since he lives single and messes around with other girls, he is at least honest about his lifestyle instead of taking advantage of others for his own selfish desires. Nevertheless, Issei also dislikes Makoto's anime personality, though he secretly fears meeting the same fate as him (anime adaption).

He's aware of a bunch of girls who choose to crash with Wendy, but doesn't seem to ask why. Otherwise, he tends to go along with it. However, he almost never interacts with any of them because he doesn't want to risk embarrassing Wendy. Despite this, a majority of them (or almost all of them) have crushes on Issei, even Wendy is well-aware of it and doesn't mind Issei joining them. Because of this, Issei can slowly learn each of them one by one since Wendy can help him come out of his shell. It is possible for Issei to play video games or otherwise socialize with them. In fact, they also won't mind raving with the Bellic half-siblings.

It's possible that Issei, though he never shows it, is secretly afraid of Wendy as he fears hurting any of her friends. Since Wendy seems aware of it, she's extremely protective of him.

There's a good chance Issei lost someone very close to him a long time ago, which explains why he doesn't speak much unless if he attends a rave or a convention. That also explains why his facial expressions make it look like he's dull, boring, and slightly depressed. Additionally, despite all of this, he can be social and open towards any girl who has an interest in him. In fact, he's extremely popular with numerous females, even ones that look a bit younger, everywhere he goes... and that doesn't bother him even a little simply because he's willing to try and come out of his shell. In fact, his late father is actually aware of his son being unknowingly popular with a lot of women. Heck, in most circumstances, he often pays prostitutes to keep Issei entertained as he is often away for his various business trips, but still tries to devote spending time with him as much as possible. (Issei is actually grateful for his dad introducing to him various prostitutes and even strip clubs)

He is consider the "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to various types of employment, even skilled at the most low-paying entry-levelled jobs. Because of this, he does not truly have a career path in life despite having the same best-paying job as his father. Heck, he feels as if he's just drifting endlessly through life with little to no responsibilities, even wondering if raving is the only purpose he has. Currently, Issei is considered "retired" as he can legally collect retirement SSI from the government, though he occasionally helps with Wendy's various businesses.

Biography: Derek Sanban was born and raised in a small village elsewhere, though his parents, aunt, and cousin all died when he was only 6 years ago. While he had no idea what also happened to his grandfather, Derek was then mostly raised by his grandmother and uncle. Growing up, Derek was shy and socially awkward, thus he didn't have that many friends. Heck, he was often treated as a social outcast until his late teen years when he first met a girl and her group of friends... the girl's name was Tessa. A romance slowly blossomed between them and it wasn't long before Derek had a harem consisting of Tessa and her group of friends due to his kind behavior, though Derek tried to at least maintain having a monogamous relationship with Tessa, not wanting to hurt her or her other friends.

Unfortunately, Derek's life was forever changed one day; a girl that spoke to Derek a few times then immediately made a false accusation of him sexually assaulting her. It was actually the same girl that flirted with him and even dropped hints, though Derek remained friendly and polite, even telling her that he already has a girlfriend. Despite his innocence, no one believed Derek and thus he became the most hated person in the village, even the girls in his own harem are disgusted by what they've heard that they now wanted to kill him, including Tessa who felt betrayed. In another timeline, there's actually a dead body of another teenage girl next to his home, thus having Derek framed for rape and murder and the same situation happens where the entire village drives him out, even Tessa pulled out her gun and shot Derek point blank in the head.

Personality: Extremely grumpy and world-weary. Has severe pessimistic behavior and doesn't trust a lot of people due to his dark past. Despite his behavior, however, he does have an altruistic, redeeming side even if he doesn't actually show it. He's shown to help people in need, but he doesn't want anyone to know about it.

Back then, Derek was actually friendly and caring, even openly social despite other people seeing him as awkward and thus not wanting to have anything to do with him. However, he did have slight doubts, but nevertheless he tried to preserve an optimistic look on life, which is what his uncle taught him.

He tries to be pacifistic whenever possible, but some circumstances can cause him to snap and go on a violent killing spree...

Additional Information: Derek's last name "Sanban" is derived from two Japanese words: "San", which is "three", and "ban", which means "number". This means that, as part of the Sanban family tradition, all relatives in each generation can have up to three children in their lifetimes, although there's an extremely rare chance that a male Sanban relative can have three children per woman, thus allowing him to have four or more kids in his lifetime, though those said kids are still subjected to having three kids themselves, unless if this phenomenon happens to one of them once again.

Derek's main storyline will focus on vengeance and hatred as well as confronting his inner demons, though with a twist. In Delsin and Simon's story arc, his storyline will more likely focus on struggling to forgive as well as attempting to take the path of redemption, though there are some drawbacks in which he'll revert to his cold nature at certain times.

Derek actually had real friends: Natsumi Harita (a girl who secretly had feelings for him but then shifted her attention to another boy) and Riku Soma. Although Natsumi's feelings for Derek were left unrequited, she and him are still on good terms. Nowadays, she and Riku have no idea what happened to Derek since the incident years ago; they knew all along Derek was truly innocent, but even they couldn't convince everyone otherwise. In fact, Riku feels extremely guilty for not helping him enough and hopes to find him one day, wanting to make things right with the person he truly saw as a friend.

Normally, Derek would try to avoid killing or otherwise excessively hurting someone whenever he can, but under extreme circumstances, he will eventually snap and turn into a merciless killer.

Because of what happened in his life, Derek has developed intense gynophobia, even if he doesn't actually show it. This often makes it so that Derek is extremely wary, if reluctant, to engage in physical intimacy with said girl. Heck, he also becomes more aware of boys admitting that girls are very confusing, specifically how girls often drop hints, which is one of his pet peeves.

Currently, he is presumed to be dead by people in his hometown, mostly when they all realized that Derek was actually innocent. Even Tessa and the other girls all realized their horrible mistake of "killing" Derek, though Tessa herself refuses to believe he's actually dead. In fact, Tessa hopes to find Derek one day in the hopes of rekindling her relationship with him and also wanting to atone herself for attempting to kill Derek over a false accusation that sounded very convincing.

He has semi-amnesia, which will occasionally kick in at certain times. He has to take certain medications to keep himself stable from seeing hallucinations and falling over at certain times.

Derek has several powers that involve summoning bats, turning invisible for at least 10 to 15 seconds, and even manipulation of water. Nowadays, his powers don't always work because of the gunshot wound in his head. In fact, the gunshot wound that Tessa inflicted would have killed Derek but it turns out that he survived it, albeit limiting his physical movements since he requires a cane. Despite this weakness, Derek can still engage in a fistfight if he wanted to, but tries to avoid violence whenever possible.

Derek's grandmother passed away by the time he reached his late teens/early adulthood, making him and his uncle the last two surviving members of the Sanban family. His uncle is still alive, but even he has no idea about Derek's fate. He hopes to find his nephew one day, considering that he's one of the fewest people who truly know Derek is actually innocent of such horrible crimes.

Currently, Derek lives in the city, but life is not what it seems as he has to deal with a lot of crazy people, mostly those who are just plain angry for whatever reason, even Derek finds himself a victim of racism and road rage, thus explaining why he doesn't want to leave the abandoned apartment complex in which he's squatting at.

Derek lives next door to two young girls named Sarah and Michelle, who both have crushes on him, though he remains aloof towards them. Nevertheless, he is at least civil enough to tolerate and even care for them as he has never raised a voice towards them, even in some cases letting them visit him whenever they wanted.

He currently owns two dogs: A male bloodhound named Bruno and a small female beagle named Daisy. He also has a female cat with a mysterious coin fused to her head; she is named Diana.

There will be a storyline in which he will eventually take certain people with him after a specific gang-related incident; they will relocate to a huge farm and settle there, but eventually Derek will be forced to confront his past, even learn other dark secrets of certain people and... groups.

There is a homeless guy who also resides in the same abandoned apartment as him, but he's squatting in a different room. Derek also tolerates him since he makes a point about society every now and then. Additionally, the homeless guy has a couple of pets himself.

If any girl were to drop hints towards Derek, he would simply just brush it off or even tell them straight that he doesn't take hints very well. Rather, he would somewhat lose his temper if said girl continues dropping hints, which can result in Derek eventually losing his patience and telling the girl off, even giving her advice (albeit harshly) that she should "stop playing these stupid mind games and just tell the guy straight up instead of beating around the bush". Apparently, he's said this to several girls before in the past whenever they dropped hints and no girl seemed to bother him since then---even then, Derek will likely get accused of being a homosexual or sexism/misogyny, though he doesn't care what anyone thinks of him.

In his later years, when Derek has grandsons Delsin and Simon Sanban (in addition to have other children and grandchildren), Derek will still be a grumpy, world-weary, pessimistic old man who has lost faith in the world even as of today. This also means that his past will eventually catch up to him, thus he will be forced to tell his family the truth about his past atrocities. But despite everything he went through, Derek truly cares about his family. Furthermore, he will be stricken with a terminal illness, the same one that claimed his parents, aunt, and cousin so many years before.

He no longer has feelings for Tessa or any of her friends, as he tries to move on from his past. However, he's unaware that Tessa and several others are actually trying to look for him in the hopes of making amends, but he wants nothing to do with her anymore.

He doesn't bother to try and understand female nature in general. In fact, he knows from experience that women can understand each other very well.

Biography: Not a whole lot is known about Charles' early life, or rather Charles might have a rough childhood. The third-born child of four, Charles didn't seem to get along with most kids his age growing up, mainly due to suffering trauma at the hands of bullies as well as other events that caused him to emotionally withdraw. After a long chain of events resulting in Charles losing most of his relatives as well as being hunted by the government due to their powers and partaking in riots, he fled with what's left of his family to another planet of unknown origins, wanting to start over and expand as the years go by.

Personality: In the old days, Charles was seen as an angry person who is completely frustrated by the state of society back living on Earth. Being considered a bloodthirsty savage, Charles had little to no remorse killing anyone who harmed him, his relatives, and what close friends he had left. He was also quite sadistic back then, which completely severed his relationship with his own family for a period of time. However, in other timelines, Charles' level of violence can be quite toned down depending on other factors.

Nowadays, Charles is attempting to take the road of personal and emotional redemption, though he often suffers from PTSD and various hallucinations, even to the point of amnesia at certain times. He will only fight and kill if necessary, especially if he has to protect what's left of his surviving family. He also does have remorse for various events in the past in which he should have intervened and did something about, even wanting to make amends and therefore find closure, but even then he still has regrets for whatever he might have done.

Additional Information: As part of the Forrester family history, all members can regenerate wounds and from physical/mental illnesses when near forests. They can also call forth wild animals within the vicinity as well as gain mysterious nature-like powers when the time comes. All animals near Forrester relatives are likely to have more offspring, and all crops planted in forests when a Forrester is nearby will produce faster, yielding more for harvest.

Believe it or not, Charles had a lover in the past, a fairy named Eleanor. Unfortunately, Eleanor left him when he saw how violent he is; Charles once killed a group of teenagers attempting to bully another kid into taking his own life as well as another group of teenagers that tried to force themselves upon her and another fairy. Since Eleanor fled, Charles tried so hard to get her back, but to no avail. Since then, he decides to live a peaceful life with what family he has left, hoping that one day Eleanor will return to him. Currently, he has no idea if she's dead or still alive, but he wants to find out her fate when the time comes.

Charles has more than one dark secret, but this one likely takes the cake. There was once a young female angel who shouted for help, but Charles either pretended to not hear while inside the house or went completely mad out of paranoia and rushed back inside before developing post-traumatic amnesia either way. He later went outside, forgetting about it for a moment until he came across what appears to be a vampire, resulting in a brief fight that ended with Charles killing him in self-defense and therefore regaining his memory. Because of this, Charles then tried to find the young angel after realizing what he should have done, but after a long period of time, she was nowhere to be found---it's likely that she might have perished. This incident had filled Charles with a lot of regret even to this day as he hopes to find the group that's been looking for one of their own so that he can atone for his mistakes. Additionally, if Charles ever finds the corpse of said angel girl, he will give her a proper burial in his own backyard while admitting his mistakes, hoping to see her in another timeline elsewhere. However, in one alternate timeline, if Charles actually saves her, he will embark on a new adventure in which he goes out of his way to rescue other angels in her group---by then Charles will slowly develop romantic feelings, yet he doesn't want to force her to stay with him if she chooses not to. In some cases, he will develop a relationship with her, which eventually results in marriage regardless if whether or not Charles also has other polyamorous lovers. Furthermore, his decision to leave the angel to her demise will eventually come back to bite him in the rear when the vampires launch an attack on the village... or they will simply avoid and ignore him and his people altogether after getting what they're coming for.

Charles has an older brother named Alan as well as an older sister named Emmeryn, though Alan is the eldest child overall. Additionally, he used to have a sister-in-law considering that Alan was getting married. Unfortunately, both of his older siblings die under various circumstances, Alan and his wife being killed in a secret ambush alongside their mother, while Emmeryn took her own life.

His parents and grandparents are also deceased, along with his aunt and the wife of his cousin, Valerian Forrester. Currently, Charles' surviving family consist of his younger sister, Andrea, his uncle, his widowed cousin Valerian along with Val's son, Jacob, and even the illegitimate half-brother, Ajay---his father had an affair with another woman behind his wife's back in the hopes of preserving their family lineage. Additionally, Ajay has two Filipino lovers along with in-laws (he's married to one of them and the other is likely a midwife/concubine or some other form of mistress). There are at least several other people in his group that are traveling with the Forresters.

Charles owns an elderly golden retriever (female) named Samantha. He might also own two other younger retrievers.

As a young kid, Charles accidentally caused the deaths of a young woman and her infant son while playing with a huge stick of dynamite, which is his other dark secret. It's understandable that he was too young to understand at that time, but since he's an adult, Charles wants to also atone for this.

Biography: Wendy was born in a remote village somewhere far away, possibly in a rural mountain town. She grew up having a normal life with friends and family (she has very little relatives), until one tragic moment when bandits showed up and launched an attack at the village. Witnessing people she knew getting slaughtered or shipped off overseas and never to be seen again, Wendy fled her old hometown.

She had spent many years wandering civilization in search of a brand new home, often taking refuge in abandoned places as well as foster homes, or simply camping out elsewhere far away from people whenever possible. After years of using various sources to locate any relatives from her biological dad's side of the family, Wendy eventually meets her older half-brother, Issei.

Personality: Wendy can be shy at certain times, though most of the time she appears to be a tad emotionless. In fact, her personality depends on her half-sibling, Issei or Isabella, but she is otherwise protective and caring, nevertheless.

In Issei's scenario, Wendy can be clingy and a tad possessive if Issei does not give her any attention, though she does act mature and is willing to do her own thing. She is also known for taking care of Issei's mental state, considering that she can be quite protective in spite of some childish moments.

In Isabella's scenario, Wendy is far more mature and level-headed, though she tends to be mopey at certain times.

Additional Information: As mentioned above, Wendy is the long-lost half-sister of Issei/Isabella Bellic. She eventually reunites with him/her after learning about her father's first marriage through various sources and is now currently living with him/her.

She's an exceptionally great cook, often creating complex but otherwise delicious meals in a much faster span of time than Issei due to her various powers.

Wendy is currently running some shady businesses, mostly black markets. Additionally, she knows of other ways to generate more income due to various business connections, but she will never resort to brothel work herself in spite of having various brothel connections.

She has some dark secrets in which her best friend and occasional lover, Maria, also knows. However, she doesn't want Issei to know anything about them, thus she will keep Issei distracted by any means necessary.

Believe it or not, Wendy actually has an older twin sister named Abigail, but she unfortunately perished protecting Wendy. This means Issei has another half-sister besides Wendy.

She has a large arsenal of magic spells, considering that she has studied all sorts of them during her time at the unnamed village. This makes Wendy extremely dangerous in combat, considering that she has killed a large number of people who tried to harm her or her friends. She is also capable of telepathy as well as hacking into technology and, to a certain extent, astral projecting.

Wendy's childhood friend is Maria Takayama, who is also one of the fewest survivors who fled when the village was invaded by bandits. In fact, Maria is Wendy's closest friend as they are completely inseparable, even Maria can be her lover at times.

There are also a bunch of girls living with Wendy, though Issei almost never questions it. In fact, Wendy is the leader of the entire group, or at least co-leader whenever Issei isn't around.

Wendy is also a raver, like Issei/Isabella. In fact, it was her half-sibling who influenced her and Maria (and many others) into such lifestyle, to the point where they immediately form a rave group of their own, Issei/Isabella being the de facto leader and Wendy being second.

In due time, Wendy will form her own idol group consisting of the various girls in her group, Maria also included. This means they will go on tours to organize concerts and more, even Issei will tag along with them to show his support.

While Issei is completely immune to mind control, Wendy is the only exception considering that she can only mind control him. However, she doesn't want to do that, fearing that she might accidentally cause Issei's possible death or some other worse fate---she might do so under rare circumstances.

In her school days, Wendy was wildly popular with her various classmates, mostly a lot of boys have crushes on her, though she has little interest.

Wendy is multilingual in all scenarios.
