Customs Rules & Guidelines When a colorist is ready to open customs, they will create a thread for them! If the thread title says it is not open, setting up, WIP etc please do not post until the customs are officially opened.
Do not nag, torment, wheedle, or whine at the colorist if they are 'too slow' working on your order - colorists have lives too, you know. We do have rules in place for colorists finishing work on time, so please allow staff to handle these situations.
Colorists retain the right to reject a custom/bribe for whatever reason they see fit. Example: It would involve too much work.
Customs, for now, are PWYW, but please be fair to the colorist! Try to send a trade that accounts for the amount of work your custom will be.
Breed Traits vs Mutations A breed trait is something that every Kitsusagi of that breed will have; that is a templated option. Mutations are any type of body edit that is not templated. Expressions, hair, clothing, items that may be held etc are not mutations. Mutations will generally be a rare thing and colorists will list in their slots if they are doing mutations or not.Custom Form [b]Owner:[/b]

You do not get to choose the number of kits you get, level of edits, type of edits or colors, or anything else about the design. These elements are randomized and/or up to the colorist. Please refrain from asking the colorist to do something specific for your breeding - this includes 'hinting' strongly at such things.
You are allowed to request only certain stages for your breeding, but this must be included in your breeding agreement as well, so discuss it with breeding partners first!!
Children from prior breedings must be grown and certed before the parents can enter again.

Special Breeding Rules Involving Ghosts As mentioned in The Life After Death Guide, a Ghost may be used as an influence once only in a breeding, to have that Kitsu be reborn.
If a Ghost is level 3, They may be used in an OOC breeding once.
A Rebirth kit is counted as an "extra" and the owner who submitted the Ghost for Rebirth may also keep one rolled kit from the breeding, as normal, if they choose to do so.
In a breeding with 2 parents, only one ghost can be reborn.
in a breeding with 3 parents, 2 ghosts can be reborn.
If you are using a Ghost in a breeding, no other items may be used in the same breeding that would grant extra kits above the number rolled.
