Theme Song: Head Strong The day finally arrived for him to actually go and try to start his career as a medic. However, the true question was what he was going to specialize in. What was he going to do for the village? Was he going to be a regular medic? Maybe he was going to try and go more mental route. He wasn't a specialist in Genjutsu or anything. In fact, he wasn't sure what he specialized in. He thought maybe he had a strong connection with his bloodline but even so he hadn't even learned most of the jutsus he needed to for his bloodline. The more he thought about it, his arsenal of jutsu, even for a genin, was severely lacking and that probably was due to his mental weakness. He needed to not be so shy! What kind of shinobi was an introvert? A medic! But even then, that thought process wasn't really sound as he made it seem. There different types of medics...maybe I do great if I just stay in the hospital but I am also a shinobi. No doubt I will probably be sent on missions due to the healing. In fact,...... what if I am sent to heal people during battle? I wouldn't run from it...but..what if I freeze up and don't have any caffeine... His thoughts were psyching him out. He wished he could change his own mental state, make himself not think of such things or need such a drug like caffeine to help.
Arriving through the doors of the hospital, he would look around noticing that he wasn't the only one of shinobi nature in the hospital. He didn't think this field was that popular. Wasn't bias or anything. He just was ignorant. Many people were there of different backgrounds filling out the paperwork that was provided. It seemed a paper trail was created for any volunteers and future workers of the establishment. It made sense. Going up to one of the nurses, he would be handed a clipboard in which had 2 sheets of paper for him to fill out. It had all the basics such as name, age, and background. It asked some questions about jutsu history as well. One question he got stuck on. Looking at it, the question asked if he was a natural citizen of the village. He didn't know whether to lie and say yes or to say no. Obviously, it probably didn't matter as people who weren't born in Konoha probably have come before him and became medics. He was no special case. However, he felt anxious about the question because he felt intimidated. He felt he would be judged. Still, it wasn't like he was a bad person. After a 30-minute time-lapse, he finally would answer the question and finished up the paperwork. Turning it in, he waited for the next part.

Theme Song: Head Strong Making it to the hospital, he quickly went inside and went to find a nurse who could assist him. When he found one, the nurse quickly would put him to work. Handing him a clipboard and some notes, she sent him out to go do some diagnostics. He didn't have to diagnose them himself. That was done. However, she had him deliver the news to those waiting.
Clipboard in hand, he went towards the first patient on the list. The name matched the room making it easy for him to find. Looking over the paperwork, it seemed that this citizen was diagnosed with pneumonia. "Umm...hey" he would start, his introverted nature taking over him. He couldn't bring himself say more. Howver, it was simple. He just needed to say the words on the paper.
The patient was a teenage girl who was more darker skinned than the average villager. She looked as if she spent a lot of time lifting weights and doing work. Making crafts? A miner? He couldn't really tell for sure.ย
She looked at him with a warming smile even though she felt incredibly ill. She didn't mind his stutter. But, she did give a pleading look for him to continue. To give her an answer.
Caught in this gaze as if he was placed under a genjutsu, Usien finally found the courage to continue. "Umm. Miss Hyuuga. It appears that you have an aggressive case of pnuemonia. We are advising you stay with us a little longer while you recover from this" Finishing, he would look down and bow as if he made some mistake. However, he didnt receive a reprimand. The patient took it well.
Finishing up, he would quickly and quietly head out the door. That was rough.ย Yet? He needed to do it again right? He had more and more people he needed to give a diagnosis to. This was not going to be pretty. That was for sure. So that he did. However, he found with each diagnosis that things got better and better for him. The words flowed much easier. He had less trouble speaking.ย
By the time he finished his list, he would be met by the same nurse from earlier. She was impressed but it was obvious confidence was lacking and that wouldn't be good for most branches of being a medic. Looking at him, she decided push him towards Psychiatrist type work. Maybe, that would be a good benefit for him.
Going over the points that the nurse gave him, she would ask about his medical Justus. He had none. That was no good. Soon she heard that, she quickly pointed him to a room with a scroll. Locking himself into the room, she stated he had to learn 10 jutsu before he could come out. It also was a mental test. Could he deal with loneliness. Working by himself. His own thoughts. [Diagnosis Completed. D Rank] Profession Earned: Medic: Psychiatric Branch
Trapped in the room, he would have nothing but himself and time. A scary concept to be exact.ย The jutsu would end up becoming easy to him. Also if second nature.ย He learned more than 10. He learned 27 jutsu during this time period. Now, he waited to be released. Only left to himself and his mind for entertainment. Theme Song: Head Strong Soon the door would open and supplies would be put in along with cleaning solutions. She wasnt letting him out. Instead, she was giving him more work. Looking at her, he didnt say anything. It was obvious he was meant to clean.
This task just focused on cleaning and purifying the utensils and tools that were used. Medics not of shinobi nature still worked there. In fact, it kind of slipped his mind not all people were medical shinobi in the hospital. One would assume and that was wrong.
Taking the purification solution, he would start to clean the utensils. It was a boring task but it gave him time to think. It gave him a chance to wonder if this truly what he wanted to do.
His conviction stayed strong. It didn't waver. Instead, it was strengthened to a whole new level beyond comprehension. He was more determined. He had a long way to go but he felt first thinf he should do is actually use his jutsu instead of regular whiping.
Using the cleanse technique, he would get through the utensils and tools in no time. He knew had more purposes. Not only was the utensils cleansed but so was he. Finishing up, he would hear the door open and the nurse that placed him in there was replaced. Who was it now? Instead, there was a male who looked be in mid 30s. His eyes glowed with that which seemed to be some kind of bloodline trait. It was time for his true training to begin.
Purification: D Rank: Completed.

SadayoโฆโโฆSoga |Joลซninโ|Puppeteer Specialist It was new. It was shiny and it was heavy. One of the new autoclaves the director of medicine ordered was being rolled through the doorway. A smaller, table top model imported from the technologically advanced, flying village which hardly a soul on the ground seem to have access to. Trade was a formidble gateway, however, but only through a chain of progress to move important items from point A to B to C and then to D. Wheels were a blessing. Wheels made everything work and enabled tasks to happen on time. Lies. Wheels were the most annoying when some design error causes a jam and ten minutes or so is lost. Usien would be completely interrupted by a pink nightmare. Okay, not a total nightmare but just a woman dressed profusely in pink.
Pink shirt, pants, and even the sanitary head-wear binding down the immense puff of hair beneath. The pink nightmare was under direction to deliver an autoclave to a- erhm- medic in the works. Show them the ropes, ideally. "UsiEN? UsIE-n. Am I saying that right? Usien?" A clipboard and a package of clothes with a new mask sat on top of the microwave-like machine. The clothes were white. "Please put these on. They can just slip over what you're wearing. Wash your hands and put on another pair of gloves." Sadayo was jumping right in to the directions!
"You need to be washed and have your street clothes covered if i'm going to show you-" Sadayo cut herself short upon taking notice of a selection tools to the side. Clean. She completely ignored the gentleman with the glowing eyes. He wasn't who she was there to instruct. "I'm late, I see." Sadayo looked off into space. Her eyes fixed on a whole lot of nothingness as she felt the trickles of rage and frustrated bleed in from her bad luck with a broken wheel and a near busted autoclave.

Theme Song: Head Strong The male he was looking at was a fake-out. He was just there to get him out of the room. Instead, there was something else going on. The sound of his name getting murdered every which way to Sunday entered his ears. The feminine voice made him froze, almost turning into a ghostly pale version of himself. Why was this? He was a ******** shy dude. It wasn't about the look of the Jounin. Whether she was pretty or not is irrelevant to the situation because of the fact people in most cases made him stammer and lose focus. He wished he could do something about it but he couldn't. He would only nod in confirmation towards the woman. Looking at the microwave-like device, he was curious about what she was going to have him do.
Receiving the command, he quickly would put on his clothes, The the white quickly cloaked the clothes that he normally wore. Now dressed in the medical garbs, he would go to wash his hands quickly and put on some more gloves. It only took a minute or two for him to come back. The commanding tone was what forced him straight into action. A softer tone probably would of produced a more staggering response. "Is....." he started but couldn't get anything out. He was curious if something was wrong but the words wouldn't come out.
OOC: That sounds good. My post was longer then it got deleted.....so sorry for short response xD.

"I see," the woman dryly repeats herself. "You've already cleaned the..." Her voice wavered off with a creak disappointment. No matter. "Forget it, forget it, that was an important step. Good, actually, good work. All of the tools there are clean? I see they're covered." Sadayo stared at the extra person in the room. "My apologies if you were misdirected with incorrect instructions. This young man is still undergoing basic sanitation and a preparatory review," frankly Sadayo wasn't sure if this extra person was another intern, a nurse, or a patient but she politely lead the man out, explaining a few more things in-between, and handed him off to a nurse working the floor. "Thank you." She may have been a small-time nurse but her outside big-time title has left a print of authority.
"I'm Sadayo. They gave me your name on a paper. Told me where to find you. I'm what they a certified nurse. Please pardon the rush but we are behind schedule. If you have any questions, I will answer to the best of my knowledge." Her schedule. She looks up at him, tilting her head and battering her eyelashes trying not to seem entirely abhorrent with her immediate presentation. Sadayo knew her rushing was potentially a PAIN in the a** but she was truly a very, very busy young lady. Rushing around didn't mean that her manners didn't have to go out the window too.
She spun and returned to the autoclave. She pushed it toward the otherside of the room. "Did you wash your hands appropriately?" She asked with a quick turn to plug the device into an electrical outlet. "If you did, bravo. There is an actual technique to it around here. It's a pain as often as you'll have to the process dries out your skin sooner than preferred." Sadayo spoke as she trashed the groves on her hands. "You can watch me. Learn from it but you don't have to re-wash your hands." [1, Purification Rank D 1/1 - Complete]
Sadayo lead Uisen to the sink where she began her necessary demonstratoin. A gentle turn of a knob at the focet put the woman to work. "Now. Even if gloves are worn you must wash your hands before and after contact with patients, before returning to work, handling sterile materials, and upon leaving the hospital." She placed her bare hands under the running, warm water. "Warm. Always warm whenever available. You have no reason to scald yourself- unless you're some one who can handle that- just to wash your hands." [2, Purification Rank D 1/1 - Complete] The next step was soap. A thick, gel soap kept in a pump, attached to the wall, was smashed with the woman's sopping wet hand. "Apply." She said as the motions of scrubbing her palms together, fingers, knuckles and finger tips. Vigorously. "Surgeons and assistants go as far as washing their forearm. Rinsing too. Washing the wrist, at least, will suffice for typical tasks." [3, Purification Rank D 1/1 - Complete]
Some water was shook of her hand before she pulled for a dry paper towel. "Avoid splashing yourself. Wash for at least fifteenth seconds and make it a habit of turning off faucets with a paper towel." Sadayo demonstrated the step about turning off faucets and discarded the towel in a waste basket, tucked away to the side. "Now, it doesn't hurt to be fussy with your nails on this job. I understand some males aren't as remotely willing to show they may care about finger nails but you need to keep them clean. Trim. All natural and polish free but I imagine you don't wear polish? [4, Purification Rank D 1/1 - Complete]
Without so much as a hiccup, Sadayo was guiding Uisen to the next step. "This," her hand smacked the top the autoclave, but apologetically (nervously) brushed its corner afterwards. New equipment abuse shouldn't be practiced. "is an autoclave. It's used to sterilize using steam and pressure to kill bacteria and pathogens. This one is new and the lab has passed it off to me as an optimally performing machine to save us the hassle of going into the nity-gritty side of the job." [5, Purification Rank D 1/1 - Complete]
Sadayo placed her fingers on a knob on the front of the machine. "This opens the machine. Don't open it yet until you complete what i'm about to walk you through. Make sure your mask and gloves are on. I'd like you firs to sort out the instruments " " As her learning assistant surely went on to fulfill the direction, Sadayo opened a small door. A cabinet below the rolling machine was stocked with supplies. She brought out an unopened collection of sealed bags designed for stowing into the machine. [6, Purification Rank D 1/1 - Complete]
"After you've sorted the tools, I'd like you to place a couple into some of these bags. "" She clicked a pen taken from the cabinet." "Label them too with the date. Once you've wrapped that up, you can open the machine and place a single bag on each tray. Don't overlap bags. The trays are an easy slide-and-out deal. I'll walk you through what other settings and buttons you'll need address when you're ready. "

Theme Song: Head Strong .Yeah, she definitely was cracking. He wasn't trying to outdo her or was trying to push things along. He was just confused. He thought it was someone else in charge of him but now things changed and it was going to be interesting dealing with the woman who seemed at a lost. Was him already cleaning the items that bad? [purification D Rankย Completed]
The male seemed to be a little assembled that he was rushing Usien along. In fact, when he was told about the fact Usien was still in training that seemed to make everything fall in line. Everything was getting back to normal of how it was suppose to be. He couldn't say whether he was happy or upset about this because he was just trying to survive it all. His shyness was kicking it up another gear. That was for sure.
"Sadayo?" he comments trying to make sure he got the name right. He didn't want to mess up on his first day and he already felt kind of bad that he might of already made a bad impression on her with the situation at hand. The head tilt combo with her battering her eyelashes allowed for him to calm down. The mental tension that was present probably only to him was decreasing. This arose another problem which was making itself apparent more and more by the moment. He would simply nod, not knowing how to answer her and feeling that if he did it would only come out in an embarrassing squeak. Crap. He was an adult and yet still such regular pleasantries of a smile, a face, or just simply talking to people was still a major hindrance to his growth.ย Hopefully this wouldn't put them further behind schedule and would be able to get back on track. Appropriately?" Usien questions as he gave her a short blank stare. He used soap and water yes that was how anyone else washed their hands. However, as far as actually using some magical technique or practice then no. It wasn't magic. It was probably something standard that even non shinobi did but he was never taught that.ย Watching as she trashed her gloves, he would look make sure to stay nearby and pay attention to what she was about to show him. Being lead to the sink, he would watch as she began her demonstration and instruction. He could quickly understand how one's hands would start to dry out given how many times hands had to be washed. No matter what you did, it seemed before and after you had to wash your hands. Depending upon how busy the place is, that could be more than 100 times a day!ย He soaked in the knowledge as best as he could. It wasn't difficult to follow. He expected the real difficulty would probably be the part of remembering to wash his hands before leaving the hospital.ย
"Polish?" he questions. He pretty much answered her question without giving a true answer. Why would he even use nail polish? For what? He wasn't against males that used it, but it wasn't something he would ever consider himself. He could understand keeping them trim and clean. They weren't as dirty as a typical male but he also wasn't a typical male. He wasn't out there...being macho? Was that the word? Was he being stereotypical?! He wasn't trying to be but that just was the word that came up in his mind. He hated conflicts. He hated fighting but that was something he understood would never change.ย
The hand washing lesson would be over and Usien was already dreading his hands becoming dryer than cornbread made by someone who only is able to cook cereal. He couldn't dread on it too long. He had to get back to the task at hand . That device.
Usien never seen an autoclave before. It made him question exactly what was the point of cleaning by hand earlier. Then it probably was because the man didn't know of another way until the Jounin brought the machine in. That might of been a lie buti t was one he was willing to tell himself. The machine was at least a blessing in disguise. This meant that can just use the machine and not have to work extra hard. Technically speaking of course. There were much other issues they need to address and having sanitation off the list was satisfying.
Back into line of duty, he was given a task. He made sure his mask and gloves were on. Check! Now he needed to do the task. Sorting out the instruments by name and sizes (little scalpel, big scalpel) he would get them arranged nicely as requested. It didn't take him too long to have the supplies that came underneath the rolling machine to be sorted out. Next was putting them into bags and sorting them into the machine. He would do so, being careful not to put too many into one bag. It would seem for some that the bag might not have been to capacity with how many it could hold. Once he had them loaded, he awaited instructions on how to operate the machine. His eyes looked focus, keeping his introverted behavior down and repressed while trying to be the best student he could be.

"Good!" A little tune carried in her verbal applause. Usien was all up to par with the steps and showing he was capable of following her directions. She might have been a tad forward, harsh, or direct but being serious all the time at work was a habit. "Let's recap. When you clean your tools this enables fewer bacteria to get in the machine. Granted, this machine's job is to sterilize with pressure and steam but it's like-"
Sadayo tapped her fingers together in thought, "-washing dishes before they go in those fancy electric dishwashers. Or like pre-soaking a shirt when you have a stain before you start washing. " She looked especially proud of that dishwasher statement before she filed into the shirt washing statement. "This is the part where you get to follow along as I tell you what to do. I'll point so you can follow better." Sadayo checked the shelves in the machine. The spacing was well. The bags were appropriately set. Steam could end. "Ehhh- double check for good measure and close the door." She motioned for Uisen to close the door of the machine. Should he continue to demonstrate his good listening skills Sadayo would show him the little latches that were needed to the keep the machine safely closed. There were a small panel of knobs, buttons and a calculator-like panel with numbers. "Those latches there will double secure that the door is closed. If they break or if one isn't closing right. CHUCK THE MACHINE TO MAINTENANCE!" Her volume would seemingly double for a moment but leveled out with a clear of her throat. [Medical Mission : Purification Rank: D 1/2]
She would guide him along the panel and point to each knob. Each knob had a purpose that was explained, further, in a manual under the autoclave in the cabinet below. The little booklet wasn't important now. The settings generally stay at the same numbers no matter what, apparently. This knob. That knob. Turn this. Press that. Boom. "Granted that you've set the timer appropriately and it's kept at this marked minimum heat- and the door is functioning- then that's how you work an autoclave. Aside from technical maintenance, we little scrubbies. You and I. Will have to keep up with the chemistry going on inside the machine. But we'll talk about that later." Never.
