An honor? The comment had both corners of Markus' mouth tilting up in a smirk. Sachio was a curious kind of guy. But that's what Markus liked about him, he was interesting and kept a conversation moving. Listening to his friend as he spoke Markus looked over the menu.
"Yeah...I uh...I could take some fries I guess. Heh. Food doesn't sound too bad." Honestly, he had not really intended to eat but Sachio wanted food and Markus wasn't here to offend. Besides it might be nice to have an early lunch, start with softer topics before working into his own mess. Plus, he decided as a lump in throat was swallowed down, he was still a bit nervous.
As he finished his order of fries off with a rootbeer the menu in hands went to rest on the table in front of him. Soft blue eyes turned to lunch companion and he grinned,
"mm. Actually yeah! I'm working on making my own yo-yo, right now I'm just drafting the parts out in clay but I think soon I'll have a good idea of what I want!" He liked having someone to talk about hobbies with, truth be told he could probably spend most of the day just talking about them.
"Oh yeah, got any pictures man, I'd love to see. " He leaned back in the booth looking much more relaxed than when he had originally gotten there.
"Crazy like how crazy? Heh, I could craft you some crazy lawn gnomes, just saying." The last comment was mostly a tease, mostly.
Markus had purposely left out responding to the questioning of school, DCU was not something he wanted to think about today, nor was computer sciences.
