After just being crowned World Heavyweight Champion on WAR, Randy Orton's championship is not on the line tonight at No Mercy, BUT, he will still be in action as he faces Samoa Joe, who has had some time to recover from injuries sustained by Abyss, and if Joe wins, he will be the number 1 contender to face Randy Orton for the title in the near future.

Randy Orton sits idle by the curtains, taking in a few breaths. The cue director leans over and notions Randy of the 15 second mark. He begins to prep himself, more mentally than physically as he waited on for his theme to be played. The Viper would take a long look at his prized possession, the CWF world heavyweight championship, before things got underway...
The arena fell quiet for a moment as tension rose, the only noise was heard from small chatter throughout the crowd. All of a sudden Randy Orton’s “Voices” (by Jim Johnston) hit the PA system and the crowd went up in an uproar. His theme song would continue as images flashed across the titantron...”I hear voices in my head, they come to me, they understand...THEY TALK TO ME!”
The camera would scan over the entire arena catching all the fans faces that were lit up with joy, watching the legendary wrestler make his entrance. The Viper, Randy Orton would slowly walk out from the tunnel and out on the main stage/top of the ramp, he looked around the arena with his infamous glaring eyes—soaking up all the cheers and signs being raised in his honor. His championship placed over the right shoulder as he started his descend down the ramp.
Announcer: “Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 250lbs, From St. Louis, Missouri...he is the CWF Apex Predator...Randyyy Orton!”
Orton’s nameplate, displaying his social media handles would pop up on the television as he made his way down to the ring, walking methodically. Randy made his way near the four-sided ring, when he began high-fiving a couple of ecstatic fans, then slithered up the stairs and inside the ring between the ropes. He would stand tall near the turnbuckle for a minute, removing the belt and holding it in his hand, strolling around while stretching his neck. Orton turned his attention to the far turnbuckle, going over to it and pulling on it lightly before pulling himself up top. The Viper would remain there looking over the sold-out crowd before raising his arms and preforming his signature taunt, holding the WHC up high. The crowd loved it, cheering loudly, some booing but it was all the same to him.
Randy Orton would hold his pose for a moment before getting back off the turnbuckle. Now turning his focus to the ring and his opponent. The music would fade out and The Legend Killer would await the beginning of this bout, he would stare around at crowd, thoughts running wild in his head. He would hand over his championship to CWF's officials for safe keeping. The Viper wasn't putting his belt on the line tonight at No Mercy but that didn't mean he could just take the night off, he knew now that he was atop the company everybody would be gunning for him. Samoa Joe could enter his bid in the title picture with a win but Orton had no intentions of allowing that to happen. He would patiently wait for the agile big man to make his entrance as he stood in his designated corner.

Backstage, Samoa Joe is seen making his way to the ring, wearing his signature black and green entrance shirt with his name on it, and carrying his signature white towel, over his shoulder. He has the face of a competitor, a real fierce competitor, ready to head down to the ring and kick some a**. He passes several people in the hallway towards the entrance curtains, and the people look scared of him. He ignores them, and he makes his way to the curtains before his music plays.
Samoa Joe's intimidating theme song begins to play in the arena, with it's slow, start. The audience would rise to their feet in cheers, knowing the history of this wrestler about to make his way to the ring. He walks out from backstage, the lights shining green throughout the arena with some yellow too. He walks down the ramp with a tank top shirt on and his normal wrestling gear on as well, he stops after walking out a good distance, giving the audience a big look and looks towards the ring and walks down the ramp, being introduced with a very, very gamed expression on his face feeling the need to wanna CHOKE somebody OUT...
"And his opponent, weighing in at 282 pounds, he is the Samoan Submission Machine.... SAMOOOOOAAAA... JOE!"
Joe makes his way down the ramp, to the steps. He walks up them, getting on the apron. he looks at the audience before getting in the ring, holding his towel on his neck so it doesn't fall off. He walks to the opposite ropes and does his raise of the arm taunt. He takes his shirt off, and tosses it and his towel outside of the ring. He then glares at his opponent/waits for him to come out.

Randy Orton glared back at the Submission Machine, Samoa Joe. The two competitors waited for the bell to sound as neither man were fans of one another. The Viper felt like he was feeling the best he had in his long historic career, while he hunched over, pulled on the ropes and stretched.

Samoa Joe threw his towel outside of the ring, and he starts pacing around. He wasnt 100 percent as he has suffered rib injuries against Abyss, but has had time to get better and was cleared for the match tonight. The bell rings, DING DING DING, and Joe starts pacing around closing in on Orton!
