In the thick of war, between intense clashes of metal and steel, a shinobi cannot leave any margin for error. Tsuki has grown so accustomed to fighting on and around water. Over time, he began to simply glide or waltz along the water's edge, Increasing his agility and overall movement speed while remaining light on his feet. Tracking his movements becomes beyond difficult as he casually dances around the battlefield with grace and elegance.

XXXXX[ Instead of developing an thirst for blood and a hunger for battle like most shinobi born during the warring states era. Tsuki had always shown that he was more of the calm and collected type, even in the face of his most dire of circumstances. This alone led his fellow clansmen to confide in him, trusting his judgment and taking his words as wisdom even as a youth. However, his stoic demeanor tended to irritate his companions since he responds to their rash thoughts and behaviors with sighs or grunts. By With the will to survive, Tsuki has spent most of his time focusing on improving his skills and almost no time at all on cultivating friends. This lack of companionship developed a strong sense of loyalty and devotion to those who managed to become close to him. He values friendship and rivalry, and seems genuinely saddened at the lose of either. Although his clan may annoy him on occasion, he is often willing to take on an extremely deadly opponent alone in order to allow them to escape.
Tsuki also seems annoyed by those who use their ninja arts to oppress people, especially those who proclaim that they are doing it in service of his clan. When Tsuki was 15, at the end of the war, his clans head ordered his people to take control of the land of water by force. When Tsuki opposed, the clan quickly divided into two factions and a large battle consumed the land of water. At the cost of his fathers, two elder brother and sisters lives, Tsuki managed to wound his former clan leader before saving his younger brother and mother before barley escaping his self . It was do to this battle that the founders of the village hunted clans with kekkai genkai out of fear of their uncontrollable power. In the last 5 years Tsuki hunted his former clansmen, becoming its head as well as any other clans that opposed peace, seeking to recreate the chaos of the Waring states era. In order to avenge the death of his loved ones, and eradicate the memory of this dark days Tsuki now fights to maintain peace in the ninja world as the unanimously elected Mizukage Of the Hidden Mist village. ]
