Quote: TRIGGER WARNING: Extreme violence, torture, possible gore, possible death. Proceed at your own risk. MISSION 003 - THE POOL OF TEARS Location: The Private Pool at the Crimson Hotel.
Requirements: N/A Specialty Unlocked Mission
Debriefing: Now that you've taken an enemy senshi alive, you have to try and force information from them!
((This mission is a little more free form than the others!)) ♠️STEP ONE: You've been gathered at a private pool, called upon by General Labyrinthite due to your assistance in capturing the senshi. It requires a special key-card and is mysteriously void of all hotel staff. There's something eerie about the dim-lighting and the way the florescent lights bounce off of the pool's surface. The smell of chlorine is in the air and it's almost overpowering. You can't help but notice how...clean everything is.
The captive is bound, hands behind their back and ropes binding the rest of them. They're forced to sit on their knees or lay uselessly on the ground. There's a gag in their mouth as well.
It's not hard to deduce what's about to happen.
All players must roll 1d4 to determine their position:
Quote: 1 - You are on lookout duty, while there are safeguards in place to prevent detection, it's likely that someone is looking for your prisoner! It's best to keep all eyes out. 2 - You've been chosen to do the dirtiest of deeds. It's your job to extract information from the target. You get to be the torturer. (May only be rolled once, if someone has rolled this before you then please roll a second time for a new position. If being the primary torturer is uncomfortable for you and you roll this you may default to lookout instead. If both the Notetaker and Torturer have been rolled, you may choose between lookout or guard.)) 3 - You are chose to stand guard, this puts you at close proximity to the captive and it is your job to make sure that they don't go anywhere! 4 - You've been chosen to take notes. Utilize your tablet to make sure everything gets recorded! (May only be rolled once! If someone rolled this before you, please roll again. If both the Notetaker and Torturer have been rolled, you may choose between lookout or guard.)
♠️STEP TWO: Each player, except the Notetaker must roll 1d4:
The notetaker's sole job is to record what is going on to fill out a later report.
If you are the torturer:
Quote: (This determines the 'tone' of this mission! I am willing to allow you to CHOOSE one of these options instead of rolling) 1 - You decide to start off 'nice', ask a few questions, try to pull information out from the senshi without force. 2 - Who needs to play nice? Certainly not you! Deciding that the time for niceties is long past, you don't hesitate to use violence or force to draw out information. 3 - Maybe taunting is your thing or maybe you just like reminding people that they have no control. Either way, you don't exactly start with questions or violence, but rather reminding them that they're a prisoner. 4 - Why hurt their outsides when you can hurt their soul? Show the captive that dying would be a mercy with what you can do to their starseed. Surely they'll want to give up information then!
If you are on lookout:
Quote: 1 - Things seem pretty quiet, despite what's going on beside the pool, there doesn't seem to be anything to be concerned about. 2 - Despite the privacy of the pool, there's still glass windows and you think you see movement outside, it could be a trick of the light, you decide your mind is playing tricks on you. 3 - Despite your diligence, nothing seems to be out of place or noteworthy. 4 - There's definitely movement outside. You leave to go investigate. (Wait for Nuxaz to respond!)
If you are a guard:
Quote: 1 - The senshi seems to be docile...enough, so you remain vigilant in your position, ready to neutralize as needed! 2 - There's no need for you to do anything but stand there, for now. 3 - Despite their bound hands, it looks like the senshi might be doing something...Better remind them that you and your allies are in control! 4 - The senshi somehow manages to free their hands! Either someone didn't learn how to tie knots well or this captive is just tricky! Better get them under control! (Wait for Nuxaz to respond)
♠️STEP THREE:
There is no Step Three, results will be determined by how the rest of the interrogation goes!
Quote: Nuxaz will prompt you further with things tailored specifically to how the interrogation goes!

Adamantine had brought the senshi to General Labyrinthite and he had dismissed her once the captive was in his hands so that she could tend to her wounds and regroup with the others. The mission report was still expected to be filled and submitted in a timely manner with all of the injured immediately ushered into private rooms to be tended to.
Some of them would even find an energy orb or starseed sent to their room for consumption.
Later, however, they'd all be summoned by Chase, who would lead them into another area. The keycard he pulled out didn't look like any of their room cards and when he held it against the sensor it flashed pink before opening. When they entered the building, they'd find a large pool stretching before them and the scent of chlorine filling their noses.
When he shifts from Chase Black to intimidating Gneral Labyrinthite it would be midstep, effortless and seamless with darkness pulling over him and cloaking his form in the blink of an eye. His gait did not falter and he strode forward with command and confidence.
Not too far from the pool itself would lay their captive, Eternal Striker, who was bound and gagged.
They would also see a cat in a tophat and bow tie sitting upon one of the pool's lounge chairs. He looks as if he's concentrating and shouldn't be disturbed.
(You will roll AFTER my next post, please use the code below for easy quoting <3)

Leifite
Apprehension filled Leifite's chest as she badged into the abandoned pool room where Striker was being held. The stitches in her head itched, and she tried to not scratch at them any more than she already had. The medic team said she was clear from the concussion, but to keep it cool on the missions until she was fully clear. She palmed the starseed in her fingers; she'd found it in her room after returning to it, pulsing with energy. She hadn't consumed it yet, but perhaps.... this was gunna need it.
She popped the small object into her mouth and crunched down. A sudden rush of energy surged through her body and she let out a soft gasp. That was... incredible, even more so than simply draining civilians. Her skin felt like it was on fire, but in a deliciously good way.
She swallowed and rolled a shoulder. That... would be dangerous. The feeling in her veins was addictive, and she knew it.
Leifite stood at attention, trying to ignore the thrum in her veins, and waited for the interrogation to start. She believed she'd do what was necessary for the situation. Probably.

Dravite followed a few paces behind General Labyrinthite and Eternal Adamantine, powering up as they did. His uniform had been made anew, the singed caplet and torn jacket bore no signs of distress from the hard fought battle they had barely won. The only indication that Dravite hadn’t made it out unscathed was the slight limp when he stepped forward with his right foot, the road rash on the side of his face and split lip; thankfully his snow colored hair covered the stitches on the back of his head and coat hid the one on his side. Technically his left art should probably be in a sling but he refused to show such weakness or let anyone believe he was unfit to continue with their mission. If the starseed was still in his room when they got back, perhaps he would reconsider taking that as well. The strong smell of chlorine assaulted his sense as the group entered the pool area. Seeing the eternal bound and gagged left little to the imagination as to what was about to happen. However, the question remained; how far was the General willing to go in order to get answers. A curiosity that would remain unspoken as he glanced between him and the eternal before resting his gaze on the small mauvian with the top hat.

Strengite
She had followed them because it was an order had it not been she would have remained in her room licking her metaphorical wounds. The real damage the little s**t had done to her was more like a bad sunburn. Her arm, her face, and a portion of her chest were bright red and still stung to the touch. It was as if she had forgotten to put on suntan lotion before spending the day at the beach. Annoying, painful, but not unbearable. Out of the three of them who got injured she was the the least injured. Adamantine seemed to have come out of the fight in a much better condition even though she was the one who had taken most of the senshi's blows. Leifite and Dravite both had their asses handed to them by their little kamikaze so the curvy woman really didn't have anything to complain about. That didn't mean that she wanted to be there right then.
The slight chirp of the card reader and the blast of chlorinated air informed her of where Chase brought them, the sight of the eternal tied up like a thanksgiving turkey explained why they were there. Following the lead of her companions she too allowed the power to flow through her until she was standing there once more as Strengite, her transition wasn't nearly as seamless or dramatic as the Generals but she only had to pause a moment before she could continue walking, this time in her uniform's heels.
The cat got a quick glance, silver eyes dismissing the feline as unimportant at that moment, before Strengite took in the rest of the room. Standard hotel pool. Nothing out of place other then themselves and their little s**t stain of a captive. Now what, she mentally wondered as she stood there, arms crossed. Hope this is over with quick, I really hate the smell of chlorine in my hair! Her nose wrinkled briefly in disgust before she masked it once more under a face of indifference.

Eternal Adamantine
Adamantine didn't bother going to medical. The eternal had suffered Strikers beams but nothing that burned or broken her. She had worst from her father and that was probably a terrible comparison. The orb of energy left in her room was sucked into her, healing any internal damage and give her enough energy.
She wasn't far behind the general, as she entered the pool powered. Her gaze dropped to the candy king cat and she reached down to greet the guardian.
"Good evening Theodore." If Adamantine cared to look at their captive, it didn't show in the way she moved. Her attention drew to the gathered lieutenants, taking stalk at how they fared.
She didn't bother offer them congratulations on the mission. They were all after all, still in the midst of one. Attention drew to the General in charge, waiting for just how this questioning would go.

Eternal Sailor Striker; Captive Striker, for his part, was looking a little worse for wear. Still. In spite of being all trussed up and kneeling, he made a show of looking aloof in the situation. His brows were furrowed in determination, and he was looking up in the air, as if to say, “I am above all of you, no matter what you think.” And probably several obscenities in a foreign language. But there was nothing to be said right then, as he was gagged, and well restrained (having been struggling with it just minutes before...but for the moment was waiting to see what would happen). Every now and then, he would shift slightly, in a way that might make one suggest he was, even while making a show of aloofness, trying to slip his bonds. Thus far, it was clearly unsuccessful.

Theodore's head lifted when Adamantine came close, a soft rumble of a purr leaving the guardian cat before his brows knitted together and he continued to concentrate. As much as he wanted to chat with the white haired woman, suppressing the aura of so many was a struggle when doing it alone.
As much as he hated it, he almost felt as if it was not a job for a solo cat.
He would never say such things, but Theodore could feel the strain. He hoped that this would be quick.
It seemed well enough that Labyrinthite took command.
"While congratulations may seem in order, there's still much to do before anyone can celebrate," he said, his voice a low and gravely thing. Whiskey gold swept across the gathered and he leveled a measured look back at Striker on the ground.
He knew, immediately, that sussing out information would be an ordeal. Still, there was no better opportunity to learn what lengths the gathered would go.
"We'll use this experience as a learning tool," he stated, hands folding behind his back as his shoulders straightened. He was taller than almost everyone else in the room but if he wasn't, the general knew how to make himself look like he was.
"One of you will get to lead the interrogation. One of you will be the record keeper, another, lookout and finally guards in case he thinks he can get away with something." He explained. "I don't care who is what, simply that it's handled."

StrengiteQuote: 2 - You've been chosen to do the dirtiest of deeds. It's your job to extract information from the target. You get to be the torturer. The positions were stated but it seemed that Labyrinthite was going to let them decide who did what in this little info gathering session. Honestly Strengite wasn't sure she would be able to pull off any of the jobs the General offered but there really was only one she was likely best at, besides record keeping. "I would like to take a crack at him," She spoke softly but with firm resolve. "That is if none of you think you would do better." She inclined her head slightly in a nod to her companions, her hair spilling over her shoulder. She owed this boy for her injuries... technically the others were more damaged then she was but that was their problem. Not hers. Her mind was already trying to think of the best way to get information from him. Should she play good cop or bad cop... or crazy cop? How far could she take it? Would the General let her experiment a bit? She had always wondered how a youma was made, maybe she would get a chance to fiddle around with the process this time. Not that she wanted this little s**t as a youma. He wasn't worth the energy. She wanted to know for next time. For the time she found someone she could really use. Yes. Yes this felt like a good thing. Besides she was pretty sure she would be getting brownie points for stepping up to get her hands dirty. The grin she flashed at the boy senshi was not a very nice one... not at all.

DraviteDravite was actually somewhat taken aback when Strengite volunteered to be the one to extract information from their captive. For all her flirting she didn’t really strike him as being someone who would willingly hurt someone unless it was in selfdefense then again she may have an idea for a different approach to take. Nonetheless he would not belittle the lieutenant for her decision. Instead, in spite of his current state, he picked up the notebook and took a seat. Typically he would have offered to stand guard but the significant difference in strength between him and the eternal, Dravite felt that perhaps this time Adamantine would be better suited for that role. Placing a firm hand on Strengite’s should Dravite looked her square in the eyes. “If it gets to be too much…” spoke in a low tone so their prisoner couldn’t hear “Let me know and I will take over.” The lieutenant had already played a key part in apprehending the Eternal, there was nothing else she needed to prove.

Adamantine
Since Strengite chose to be the one to extract the information, and Dravite took notes, it seemed she would be the best for guarding the senshi.
After all, besides Laby, she was the most evenly matched with the white moon eternal. She, just as a warning, leaned down and took the eternal's face in her fingertips. A small drain so that Strengite didn't have to struggle.
"For all your talk senshi...." Adamantine turned her head, "Give her something useful." With that she took a position near him, eyes watchful. It meant Leifite would be lookout....so...
She looked to Strengite.

Leifite
Lookout it was then. She breathed a sigh of relief she wasn't sure shen she'd started to hold and took up her position at the door. She did not envy Strengite one bit. She realized that she didn't want to be the torturer, even if she was determined to do well with her work.
There were just some lines you didn't cross.
She waited for the interrogation to start, keeping an eye on the door.
