[Evanescently Magnificent]

A small area that has since been sectioned off from the rest of shady practices of the Back Alleyway, the Ryūketsu Quarter is one that appears to be completely legitimate on the surface. Questions and prodding reveal only a responsible and lawful license to practice their business here, and while almost nobody can be seen leaving the premises, the area is the only section that is entirely void of any criminal activity. As if those of the underbelly know to stay away from the place. Those that seek to do business should travel to the [ Devious Delights ] Ramen Eatery.

The owner stepped through the alleyways with purpose. The closer that it got to its destination, the more erratic it's steps became. Paranoia eventually driving it even further, the being would step through one of the buildings and continue to do so until it was certain that any hunters would long be too confused to follow. After taking the time to adjust its cuffs, the being then slipped through one of the fronts that operated as a loading dock. Within was mostly quiet save for the few workers that helped maintain it as part of their payroll. Their faces we're too few in between, however, and the owner cared not to interact with them. Only to attend the seal's array and make adjustments as necessary. Once this was completed the specter left as quickly as it came.

Tje specter hurried along through twisting alleyways to their destination. His movements had begun to grow slack in the absence of a hunter. It had been too long now, that we're out of practice.

His feet carried him up to the wall he so commonly entered, morphing through its visage as if it were made of water. Once inside they set to work. This time the entire outlining seals needed to be replaced, he never got paid enough for this. Dragging their foot across the ground, lines of chakra we're formed to help secure the building. The process took only a few minutes before the specter had finished. Moving on to collect the money, they left faster than they came.

The figured walked through the alleyway dressed in a robe a full black. Though they were clearly not the same person as the the first who had come to preform upkeep on the building, they DID know it's inner workings so perfectly that they easily slid through any obstacles that could have been in their way. Their visit remained brief, a recasting of the seals, collection of money, and a prompt removing of any worker to fared question the sudden change of leadership that had occurred. There was one other task performed however, one secret handing off of several unsealed containers, their edges crisp with ice that could put a Hyouton to shame. It happened quickly, the lead lug, as it were, accepting the mystery crates without si much as a word and then the black figure was off into the night.
