█ Nature ▬ Alfred is a reclusive sort, save with his family. He tends to not speak much, but when he does it is of importance usually. A very down to business and blunt man, he in his age cares little for how others perceive his words. But, besides all this the man does have empathy and compassion for others as shown from his work in the health industry. Despite his prime being long gone, he is content with just passing on his wisdom and knowledge to the younger generations along with doing what he believes best for his family.

█ BACKGROUND ▬
While not originally from Vale, they are an old house from Mistral with a long history. And despite their move here, while not as quickly adapted as the Limax, they have settled into health related industry in vale. The family is known for their semblance of blood manipulation. While it varies in application for each individual member, they all involve the manipulation of blood. As such, there has been many uses of blood in terms of healing and other other such matters. They have created blood for patients when needed as well as helping to treat blood borne illnesses, which has allowed them to slowly exert some influence again.
Having had to move from mistral when it fell (leaving a little in advance as the warning signs were clear), the group had tough times initially until Alfred was able to find a line of work befitting a line of blood manipulators; public health. While it took time to full re-establish themselves, his hard work and invaluable hereditary semblance allowed their foothold to grow until they became fairly respected again. Many medicinal advancements, particularly related to blood, was brought about by this family. The family even occasionally goes to hospitals to help those in need of blood related treatments. The man himself, despite being frail, still actively exercises his mind and works to advance medicinal knowledge.
Alfred is still happily married to his life partner, Clarissa, and has done his best to set a bright future for his family. His children and grandchildren are well in life thanks to his efforts, along with their own help. Not much is known of his history or past though in Mistral, as he can be a reclusive man on the subject.

█ *DESCRIPTION
█ ▬ Alfred acquired his semblance, as all Sanguis before and after him, through blood. It is a semblance that, while always related to blood, will vary in what they can do with it. Thus it is rare to have two blood manipulators in this family with the exact same control or use of it. Alfreds in particular can be used for blood healing, though it does have some other uses as well.
█ *LEVEL 0 ▬ This is the most basic form of healing for him. He is able to replicate blood for others, or filter toxins from their body by having it bleed out of them (requires an open wound). He can do this for three patients per day at level 0, 5 at level 1, 7 at level 2, and 9 at level 3.
█ *LEVEL 1▬ At this level he has the ability to clot blood, or thin it as is needed. He also gains the first offensive use in being able to launch blood projectiles at enemies (blood originating from himself, has to be from palm). He can use this for 5 posts per day at level 1, 7 at level 2, 9 at level 3 (anymore results in too much loss of blood).
█ *LEVEL 2▬ At this level, his blood becomes a bit more potent in its healing ability. His aura infused blood can enter another to help heal and repair internal damage, or at least act as a patchwork to help stabilize them from dying. This is only a temporary fix though, and the stabilization only last for 5 posts. He can only do this twice per day at level 2, 3 times at level 3.
█ *LEVEL 3▬ At this level, two things arise. He is able to create liquid blood "whips" from his hands (only go as far as 30 feet) that are sharp but can also restrain a foe. This can be done for 10 posts per day. The other thing his blood can do, with permission, is to cause someone to excessively bleed or clot their blood. This process takes time though, and requires him to have examined the person's blood. It takes 7 posts to bleed or clot someones blood to a lethal levels. This can only be done once per day.
█ *DRAWBACKS ▬
His semblance isn't aura piercing (unless given permission). Meaning he cannot control the blood inside someone else unless they allow him. Using the max duration of his blood abilities per day will leave him weakened and drained of blood, requiring him to either rest or drink another persons blood to recuperate.
