For the last couple of months, Paw users haven't been able to search gaia or our own inventory ( from the customize avatar page) for items. If I search for "[Animal] Cloak of Invisibility" in my inventory, even using with "All Gaia" clicked, it does not show up.
I own [Animal] Kitten Star's Lyra Afternoon, If I search my Dress up/Customize avatar page with "my inventory" selected I can find it, however if I choose "All Gaia" then It no longer shows up.

The daily treat video feature seem to be having issues with certain parts of the states. We will look into the issue.

I'm not sure what goes into making an item separate from an existing one, but with the changes to MoKs do you think it would be a possible to make it work more like a BL/SL as well? Taking hairs/eyes/make ups (the make up one might be stretching a bit too much lol) from items instead of needing to BL/SL them first?

you guys could color-code/give a preview of the skin-tone for the options? Like:

Or some items don't have certain skin tones so it'd be very nice to see that while shopping too!

I see, this might be a little tricky as the little thumbnails were manually added to the system, so there's no way of updating all existing items with a color code without manually changing things one at a time.
I will try and see if there's any ways I can extract the info from the sprite file and add that on to the item's metadata iteself. This would be something that takes a bit of time to figure out though, sorry.

If you do not receive an auto e-mail, chances are very high we still got your e-mail.
There has been like....one occurrence over the past that we did not get an e-mail!

Why isn't there a Community Ambassador to collect and report on Gaia Community news? Is this something you might add later? It would be cool to spotlight user-run events, charities, and guilds.
Also, do you plan on making an event-style landing page for the Gaia News Weekly? I learned today that you have to physically sign up to receive the news, but have seen no advertising from Gaia about it. Maybe put Cindy in the header with a link to a landing page with info about what the GNW is, directions on subscribing, and links to contribute?

We are trying a couple of different things at once but yes, the core idea is to highlight more content from fellow gaians. We will definitely be improving weekly news, but a lot of these things are being tested for the time being.

A mod training round is/was going on, and batches of FA apps were being looked at/reviewed when I asked about this last week.

Why do FA apps take so long to go under review? I get why mod apps take longer, but is there any reason why it takes a long time for FA apps? I recall there was a backlog om FA apps or something..a month or two ago?

It just seems like it takes longer because we review them in bigger batches than Moderators. So while we can go through them faster than we can with Mod Applications, we normally review a lot more at a time.
Also the same people do the reviews, so if we are doing both as we are now, it takes a bit longer. Please be patient as we are going through them as soon as possible.

Is the Monthly Collectibles page ever going to be fixed? I've been trying to access it for almost a week now and I haven't been able to. I have a thread up about in in the Bug Report and Technical Support forum but I don't know if it's been seen. Any time I try to access it I get a Page Not Found message.

Oh that's odd, It was fixed recently but the page is gone again. We'll have it fixed shortly after ATS.

Yes there will be new items, though I haven't seen them myself. Haven't done much as I've been doing nothing but coding all day. We will find out very soon!

is it possible to add a feature where you can sort your inventory by each items wealth!!?!!?
We had this function in testing, haven't released for wide release as it was super slow for Gaians with more than 20,000 items.
Maybe we'll have it available when item count is below that.
