 - Undyed- Female | Male | Female 2 | All of these rabbits are members of the The Arbor Warren and some will be pre-assigned to specific Color Groups - so please be aware before applying! Each bun below has a specific entry form. You may enter one entry for EACH character, but may only win one of them! If you do not want a bun do not enter for them. Sully will be picking winners based on how well they fit the warren, how interesting or entertaining they are, and or whatever just works best for the bun in questions and if in doubt will use RNG between favorite entries. Rules: One entry/story per person, per character!
Anyone except Sully can enter, including any and all staff, and pre-existing Arbor members.
You may put all entries in the same post, or different posts.
You may edit posts up til the cut off.
If you win a bun, you do not HAVE to keep their dye job if you so choose.
These buns will automatically be full members of the warren, you will not need to apply/petition the Founders.
No discouraging other users here or on Discord.
No whining about what rabbit you get or don't get please.
You are not required to use the story you write, but the rabbit is required to be a member of the Arbor.
Please keep entries reasonable, simple is better. I don't exactly want a novel!
Be creative, have fun with it! The contest begins now and ends Sept. 30th 10PM PST.

Ooops?? What happened here??? This messy cutie pie will be joining the BLUE or YELLOW group! She was once so plain, and now sooo...messy? How did this happen? Did she WANT this? Or is this a good episode of When Dye Jobs Go Bad? You decide!

I Know What Happened!Bun's Name: Carnation Yellow or Blue: Blue What happened to this bun??: Well, it didn't happen all at once. Carnation has a tendency to be messy when she works, wiping excess dye on whatever is closest, usually her own fur. That's how it started out, at least. Then she decided she liked the aesthetic and the random splotches turned into mementos of her work. Each spot of colour has a story and a piece of art behind it that she would be more than happy to share. Entry for Female #1 !Bun's Name: Orchid Green or Pink: Pink Why does she choose that group: Orchid has always been gentle and caring by nature. Even before she left her family, she had acted as the big sister of her litter and assisted her mother in their care. So the pink group was a perfect fit. Reporting for Duty!Bun's Name: Newt How did he find the Arbor: He didn't find the Arbor so much as it found him. He just happened to be in an area where some of the Guard was scouting and was immediately enamored by the dyes they had chosen to adorn themselves with. Why will he be great for the Red Guard: Newt is a fan of the arts, but he isn't so good at it himself. His big paws are much more suited to protecting the artists. He's active and driven with a strong moral compass.

Green or Pink: Green
Why does she choose that group: She has a green thumb amd an affinity for planting. She also doesn't want to stand out amd would prefer to be another one of them many. She is quiet and humble and smart.

What happened to this bun??: Splash was actually a bunny born with the name bland. She HATED this name and she hated how boring she looked. So her ENTIRE life she grew and saved berries of all colors so that she could finally be her true self! Welcome to the world Splash! The bun She was always meant to be.

Bun's Name: Alyssum
Green or Pink: Green
Why does she choose that group: Alyssum loves to be out in nature. She has always enjoyed toiling around in the dirt and usually drags it in on her paws wherever she goes. She learned from a pretty young age that MOST rabbits don't like it when she trails bits of soil all over their burrows so she had kept to herself most of her life, tending to her own little gardens and not minding the dirt everywhere. Then she found the Arbor and realized this was a place she could really be herself! She gets to work out with the plants all day (and night if she so chooses no one really seems to be terribly strict around here) and if she happens to leave dirty paw prints wherever she goes? Well, no one really seems to care about that either. It's pretty much the perfect place for a messy little gardener to play in the dirt.

Bun's Name: Ahdra
Yellow or Blue: Blue
What happened to this bun??: "You've gotta squish a few berries to make the dye" is Ahdra's life motto in more ways than one. While her current look wasn't exactly intentional, she full intends to rock it. She's dedicated her days to perfecting dye mixing since she was big enough to squash a berry. Every now and then she gets a little too enthusiastic mixing up a new colour and adds another layer to her look.

I Know What Happened!
Bun's Name: Hollyhock
Yellow or Blue: Blue
What happened to this bun??: Quickly after joining the blues this clever and creative bunny became fast friends with the founder of the yellows, Pip. After a particularly long day of doing all kinds of dye jobs for other rabbits her and Pip were hanging out and decided to let Pip have a go at doing some dye work. A fun night and a lot of laughter later they decided the dye job was a case of accidental fabulousness. She continues to rock the look and adores the rainbow colors. It's care free and fabulous, just like her!

Reporting for Duty!
Bun's Name: Fritz
How did he find the Arbor: Fritz has always had a strong instinct to protect, but he's never been physically strong. While out trying to find is place among the world, he stumbled upon some very laid back buns that seemed to be too free-loving and less concerned about their safety. He instantly started keeping an eye on them, letting the free spirits of these buns do their worst to him - dye him - all sorts of colors (especially the kits). But he faithfully watches over them and has proudly been wearing the red dye bestowed him.
Why will he be great for the Red Guard: Fritz is that cool dad that everyone loves. He's very protective and watchful of the Arbor buns, letting them enjoy their free loving ways to their hearts content, knowing they had someone faithful to watch over them.

Why does she choose that group:Blossom is a soft bunny who is willing to help others and expecting mothers. She is super caring for the young bunnies and holds a soft spot in her heart for them who lack a mother.

What happened to this bun??:Violet was working her paws to make a new craft. She stepped back to admire her work but mistepped. This caused the inks she was holding to the side to spill over her white pelt.

Bun's Name: Snowbell
Yellow or Blue: Yellow
What happened to this bun??: Snowbell had once been rather quiet and soft spoken (not that most would ever believe that now!) until one day she finally worked up the nerve to start taking more initiative in her life. She wanted buns to notice her! She wanted to be liked, and maybe she wanted all of them to be just a little bit jealous of all the beautiful dyes she's managed to collect for herself. They are, after all, just another representation of her newfound voice.

Bun's Name: Joy
Yellow or Blue: Yellow
What happened to this bun??: Her favorite thing in the world is to make others laugh or smile. She loves to perform physical comedy and in one act she was putting on for a group of predominantly kits she pretended to repeatedly slip and fall in berries, which resulted in this appearance. (Yes, I'm giving her a clown persona!) Joy thinks this look is fabulous and happily repeats the routine anytime it fades, washes off, or is requested. It's become one of her more popular performances.

Reporting for Duty!
Bun's Name: Timber
How did he find the Arbor: It's actually a pretty funny story. He had been collecting dyes and such for trading when his eye spot a pretty little bun that made his heart skip. Maybe it was his instinct talking, or maybe it was fate. Whatever the case may be, he found himself following after them and making their home in the Arbor. It took some time to get used to the Arbor's ways. Life back at his own burrow had been individualistic, and brutal. Less nice and carefree. It was more about survival of the fittest. He was tempted to leave, but the thought of them always brought him edging back into the warren.
Why will he be great for the Red Guard:
He'd be a decent one! He's a buck of few words, and can be quite blunt. It isn't uncommon for a curse word to fall out of his mouth. However; he does value the Arbor and how they have an easier life to live than what he used to know, which he is forever grateful for.

What happened to this bun??: She had been telling a story to the buns in the group, and it had been fascinating really. But it was getting close to dark, they started nodding off…and before she knew it, she was nodding off too! Much to her dismay, they somehow got a hold of a multitude of dyes, and started patting her white fur with them. When she awoke….well…she was a mismatch of colors! Lesson learned—Puff would never fall asleep with the little rascals ever again. She knew there was a reason she didn’t like kittens!
