Lace had a new hidey hole in a thickly wooded park of Destiny City. Seraphanite was busy busy busy with school and his girlfriend and what not, but that didn't mean she shouldn't explore on her own sometimes! She was currently dragging a heavy chunky costume looking jewelry to her special knot in a tree when she heard a small crack in the trees.
Her whole body froze, ears perked and flicked with the sound before she made her already small kitten body, even smaller. She saw, from the fluff of her collar, a tall and slender looking youma move through the woods but dashed out of sight before he could see her. It meant leaving her chunky costume jewelry behind and she was SUPER BUMMED about that.
Once the coast was clear, she was running to visit her brother and his Senshi so she could ask them to help her move her stuff! It was safe there if a youma was moving around! Once she was in Regan's garage, she crawled over the woman's work overalls and tried to stutter out what she saw.
"R...R..Regan!" Lace stood all fluffed out, "There...monster, in woods. Giant. Tall. Slender." Lace's paws were flying everywhere. "My stuff! I need help! Can you come?" She didn't see her brother and there was no time. Regan nodded, moving from under the car she worked on and shifted to Adamantine.
Once she teleported to where Lace said to go, she put the kitten down on the ground. She had heard of the urban legends of Slender-Man, and by the description that Lace gave?
She was a bit excited (though you couldn't tell by her face) to see if they really existed! Tsunake Have a long start /slapped

Sigh.
It was extraordinarily wonderful to be free of the Rift, even with the lack of comforts he was forced to deal with. Why should he have to skulk about in the forests while humans got to lounge about in buildings and homes? On the upside... it wasn't hard at all to find easy meals just wandering about places like this.
Stifling a hiccup behind a gloved fist, the youma froze in an instant as an energy signal suddenly appeared nearby--accompanied with a scent that threatened to make his mouth water, despite his lack of appetite. Sebille took a moment to breathe, schooling himself back into a state of being calm and collected. Corrupted senshi still tickled that primal urge to rip them from limb to sweet little limb... but ah, he was above such base instincts! Usually. Being fed tended to help.
Moving with an eerie grace, the lanky youma slipped through the trees towards the source of the scent, as silent as a shadow. How easy it might have been to sneak up on them--but no, no, he was a friend here! At least today. His tongue slithered across his teeth for a moment, snaking in the air like a purple ribbon before slurping back into the confines of his mouth. "My, my! Welcome, Lady Senshi, and welcome, dear Mauvian... What brings you to this little corner of the city?" His smile was all too toothy, but he spoke in a clear, rich tone, spreading his hands in a friendly way.
A senshi and kitty, to boot. My, but he was glad he'd indulged in dinner earlier, or else the urge to sink his teeth into them both would have been practically unbearable.

She wasn't sure if she was more excited about it being a very talkative youma, or the fact that it was a youma or disappointed that it was not in fact, the fabled legendary internet ghoul thing that was slender-man. Either way, Adamantine moved towards him, just as he moved towards her.
His tongue slid over sharpened teeth, and it made Ada want to pull open his mouth just to see exactly what sort of youma would require such teeth. Unlike Faustite, he wasn't a half youma. She could tell by the aura and the lack of the uniform.
Lace shuddered under the sheer starlight of Ada's gown, looking him over. "You...You scared me!" Lace said with the smallest of voices, "We...We just came to get my stuff!! My shiny things!" Lace was literally trying to burrow herself in the gown while she confronted but not really the youma.
Ada's response was much quieter, much calmer. She was easily the less perturbed of the two. Since his arms were open, the corrupt immediately made a small grab for his jacket and feeling it.
Literally no qualms of space or that he was a youma, and her face unchanging as she inspected him. "How are you able to talk and look humanoid?" After all, most of the youma's she had seen had been small dumb ones...or Koschei and Koschei was well....his own thing.

He tipped his head down to better focus on the cat, a chortle stirring deep in his throat. "I had no idea you were even about! No attempts to frighten were meant, I assure you." If he'd wanted to scare her, he might as well just have eaten her. "As for shiny things, I have no interest in robbing you!"
Oh. It took every ounce of his being not to jerk or snap when his coat was taken, carefully rubbed between the senshi's hands. Slightly ruffled, Sebille would have blinked, had he been capable of such a thing.
"How are you able to talk and look at you do?" He pushed the question back at her, more curious than offended. "I am as Metallia wanted me to be. Of course, I am... more advanced than the feral beings you've likely encountered." His grin was very wide indeed, at that.
Well. He could excuse such rudeness, if it was curiosity that drove her.

"Th...That's good!" Lace shook from behind the skirts of the corrupt, even when the youma looked down at her and she didn't like his teeth and his tongue and his lack of an actual face. Plus he could be fibbing and actually be after shiny things!
"I suppose cause I was raised too." She didn't know if it was the same. "So the queen made you to walk and talk like a human but...." She reached up from his coat and cupped his face, bringing it down to hers gently.
"You don't have a face. You have a mouth and a unusual tongue but otherwise no eyes...nose. Can you see me?" She tilted her head, "No ears?"
She let go now and rested her chin in her fingers. Curious how Metallia made her creatures.
"Do you answer to a general?" Adamantine reached down to take the kitten in her arms and bring her up higher. "This is Lace, she thought you might be taking her items." Throughout the whole conversation, her tone was monotone. Curiosity did run deep but it was hard to decipher when nothing else sounded different.
