It was through him that Sieena both became involved with the Tribe and politics. While she didn't have an anti-Faunus sentiment herself, the Tribe opened many doors for her to perform her more questionable experiments in exchange for her assistance with the Tribe's technological issues. At the same time, despite her unlikeable personality which had always held her back before, Sienna began to rise in the ranks of the department. Assistance and employees hated working under her, but the results couldn't be denied.
When Shadow Minsters were implemented in the council Sienna was raised to the roll, much to the surprise of everyone. She certainly wouldn't win any votes, while this was an appointed roll, the second in command was expected to at least be likeable. However, blackouts around the city decreased due to more efficient dust usage and food scarcity improved through her inventions. Grimm detection technology was introduced to give the military warning of incoming attacks. When Leon was discovered to be experimenting on slaves no one thought to look at Sienna. Or perhaps they realized they couldn't afford to. With elections now abolished, Dr. Sienna Graves became the head of the R&D department. And continued her experiments on the side for the Tribe.

The tip of each arm can open up to produce four claw-like fingers. These fingers have been designed to perform very fine and delicate motions that no human fingers would be able to perform. The bottom arm on either side are noticeably thicker but lacks the finesse of the top four. The bottom left claw functions like an adjustable torque wrench, where the four claws clamp onto a nut and spin to either loosen or tighten a nut, while the bottom right is a cutting torch. These were new additions as fieldwork and recovering Atlas tech became a larger part of her job. █Ranged Form ▬ A tank on the back of Sienna's "skin" holds 50 baseball-sized gel capsules. The capsules are harmless on their own, though getting shot with one at point-blank may hurt similarly to getting shot with a paintball gun.
