This toxin stays on his skin for 2 posts. The poison is highly toxic and can cause paralysis for one post if touched and absorbed. After a person has been afflicted with toxin, they have a temporary immunity from it for 2 posts. This can only penetrate aura through his semblance or by permission, and at most can be used 3 times per day.

█ BACKGROUND ▬
-The Night Stalkers are one of the oldest tribes/groups originating in Vacuo.
-The Night Stalkers serve the XCOUTAL Family, who are Allied to the Reveley. Xcoutals and Reveleys look at each other as equals.
-Xcoutal Virulent took the leadership role and head of the family at the age of 21 after graduating from Shade Academy.
-While not gaining power until 21, he has had political influence since he was 18.
-Taking role in politics, Xcoutal has had many attempts on his life but is heavily guarded by the night stalkers.
-In order to keep the peace, Xcoutal publically put Revely house as the higher house in Vacuo making the Xcoutals seem like lower nobility.
-During the evacuation, Virulent was on the last transport ship that escapes Vacuo due to the philosophy of putting his people's needs first.
-Due to being last for evacuation, he took heavy personal losses in which only 10% of his Night Stalker brethren survived and he lost his eyes.
`Once in Vale, he gained cybernetic replacement eyes. They have no weaponry to them but have cool design in which looks like he has crosses in his eyes.
-Xcoutal has an adopted daughter who is the child of a Night Stalker Member. That member died during birth and the father died during a recon mission. Since the Night Stalkers look after one another, Xcoutal took her in.
-During her initiation into the Night Stalkers, she refused a mask and was given a coat instead. Virulent allowed for it to occur but other night stalkers don't treat her as one of them.
-When she came of age, Virulent gave his adopted daughter her weapon. The weapon was her father's back in Vacuo.
~Virulent knows he needs a successor whether it be legitimate or be illegitimate, he is unsure if his adopted daughter will work out but he also doesn't feel pressed to find a woman.

█ FUTURE PLANS ▬ Future plans so far are trying to keep peace and happiness. The main goal tries to solve the overpopulation issue, getting people back to their home countries while keeping good relations so there can be Unity. It extremely favors Vacuo and getting it open and people back. Bias is kinda obvious. The deep dream is getting Vacuo back open and make it be a great superpower.

█ CYBERNETIC PIECE ▬ Cybernetic Eyes that replaced both eyes. The iris isn't normal as wat is seen is not normal iris and pupil but instead are crosses. Allows for sight like regular eye does but also has night vision.
█ WEAPONIZATION ▬ Weaponization isn't in form of something active but more passive. The weaponizaiton of the eyes allows for Xcoutal to be able to pick up on heat signatures allowing him see them not only in the area but in buildings as well. For this, he could see how many people are inside a library without walking in it.

█ *LEVEL 0 ▬ Shockwaves have force of a frag grenade. Has cool down of 2 posts after each use. Can knock someone back standard of 5 meters but varies more or less depending on their size.
█ *LEVEL 1▬ Shockwaves have force of frag grenade, has cool down of 1 post after each use. Can knock someone back standard of 5 meters but varies more or less depending on their size.
█ *LEVEL 2▬ Shockwaves now has force of a stick of dynamite. Cooldown increase to 3 posts after each use. Can knock someone back standard of 15 meters but varies more or less depending on their size.
█ *LEVEL 3▬ Shockwaves are now able to be produced through a medium through air or ground or even the water in 10 feet radius. Can knock someone back standard of 15 meters but varies more or less depending on their size. In water the knock back is lowered to 5 due to its density.
