My friend and I were at another friends house. We were staying the night and so was his Grandpa. His Grandpa was one of the very old type and looked like he had a mental disorder but spoke and behaved in a normal way. In the middle of the night my friends that we were staying the nights at went down for "Midnight Munchies". His Grandpa (who was sleeping in the room next door) must have heard because he came into our room. My friend who was downstairs had told us he would be 15 minutes because he had to pop some 3 bags of popcorn. His Grandpa came in and sat on his empty bed. Me and my pther friend were sat near his feet. He suddenly stood up and whipped his trousers down. He rubbed his p***s in my friends face and (she is quite a weak girl) pushed her onto her back. he sat on her, one leg on each side and pulled her trousers down about 5cm. he slipped his p***s between her legs so it was lying against her v****a. He didnt go insidde so does it count as rape?

Not sure. Could be attempted rape maybe, if there's such a thing? Maybe sexual assault?
Urge her to go to the police and ask if anything can be done.

I say thats either an attempt rape or a sexual assault.Your friend should tell an adult about it.Because then he may start continuing it over and over again.

It is sexual assault because he didn't go inside of her. But try gettin her to tell the police or someone else.

I concur. It legally constitutes as sexual assault, but emotionally probably is the same as a rape. Encourage her to report it either to a doctor or a parent or trusted adult.
Firstly, as streetchIck123 said, it could protect other women, but also could protect her, since she COULD get an STD from that.

Listen, a few years ago I had a boyfriend that sexually abused me three times. I was young and didn't know any better or what to do. I never told anyone about anything for about 2 years. Those two years were the most horrible years of my life. Don't let this happen to your friend and even if you have to make an interention, do it for the good of your friend. That type of thing is called technical rape. He didn't literally rape her because there was no intercourse, but it's a sexual act agasints her will. Get her help as soon as possible. Please. I know what this is like and it's not pretty.
