wellwisher I'm more of a Guild Wars 2 kinda person when it comes to mmos. Forget Ame's a**, I'm hijacking this thread to talk about Guild Wars 2. It's my preferred MMO too. Just hard to find time to dedicate to it anymore.

I played GW2 briefly. It was fun. But I never got into the community. Final Fantasy I've got my little group I play with and they're all magical and gay af so I fit right in.

Mama Ame I played GW2 briefly. It was fun. But I never got into the community. Final Fantasy I've got my little group I play with and they're all magical and gay af so I fit right in. Community is, kind of iffy. It's better than the Overwatch or League of legends communities at least. GW2 just seems to have a lot of , people doing their own thing, and not teaming up and doing stuff in their guilds. go figure.

I 100% dislike grouping with random people in mmos. I've gone weeks not being able to level because I need to run a certain instance and my friends are busy and I dont want to group with randoms.
So I'm either very social or antisocial. No inbetween.

I'm not big on pugs. (the term for random groups of people working together) though at least GW2 has the advantage that fighting world bosses usually brings enough random people who know what they're doing that grouping isn't necessary. Leveling is always a pain no matter what multiplayer you're playing. So, new characters are often annoying to deal with. At least for me, I have a main character, a special dungeon (Fractals they're called) character, and like, two that are just sorta randomly there that I thought would be cool to try out. they mostly are used now for crafting. Anyways, back on topic: are we talking about FF15?
