Eir enjoys finding particularly picturesque areas to explore and enjoy; while there she often brings her sketchbook and several pencils in order to jot down some of her most favoured locales. For those that she falls in love with, she makes a point of returning with her easels, canvas and watercolours so that she can make something she regards as really special. In terms of skill level she seems to be quite good, but she would often indicate that this is reserved for landscapes and anything living is typically lost on her.
On occasions she may donate some of her pieces to small charity run events, particularly those that highlight special areas of Destiny City that she feels may be overlooked and in need of some love.
Furniture Restoration
Eir doesn't really like to see something beautiful go to waste, or fall to ruins. As a result of this she has a habit of rescuing old pieces from garage sales to restore and sell on for a small profit. If you want to see this particular woman despair, paint a set of mahogany cupboards white.
She prefers to work with wood for the most part but if she's handed something with fabric she will spend the extra time and effort to make sure that she restores it properly.
If asked nicely she's more than happy to help a friend restore their own pieces if they happen to find something and fall in love with it... But she will smack them if they request that it's painted!
Reading
Everyone loves a good book and she's really no exception; any excuse to lose herself in an unknown and fanciful world is something she enjoys. Anything that allows her to 'escape' into something new, wonderful or different is normally to her tastes. It's not unusual to find her reading anything in the realms of Sci-Fi, Fantasy or Romance (normally period based) novels.
She's always willing to read other people's suggestions as well, though she generally prefers to avoid horror! If she meets someone with similar tastes to her, or who also likes the authors as her, she's known to gush!

Eir is firmly of the opinion that one should know the difference between right and wrong, and have the capacity to act upon this. Even if the decision is hard and will place more challenges in front of her, she believes that it is vital to make the right choice. This means that Eir can always be relied upon to look a challenge in the eye and make the right choice, even if the popular opinion may be to pursue the wrong one.
Don't mistake her principled nature as brave, there's every possibility she'll be terrified to make the leap, but she will do it because it is necessary.
Rational
Eir doesn't like to make decisions without at least having some of the facts in front of her (good or bad). She doesn't need every fact or every figure, but she does prefer to have a top-line view before making her choice. This means she's not the most spontaneous woman in the world but she usually makes a sound or reasonable decision.
Her friends can at least be confident in the knowledge that if she's said or done something, she probably thought it was the appropriate action to take. If it turns out she's made the wrong decision, they can also be sure she'll try to address it as well.
Gracious
Despite the challenges she might face in day-to-day life she tries to be considerate and kind to those she encounters. She always tries to remember her manners and if she demeans someone it's never intended. She's well meaning and temperate for the most part with very few urges to start a dispute even if something as inconvenienced her or tried her patience.
Simply put, Eir is the type of woman that would wave away your apology if her order was delayed so long as she eventually got it and it was what she had asked for. Things happen to everyone and day-to-day life likes to throw curve balls, nobody can be blamed for that!

Flaws:
- Stubborn
If someone is about to make a bad decision, or someone has an opinion that is incorrect and it requires the approval of a majority then Eir is well known for digging her heels in. She would much prefer to do the right thing, take the longer route, or double check outstanding work rather than to skip steps, cut corners or take a short-cut. All in all, her more principled views often show up as "you can't do that!" and may cause road blocks for her family, friends and teams.
While she can either be quieted (through out voting or persuasion), her behaviour has cause people to feel more stress than they probably should on occasions. Whether it's because a deadline has become much tighter because they can't cut corners, or because she's simply taken too long to agree to something and they missed the opportunity to buy tickets... It's safe to say that when her friends see her displaying these behaviours it's in their best interests to start negotiating immediately or simply overrule her.
She'll get over it, especially if they end up being right!
Cognizant
If Eir has been presented with too much information, or if she simply does know more about a particular topic, she runs the risk of being a bit of a know-it-all. When this particular trait manifests she's been known to lecture and over-explain the situation to others. During this period she rarely picks up on the obvious social cues that she should be aware of that would indicate she needs to be quiet.
While she might be well-meaning, these periods come across as poor form and can be quite patronising to those in the room. There is every possibility that anyone in the room could have the same (or more) knowledge on the topic and she remains oblivious and almost unwilling to listen to it.
Her friends, family and colleagues will quickly learn that to address this behaviour it's best to avoid giving her a 'leading' role in a project or task. To avoid this and use her knowledge constructively it's better to ask concise, isolated questions, so that she doesn't have the chance to get on her soap box and bore you.
Composed
Eir always seems to look like she's in control, the world could be exploding around her ears and her expression remains neutral. This might bring some comfort to anyone looking for a 'rock' to cling to but the true is a touch more sinister. Eir is likely to hide how she's feeling, how concerned she is, or how panicked she is to the point that it will be too late to help her or prevent something from happening.
Communication is key with this woman, if you don't ask how she is directly then it's likely you'll never find out.
She doesn't necessarily mean to be an inconvenience with this behaviour but she hates to bother others and would much prefer it if she could look after her own problems. Unfortunately, she forgets that there are just some things you can't fix yourself and it is okay to ask for help.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
- Eyes: Almond shaped with an amber tint. .
Hair: Long, purple and depending on what she's doing she either has it down (but knotted around her neck) or pulled up into a bun. She rarely let's stay completely loose as it can get in the way.
Face: Oval, soft features. She has no defining marks on her face. Her lips would be considered normal and wouldn't be overly plump, they do have some definition though.
Skin Tone: She's on the pale side of the spectrum, but not quite at beacon of gondor level. Provided she remembers to go outside she has a healthy tint.
Body Type: 5'7", slender and just a hint of an hourglass. She doesn't have an significant muscle definition.
Clothes: A creature of comfort, she prefers to wear leggings and long 'dresses'. These 'dresses' which are normally just very long shirts can be as fitting or as loose as she likes them. In summer she prefers looser with patterns and colours (with a lack of sleeves), while in winter she favours knitted dresses.
