"What do we want of you? Oh dear boy," Reach found herself tsking, closing the gap between herself and the new wolf. "Why do you think we would want something from you?"
Stray grunted in reply, his claws digging into the dirt, watching Burst's body language. What kind of games were going through Reach's mind, he always wondered.
"I mean, you are alone out here it seems," she glanced over towards Stray, who gave an affirmative nod. Ah, what a good boy. "And a lone wolf can be a dead wolf if fallen on the wrong company." There was a little giggle that left her maw, slightly manic in tone. "But...since you asked..." Her eyes flashed towards the stranger. "You seem to blend well with the foliage and well, I've been looking for this particular plant deep within the woods. It's good for relaxing, and normally
I would go get it, but," another chuckle, "you see, it is...rather protected, and I would just stick out like a sore paw."
"Do you think you could do that for me dear boy? I mean, you would have of course have Stray to accompany you, so you wouldn't be quite a lone wolf anymore."
Stray's eyes narrowed, flicking back towards Reach for just a moment.
