Hiroki clapped his hands together with utmost vigor as he approached the main road from wind country. This was a perfect place, though he'd be here for a minute making the damn symbol big enough to cover the whole rock face. He plopped himself down without much of a care and set his hand on the stone to begin the jutsu. Should have brought something else to do, clearly. [ Symbolic Gesture ]
Hiroki narrowly avoided passing out while he waited for the engraving process to finish. He very apparently needed a break now. That arm that had been sustaining the technique had managed to take a nap, even if the Uchiha hadn't. Guess this was exactly the type of pointless task that could be expected from low level crap. Not that it actually mattered much. What else was Hiroki gonna do anyways? [ Symbolic Gesture ]
It had been several years since the theft of a piece of Hoshigakure's fabled Star, the Fallen Star who had perpetrated the crime came wandering onto the scene. Having spent her exile in Wind Country, hiding from the Hidden Star Village Oinin who would seek her out from time to time, it was time for the engineer to resurface and prepare for the future. The dusty air at her back was pushing her toward the fresh air of the Land of Rivers before her. A land of prosperity and wealth, flourishing under the guidance of a thriving Tanigakure. It was just the place she was looking for to haunt and reside.
"Well, my chances of being hunted here are less than in Wind, and less sand in the gears too.", she remarked flatly as she trudged on into the area. The place seemed to also present her a proper location to develop her engines of war, including herself. If the opportunity to loot the place or use it for her own advancement arose, then she would do so in a heart-beat. There was no love lost for people she had no connection to. It was nothing personal, just survival at this point. At least until she achieved her dream of discovering a safe method for channeling Star Chakra.
