█ Nature ▬ Greedy and selfish, Charlie's primary focus is to live a life of luxury. He cares not for the little person, focusing more on his own family and interests along with nobility in general. Anything to boost his own wealth and standing, which led him to his current position in life. Despite his nature, he does handle money well and knows how to keep things flowing; even if it can be at the expense of others. Also due to his wealth and enemies...he can be a paranoid man.

█ BACKGROUND ▬ After having fled Mistral, and the botched union with another noble family, Charlie has spent his life in the pursuit of wealth, luxury, and power. Far beyond their more humble days as merchants, he has worked hard and smart to get this far in life. Unlike Alfred, he is the less charitable and hands on of the two. Preferring to be more secluded and isolated with the upper class, he sees the poorer force as just a tool to boost the wealth of the nobility and more importantly himself. While he has an estranged relation with his own family, he is confident they would do him no harm given what he brings to them in his current position.

█ PRIMARY WEAPON( Just Business)
█ ▬ The weapon itself seems to just be a regular briefcase. Even when opened, it would seem like a normal briefcase. But with the press of a few secret buttons, a few compartments open to allow for transformation.
█ Melee Form ▬ A long handle protrudes out of the briefcase as the briefcase itself seems to widen. Forming a hammer with a 2 foot wide head and a 5 foot long shaft.
█ Ranged Form ▬ The briefcase has a small hole that open, and with a button emerging by the handle of it, Charlie can fire aura projectiles in the shape of letters to cut up enemies. It has a range of 10 feet.
█ Other Form(s) ▬ In this form, it seems and functions just like a regular briefcase save that the briefcase itself is bulletproof and can act as a shield.

█ ▬ Charlie can offer a deal to a person, and if they accept, they are bound to that deal for a certain amount of time or a condition is met. The deal can be anything from agreeing to get him a cup of coffee or promising to keep a secret. Should the person break the deal, they would find themselves subjected to a crushing weight that pins them to the ground and unable to move.
█ *LEVEL 0 ▬ Charlie can only have one deal going on at a time with one person. If the person breaks the deal, they are pinned for the ground for 3 posts.
█ *LEVEL 1▬ Charlie can have up to two deals going on at once with a different person for each. If the person breaks the deal, they are pinned for the ground for 4 posts.
█ *LEVEL 2▬ Charlie can have up to three deals going on at once with a different person for each. If the person breaks the deal, they are pinned for the ground for 5 posts. In addition, at this level it also temporarily disrupts their aura for the duration.
█ *LEVEL 3▬ (300-399 posts)
█ *DRAWBACKS ▬ Requires player consent (by accepting the deal; will alert in ooc to person semblance is being used). He is restricted to his max; which he only gets new uses if someone completes their end of the deal or if the deal is broken. Once the posts of being pinned are up, they can move freely again and are free from the contract.
