Synopsis:
Hell is getting way too over-populated, getting worse and worse each and every single day.
With the insane overcrowding, demons fight each other over territory and constantly battle over the smallest of resources.
As time goes on, the situation just gets increasingly terrible and toxic.
Recently the Angels have had enough, and created a new law over the demons.
Once in a while, Heaven's heroes venture to Hell and enforce a cleanse over all the beings existing in the lower realm.
A percentage of the demons are removed, completely eradicating their soul from existence.
This clears out un-redeemable souls to make way for new evil souls that get sent into the underworld.
Several times a year a fraction of the Demon population gets erased, and anyone is potentially up for being wiped out of existence.
The Angels realized that overcrowding could also be dealt with another way: redemption.
If the corrupted souls of Hell wish to redeem themselves and turn to the side of the Light, the Angels have decreed that they will be allowed to make their way to Heaven.
Most Demons laugh at the thought of changing their ways, but some of the true hearted Angels truly believe in the power of redemption and want to offer their helping hand to any evil creature wishing to see another way.
Kisa Mirai, The Beacon of Light, is one of these believers.
At the request of her people, she has ventured into the depths of Hell with her fellow Angels.
Together, they have opened up a hotel for the evil wayward souls looking to walk the path of redemption.
They will take in anyone that wishes (or claims) to improve themselves as a person.

Background: Zuni is a demon that was sent to hell for a reason she finds to be complete and utter bulls**t. She was damned simply because she has been forced to kill many people who attacked her, only killing them in self defense. However, because of the number of times she's been forced to defend herself, she was automatically sent to Hell. She is extremely bitter over this. To add more salt to her wounds, she gets to live in Hell as a slave to a very powerful demon named Josef.
Personality: Zuni is fairly angry, and bitter. She's sarcastic, and it's always very obvious she does NOT want to be here, or anywhere for that matter. She weaves between being completely silent and trying to ignore people bothering her, to snapping and spewing out cusswords galore. She is slowly growing more and more tame as she starts to get over her rage of being sent to Hell.

Personality: Nifty is very bouncy and random. She's a little all-over-the-place, and often doesn't make very much sense. She acts like a six year old child. She also sometimes talks to herself or has imaginary conversations with her stuffed animals.

Thorival casted away his birthright and literally clawed himself back up to the heavens and prostrated himself in hopes of being forgiven for being the offspring of the Angel that betrayed their brethren long ago and since he has shown repentance for his sins, he was forgiven and his ascent back into the heavens is being used as the baseline to the idea that is Heavenly Hotel and knowing it is his duty, he stands by Kisa's side to assist her in the endeavor of brining demons and angels back to the side of light.
Personality: Kind, Knows between right and wrong, anger problem like his brother, has horse blinders on when it comes to doing "Justice" and enacting just causes.

Background: Born in the pits of hell, Josef Verruckt cannot remember the faces of the demons that reared him. All he knows is to survive, one must massacre. Destruction and devouring is all he knows. Ecstasy from the screams of pain that are bequeathed from his victims sings to his very soul. All he knows is that through power comes survival, and the only way to get power is by taking it from people with it. After gaining enough power to make himself live at the top of his domain of the 7th hell, he decided he has been bored of just ruthlessly slaughtering anyone that crosses his path so he has formed a habit of taking in pets of various demons to show how much power he can hold over others beyond senseless slaughter. After hearing of the rumors of the hotel and the pangs of boredom beginning to gnaw away at his existence, he decided he would partake in the royal comedy that is to come of the Hotel from an innocent, naiive Angel. How fun will it be to feast upon her despair.

Wynter has long, gradient hair that fades from black to white, and bright silver eyes. She is short in height, and has a skinny, but not starving physique.
Background: Wynter has a few reasons she's down here, but she still blames a lot of why she's here on the failure of her father to be a good man, and a good father to her. She doesn't think she belongs here, but of course no one cares about that down in hell. Wynter tries to lay low in hell, you'll often find her either drinking at a bar, or drinking in the run down, shabby pile of bricks she calls "home". Being an alcoholic is certainly one reason she's down here, which she also thinks is utter crap.
Not to mention she gets into fights pretty often.
Personality: Sassy, short tempered, sarcastic, impatient, stubborn, says exactly what is on her mind, she can be described as a high strung person as well, she is almost never calm when sober.

Background: Prism has a fairly average background, she had always been a kind and giving person in her life, thus earning her way to heaven. She almost pities the souls in hell, and when she heard word of Kisa opening a hotel to help rehabilitate those souls, she asked if she could help. She's a bit terrified of going to hell, but she's willing to be a little scared to save some souls.
Personality: Prism is very innocent, sometimes a little dense, she is socially awkward and stutters very much when trying to talk. She gets intimidated easily, and a bit jumpy. Prism is just a nice girl though, and wants good for everyone.

Background: He's one of the Archangels, and he takes his job very seriously. He doesn't put up with people's bullshit. He can read people's most outer thoughts, so he's very quick to judge someone's intentions and most often dislikes people without even having to speak to them himself. So in a way, he's VERY judgmental.
Personality: He comes off as being strict, cold, and callous, especially towards demon-kind. He's very by-the-books, and doesn't like to break rules unless the rules are completely unjust. The few people he has a soft spot for, he's much warmer, but he doesn't usually get close to people because he finds most people to be full of s**t. He would rather be a loner and be all about business, than pretend to be friends with people whom he deems to be fake.

Photo: Altair is smaller in height and weight, but has a lean and toned build. He is built more for speed than power. He doesn't wear skin revealing clothing, always wearing long sleeves and slacks.
Although you can see his black, blue tinted bangs hanging over his creepy smiling mask, but that's about it.
Background: Altair is quite the mystery, he doesn't stick to one part of hell for long. He is rarely seen strolling around carelessly. The guy does the dirty work that higher ranking demons couldn't be bothered with, as long as he gets paid well with no strings attached. He is not hard to pick out in a crowd, due to the smiling white mask he wears 24/7. No one really knows what his actually face looks like, just adding to the rumors and tales of him.
Altair has grown quite bored of hell and its overlords, and once he heard of the Heavenly Hotel, he couldn't resist the urge to get some fun out of it. He wants to know if he's redeemable too, like the angels say.
Personality: Pretty bubbly and childish, but he goes dark every once and a while, either because someone pissed him off or he's been reminded of his unpleasant past. Otherwise, he likes to poke pretty harmless fun at people just to watch them react. He's friendly and all, but he's not your friend. You're nothing more than a lump of rocks to him in the end. He refuses to get attached to anyone, because eventually everyone disappears at one point or another. He prefers a "no strings attached" lifestyle.
Other: Altair carries a large black poleaxe as his weapon, and it never leaves his side. Ever.
"Wraith" is the nickname he was given by other demons for how he just seems to disappear for a while before he picks up another "job".

Background: Jun was a genetic experiment created to be an ultimate war machine. He was fused with dragon DNA, and rock, which gave him extreme brute strength. His sole purpose was to reign complete and utter destruction, and win wars for his creators. However, he surpassed his creators in power, and broke free, and decided to go rogue. He decided to be his own boss, and won battles for himself, which over time made him increasingly more and more powerful, until he became a full blown Archdemon.
Personality: Jun is gruff and brutish. He's very bestial, like that of an animal or natural dragon. He believes in following pure instinct, and nothing else. He doesn't care about how others feel, and will squish anyone in his way without a care or a second thought. Sometimes he comes off so beasty that it's difficult to understand, because of his humanoid form. He can be very angry, and violent, especially when he doesn't get his way.
Other: He's very sexist, because he is so animal like that he treats females the way a lot of animal species function in the wild. He views them as practically servants, and as baby-makers and care-takers. He thinks women should have to put effort into "pruning their feathers" and making themselves soft and pretty, like animals do to attract a mate. He also views weak people are being completely inferior, and worthy of death, just like how weak animals get snuffed out in the wilderness. He loves eating meat. He also loves nature and natural habitat, which is few and far between in Hell.
