Gelria had a new target. It was his first sighting of someone chaos since he had started patrolling again, and he had nothing but murder in his thoughts. If he could pick them off, little by little…then he could eat away at the darkness that lived in this city.
And if he could do that…well.
That would just be delightful.
He moved quickly, coming out of the shadows and aiming a punch at the weaker senshi’s face. “I feel death in the air tonight~” He said, laughing. He was full of excitement, full of purpose.
“I don’t like you. Any of you or your kind, and I’m oh so eager to see the end of at least one of you.”
He didn’t have much sanity in his eyes at the moment. All of the anger, all of the annoyance that had built up over the past few months seemed to be coming out now. Coming out as he attacked this poor, lone senshi.
Oh well. He had it coming. They all had it coming. And the it was himself. Chaos wouldn’t last very much longer if he had his way.

It wasn't common for him to go out and drain energy, or do anything really, but tonight he'd decided to go out. All had been going well until he'd felt a signature stronger than his own, and not from his court, all he knew was this wasn't good. He wasn't expecting the others words, though the punch to the face was sort of expected. He expected to be hit, just not where or how, when the senshi turned up.
It did send his head snapping back before he was able to fully understand what was being said to him the senshi was laughing and talking again. So the were out to kill him...this was bad. He didn't know anyone in his court, not really, so he was on his own as far as he figured it.
With his glasses having gone scattering somewhere, and not much for fighting, the senshi of fairy rings settled for magic. It was his only option really. Finding an opening in the midst of the other senshi's attack upon his person, the senshi managed to put his magic to use. He already had his hands down low and cupped so his magic wasn't hard to call upon. "Dance for me." The words a near whisper as he set his magic loose, not that it was much.

Mmmrrr... The bus was running late again...
Basyl peeked his head from beneath the sheltered overhang of the bus stop and peered down the street. If he’d gotten out earlier, he would have been able to take the quicker route that left almost directly from the hospital’s entrance and deposited him almost exactly in front of his house. Unfortunately, it didn’t run all night, and when rotations kept him late, Basyl had to pick up a route that wasn’t anywhere near as convenient or as bathed in the bright lights of an always-operational hospital.
Fidgeting, he checked the time in his phone, tilted his head back to observe the dark swath of sky overhead, then glanced down the street once more. Still no telltale sign of oncoming headlights, and Basyl wasn’t exactly thrilled to be out in the elements of a blustery March night.
Alone.
In the dark.
At least he could distract himself with any number of apps on his phone, but even that wasn’t able to set the young man completely at ease. Not when he knew how crazy Destiny City could get and how much worse it became at night. There were all kinds of people who came for treatment at the hospital who claimed to have seen funny-looking people or a monster- And sometimes the marks left behind looked like they may as well have come from a monster. Basyl didn’t have any especially odd experiences himself.
And he wanted to keep it that way.
The sooner he was home, the better. If only this stupid bus would hurry up and get here so he at least wouldn’t be waiting outside in the cold, dark, quiet-
A sound like a dull thud, followed by ringing laughter. Basyl was more focused on the road than his actual surroundings, but a quick glance around showed that behind the bus stop, in a segment of grassy alleyway, there were two other young men. Neither looked familiar to Basyl, because no one typically did unless he worked or went to school with someone, but they did look suitably odd. Not someone he would actively engage, especially if they were just going to get in some kind of tussle here on the street. With a wary whine, he pressed his back to one of the poles holding up the covered roof of the bus stop and tried to look small and nonexistent.

Gelria was pleased that the senshi’s glasses went flying and the moved in to go for the kill. There was a glint in his eyes that was more aligned to madness than sanity, and after a moment, there was a strange sensation.
He glanced down and saw that a circle of…mushrooms had suddenly popped up around him. That…wasn’t…
He had a strange desire…to dance, and for one wild moment, he thought he had finally gone utterly crazy. After a moment he moved slightly, his head beginning to nod in time to whatever music that was in his head. “The ******** is this? You…the ******** is this?”
The senshi shook his head and held out his hand. “Cinnamon Storm!” That wasn’t what he needed to do. Dancing wasn’t going to get things finished with. This was just some stupid magic. Stupid ******** dark magic. “You’re dead, You can’t fight it. You’re dead.Sleet Tempest Snape Super Sailor Scout Attack: Cinnamon Storm Gelria holds out his hand and a puff of ground cinnamon comes out Visual. The cinnamon causes irritation to the eyes, nose and throat. The puff of cinnamon can reach out up to a radius of eight feet, and affects everyone in the area except Gelria himself. The attack can be used twice per battle, and the cinnamon puff lasts for twenty five seconds before dissipating.

For a moment he thought he might have stopped the attack from continuing, he even took the time to get to his feet, but then they seemed to snap out of it. Shouting about what he'd done to them - wasn't it obvious? He didn't answer the questions from the other senshi, he didn't get much time to anyway.
What was that? It didn't take more than a few moments for him to tell what was in his face - cinnamon. Why cinnamon? Coughing and rubbing at his eyes, which were already starting to burn, he reached out and went to use his own magic - again. He needed to get away. He needed to live, he couldn't die here and now. He didn't think he could manage his magic again, a third time, but he at least could do it twice and maybe this second time would get him an escape from this.
Why was the other immune to this mess in the air anyway?

Basyl wanted to ignore them. As someone with no particular ability to fight or even any great amount of stamina to escape, he didn't see it being an intelligent course of action that he get involved. He certainly didn't think it would do him any good to divert their focuses over here.
But they were being quite loud, weren't they? Shouting about cinnamon and dancing.
And that seemed odd. Basyl peeked slightly from beneath the cover of the bus stop. He was a curious man, and maybe he'd gotten it wrong, initially. Maybe they were just friends having a scuffle in a dark alley, alone, at night. He kinda thought someone had been punched earlier, but maybe he'd imagined that too, due to his desire to not look too intent on whatever was going on over there in case one of them happened to notice him and decide he was being too nosy for their liking.
But one of them started coughing, and Basyl thought he caught a whiff of... cinnamon? In the air? Maybe they were friends and this was a weird YouTube stunt. The 'Cinnamon Challenge,' or whatever. Basyl stepped more fully out of the overhang, but held his ground beyond that. People did it as a game, he knew, but it didn't change the fact that there could be life threatening dangers involved, and he absolutely wasn't going to do nothing if it came to that.

Prowling through the evening streets was a dangerous predator, stalking his prey, waiting for the perfect moment to strike... ... Also, Chip was testing a new idea for a scanner, which he had placed on top of his hat. So far, it hadn't panned out very well, while making adjustments, he caught wind of two auras nearby...dark and light. Now that might be interesting, so he made his way there. And what he found was two senshis fighting, and a random regular person trying very hard to not be noticed. Oh, but he noticed, oh yes. There was something there. Something useful. The little kitten smiled to himself, and quietly padded over to the man, and hopped up onto a spot on the bus stop so his presence would be unmistakable. He waited until he had attention, and with no preamble at all said in his small, child-like voice, "Ya don't see that every day, do ya?" He giggled, and sat on his haunches. "But what I'm interested in is you, little human~" A little scuffle didn't concern him, oh no, not at all. Though, it was perhaps the only reason he could notice this guy. He seemed...older than he'd have thought for this. No matter!

Kelly had been quietly following the small kitten, utterly intrigued by his top hat, and the fact that he was obviously a guardian cat…and she wanted to talk! She had questions and wanted some answers, though she couldn’t quite think of the exact questions at the moment…hence the fact she had stayed back a little, not speaking to the small creature.
But when she heard him pipe up, she finally became aware of her surroundings and saw to her horror a senshi working rather hard to do damage to one of her own. Not that she knew the black clad senshi, but still…
He was family.
After a moment, her ears processed what the cat said and she moved closer. “What?” She glanced at the purple haired male and looked him up and down. “You mean he’s a senshi?”
What an entrance. Kelly looked worried and glanced around, her eyes lighting on a mirror. “Then…he has to be awakened. I can do that. He can help!” She…could have helped alone but.
But the orange clad male seemed…a little crazy, and she figured there was safety in numbers.

He'd moved to be ready, to at least be alert to what was happening around him, even if Basyl knew he didn't want to be the one who would actually do anything about it. He could at least call the police, if things looked like they were going to get really out of hand and dangerous. It felt like it was his civic duty to at least do that much...
And then, before he could dwell on it too much longer, a kitten in a top hat popped into his vision, perching on the bus stop bench and angling vivid green eyes at him. Basyl blinked and tipped his head. "Oh, a kitten!" A cooed softly, reaching to rub the small creature's chest fur as he did. After the initial start of hearing it speak, he decided it must have some kind of speaker on it. Basyl was even fairly certain he'd seen drones with a set up to manage the same thing, and it did look as though the hat had some kind of device on it.
"You must have an owner somewhere, hm?" He prompted, ignoring the kitten's spoken words in favor of his own concerns. "I don't think anyone would let a kitten wander around if it was carrying technology... So who is it, I wonder."
"Huh?" A girl had appeared, and though Basyl had grown accustomed to people loitering about looking as though they were talking to air with the use of earbuds, her focus seemed a little too on the kitten to not be acknowledging it. "Is he yours?" He asked, cocking his head in question. "You know they do have cute cat harnesses that would at least keep him from running off."

While there was another one of those funny senshis around, Chip wasn't too interested in her, so his attention stayed on the man...who, naturally, didn't quite realize exactly what just happened. "Nobody owns me but me, silly~" he said after a moment, and spared only a tiny glance to the lady, "And definitely not her." The little cat shook his head. He paused briefly, then said, "But never mind me, let's talk about you, mister~ I see potential in you! Very fun potential." As he spoke, he popped back up, rocked his head forward, causing his hat and a little antenna perched on top to fall off, and separate from one another. In a practiced motion, he popped his hat so that it flipped back up onto his little head...and then he pushed the antenna to the side, and it disappeared entirely.

Kelly looked at the cat in surprise and frowned slightly, quickly powering up. “He’s not my cat, but he’s told me what I need to know, would you like to come and help me save him?” She gestured towards the male in the black who was still being bullied by the other senshi. “Because, if what this cat says is correct…you can help. Just like I can.”
She held a hand out towards Basyl and nodded towards the mirror that was softly glinting, hiding in a bush. “Come with me.” Her eyes inched to the top hat clad kitten and she sighed. “You can come as well, at least then we’d know what his name and powers are…would you? Please?”
Her eyes were imploring, and when she saw that the senshi in white had tensed at her sudden power up she stiffened. “We don’t really have much time to think on it. I think this might be a life or death thing for that guy…I'm Sailor Kibirev, and I have done this before, so you don't have to worry. It's not even scary!"

Basyl's vibrant gaze was blank as it trailed slowly between the talking kitten and the newly-attired girl. He didn't think he was a crazy man. A tired one, sure. But crazy wasn't exactly in his wheelhouse. And he was just trying to get home after a very long day of rotations. He just wanted to go home. Where was the bus, for God's sake? So when the girl's hand extended toward him, his own fingers curled into fists that he promptly hid into the pouch pocket of his hoodie.
"S-sorry," he said, finicky gaze darting away from the odd pair and up toward a streetlamp across the road. "But I don't know you, er, either of you, I suppose, so if you can, mm, help... them over there... I should probably just leave it to you."
Which was crazy. The girl looked really young, like she had no business getting between two people who were throwing punches and certainly too young to be beckoning strangers anywhere. His attention wandered a wavering path from the streetlamp, down the road, and back to her. "You know, when y-you think about it, it's really weird for a little girl to come up to a man and ask him to go anywhere with her. Someone might think the whole lot of you is, uh.. selling something out here, Sailor Kibirev." The way his teeth flashed wasn't quite warm enough to be a convincing smile, and Basyl ducked his head to look at the ground in the next second.
From the corner of his eye, he searched for the commotion that was going on over with the other two boys. If it really was a life or death situation, he should call someone. The hospital was at least nearby.

He could feel it - other signatures. He might have said something, might have called for help, but he was rather busy with the senshi beating on him. He wasn't able to do much - they were stronger. He was trying though but the senshi of fairy rings was getting tired, he'd never been the physical sort. Sports and such wasn't his thing, even if they all had to participate in gym and other things in school. If he could keep this going...keep this senshi distracted the cat and his fellow dark mirror senshi could do whatever they had to do, as he was sure something was going on.
Swinging at the super senshi, wanting to keep their attention on him, Itokawa was hoping to at least do some damage to the senshi. He was tired of the beating he was taking - and he felt it. Maybe he could get Clue to bandage him up after this? He really needed to talk to the other about things....and soon. Sooner was better that was for sure.

“Oh, they’ll be fine for a while,” Chip replied with a kitty grin and a twitch of his tail. “It’s too bad I don’t have a General handy...” The little cat regarded Kibirev for a moment. “I guess you’ll do, though, always wanted to see how your mirrors worked since I heard about ya.” He turned his attention back to the man, and hopped to the ground to stand in his gaze again. “I’m Chip, and we’re about to make your world way more fun. Trust me~” Clearly, he was completely ignoring the fact that a talking kitten was sure to be a more interesting world on its own. “It’s just a quick hop, and then you’ll be way cooler!”

Kibirev suppressed a shudder at the idea of a General getting ahold of this young man, and just nodded. “I know it’s strange to think of, but with Chip here…we can do this. It’ll be quick, easy and we can save him. We have to!”
Quickly, she scooped up the cat and took the male’s hand, tugging him with her. Her eyes searched for a mirror that she knew was hidden in a bush and when she found it, she gave a relieved sigh, tugging the both of them with her into Mirrorspace and pausing for a moment, glancing at the civilian. “Um. So, both of you…this is Mirrorspace. Welcome…we won’t be here long.”
The large black mirror was in front of them and she nodded towards it. “So, this is easy, all you have to do…is walk through that. And then you’ll power up, and Chip here can give you…your things when you’ve come out!”
That was how it had worked with Blair, and that time they hadn’t had the luxury of a cat.
“It’s very quick, and then we can get back and swoop in and…and save the day!”
