Running - He used to do it competitively but now he just does it when he's feeling emotions he doesn't want to feel. A good quick run until he feels like he's going to puke and bam, all better. It's not avoiding the issue - you're avoiding the issue.
Drums - It's just nice to beat the s**t out of something that can't put you in jail for it. His drum heads are a little worn out and so are his mother's nerves.
Skateboarding - He almost always has his board with him unless he's running instead. It's a good, easy, single-person sport that requires no teammates or friends.
Virtues:
Committed -- Matteo doesn't half a** anything. It might take a lot to convince him to do something but once he has committed to it, he gives it his all. He picks up overtime at work when he needs the cash, spends hours learning a new board trick or drum sequence, and never backs out on something he promises he'll do.
Brave -- He's not afraid of much and as such, he's usually willing to do whatever it takes to get something done. It doesn't always work out to his benefit and it's not always something socially appropriate, but all that matters is that he's there to do it if he has to (or just wants to).
Flaws:
Rude -- Matteo has very little filter and a tendency towards abrasiveness which often means he approaches situations with an unabashed cantankerousness. Not only that, but he really doesn't care who he offends or upsets as long as they aren't important to him. Good luck getting him to apologize.
Loner -- He's a person that is just happiest when he's alone. He avoids hanging out with large groups of people, prefers sports and activities that he can do by himself, and when he does make friends he usually prefers to spend time with them somewhere quiet and away from the beaten path. Unsurprisingly, his social meter depletes really quickly.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Deep, dark brown that is almost black.
Hair: Messy, thick, usually in a man bun. Black with a single gold streak near his bangs.
Skin Tone: Caramel brown; he is primarily Spanish with a little dash of Italian.

If they are incapable of ignoring the illusion, it will instill a deep sense of dread, fear and emotional pain that intensifies the longer they focus on it. Lasts 20 seconds and can be used three times per battle. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Hopeless Grieving When Alioth activates his attack, all opponents within a ten foot radius will see the person they love the most dying or already dead near them. If they are incapable of ignoring the illusion, it will instill a deep sense of dread, fear and emotional pain that intensifies the longer they focus on it. In addition to the illusion, it now comes with a perfect replica of said person's voice saying heartbreaking things. Lasts 35 seconds and can be used twice per battle. Eternal Sailor Attack: The Endless Dark When Alioth activates his attack, all characters within a ten foot radius will be swallowed by a dark, endless, empty void. There is no light or sound, only a dark, empty nothingness that comes paired with an overwhelming sense of fear, dread and emotional pain. It represents the hopeless feeling of loss and mourning. Lasts 45 seconds, may only be used once per battle. Only Alioth is immune.

The sphere and basic ideas for the attacks are really good, but as it stands, the attacks themselves are unbalanced. Basic Attack: This either needs to be an AoE or a targetted attack. ALL opponents is too much for a basic attack, and probably even an eternal as well. I would suggest either a specific target or a 5-foot radius. You would be safe bumping this attack up to three times per battle. Super Attack: Same as before. This needs to be an AoE or a specific target. If you choose AoE, you can bump this up to 10 feet as a radius. The time should also be lessened to about 35 seconds. (Because I'm a freak who needs to work in regular integrals, I would put the super attack at 30 and basic at 15, but as stated, I need the times to go up at regular multiples for my characters who I go insane.) This attack should also only be used twice. Eternal Attack: "All characters in the area" so this is clearly an AoE attack, but we need to know what the AoE is. For eternal, 10 feet is not uncommon. The timing should come down to 45 seconds, and can only be used once.

Looks good to me, have fun! (Because he is awakening as an older senshi and this is a new mechanic, please feel free to PM the mule or ask an RP Mod if you have any questions about fluctuation magic or what this may mean for him! He will need to undergo a ritual of some sort upon reaching second stage to give him full control over his magic, but you don't have to worry about this until he is ready to grow!)
