When he sighed to a friend about his growing money troubles, they were so nonchalant about bringing up the local Stone Bank. Apparently, they went there frequently to imbue some stones with their magic, take the cash, and be on their merry way. No questions, no concerns, no weird looks.

When he finally got up the nerve to check the place out, the receptionist was super chill and friendly. Heck, even the way she talked about it made it seem like it really was so common for people to come on in when they needed the cash. Nothing wrong or questionable about it.

Sin hadn't jumped in immediately to sign up, but after a few weeks of considering it... there he was. It wasn't like he was adopting, he reminded himself as he headed in, greeted by the same receptionist. Just putting magic into a stone or two so that someone else could use them to start a family.

He wasn't necessarily adding to the orphanages. He wasn't. Doing this wasn't condemning a kid to the same things he grew up with. His third eye remained firmly shut and somewhat hidden by his wavy bangs, though nothing he did could hide the odd crescent moon tip of his tail. Sin filled out the paperwork, making it clear he wasn't interested in being involved in the child's--children's?--life... lives. Whatever it was.

He just needed the money. In and out. Done. Grab the cash and go on with his life. That's all. It wasn't a bad thing to do.
