Page Cheomseongdae was running through a park, patrolling, her long braid flowing behind her, along with part of her sash. She sometimes found the sash irritating, honestly, with the pectoral plate that held it right in front of her, and kept it from being easy to shift while running. It was GORGEOUS, she loved how it looked... But damn was it not designed for a runner. She shifted it a little, in fact, as she thought about it, to get it into a more comfortable place while she ran. She was, honestly, amazed it never gave her awkward bruises she would have to explain away to her boyfriend... She sighed and checked her internal Radar, as she thought of the sense that helped her feel where other Powered Up folk were, and noticed a 'blip' nearby. It hit the sensation in her that she had come to associate with knights... Senshi felt more bright, like the stars they were often connected to. Mauvians felt soft and like home. Anything Chaos felt sort of mentally painful. Or at least, that was how her brain interpreted the signals, and fellow knights felt like... a match. It was not a clear way to describe it, but it was how her brain felt it, and so it was how she would explain it if asked. She considered for a moment, thinking of the recent encounters with fellow Order individuals had gone... And then shrugged and shifted her running path so that she would end up meeting up with the other Knight.

In spite of the cold, Nis had wanted nothing more than to sit in the park and stargaze. Sure, she could have been patrolling, but she was tired and frankly, this felt like a better use of her time than trying to be a Tough b***h. Besides, this was something of a game that she'd taken to playing with herself. Where In The World Is My Wonder. It was amusing to stare up at the stars and wonder just where her own little space island was.
She'd been staring long enough to have gotten a crick in her neck when she felt an Order aura brush against her senses. And it was one that was getting close fast too boot. Well, she certainly wouldn't mind company and if it was Sinistra again, she could gently grill the girl about whether she'd made the leap or not. And if it wasn't, well, Nis might end up with another new friend. Which was also good.
Thoughtfully brushing off the rest of the picnic table she was sitting on with the edge of her gown, Nis settled in to wait for the unknown person.

Cheomseongdae finally saw the other woman come into view, and she slowed down on the approach. She adjusted her outfit to sit more appropriately and trotted up to her. She took a slow, deep breath, glancing over her for a long moment, curiously, then said "Hey. I'm Cheongseomdae of Cosmos." She held her hand out, blue eyes taking in the details of the other lady's uniform. The colors were similar, though their style was definitely a totally different one... Cheom was glad her own uniform covered more of her body, though that was for her own reasons, the same she had out of Powered Up stage really. Part of her wondered, for a moment, if the previous version of her, or her ancestor or whichever she had, had had concerns like that. And then she kind of gave that 'coming out of my own head' type of head shakes, so as not to miss anything the other woman said. DaisyMilk Sorry for the slow, been brain tired!

The very first impression Nis had as soon as the other knight came into view was HAIR. Really long and super pretty hair. Her second impression was that this Cheongseomdae was incredibly direct. And while not a bad thing, Nis wasn't used to powered folks being quite so upfront at first meeting.
Taking the girl's hand, Nis smiled and gave it a firm shake.
"Nis," she replied. "Also of Cosmos. Pleasure to make your acquaintance. Real talk now. How in the hell did you luck out and get magical pants?"
Releasing Cheongseomdae's hand, she gave the tabletop beside her a pat and smiled.
"Have a seat and tell me about yourself. I haven't gotten to talk to many other Cosmos knights, though I saw a few a long while back."

"Nice to meet you, Nis." Cheom returned the handshake, smiling a little, hopeful to the idea of making a friend who was in the same faction as she was, and even the same... group?... within that faction. She had met more senshi then she had other Knights, and it was something that made her nervous... She wanted friends who were familiar with what they needed to be doing. "As for the luck... Good question? I'm just glad I did, the idea of patrolling in winter in something like what you're wearing is rather horrifying." She paused, thoughtfully, then added "Unless the outfits are magical in other ways then appearing on us when we power up, and provide heat. Then it'd be pretty interesting, I suppose." She moved over to join the other woman on the table, settling with care because the idea of a splinter in her a** was DEFINITELY not one she wanted to deal with, nor did she want to have to contact her boyfriend and have to explain to him she needed him to come over and help her remove said splinter. "I haven't gotten to meet any other Cosmos knights, actually. Not many knights in general, to be totally honest. Senshi, a Guardian cat, the enemy... But I think just one other knight so far, Gevaudan. Beyond that... I'm still pretty new. Learning everything, trying to find my place in this... insanity. What about you?" DaisyMilk Sorry I've been slow, I've been feeling kind of drained.

"Nope! No magical winter warming for me," Nis replied cheerfully. "I'm lucky my tits didn't freeze right off."
Burbling with laughter, Nis waited for the other to get settled before resting her elbows on her knees and cupping her chin between her hands. She had no idea who the knight was that Cheom had met and that seemed a pity. Maybe instead of all those nights wallowing in sadness and anger she should have been out and trying to meet people.
And cats.
But on the other hand, she spent as much time as she could at her wonder. So maybe in the scheme of things it evened out. Something to consider later.
"I've been like this for a couple of years now, though not terribly active," Nis admitted. "I mean, imagine me trying to fight in this silly get up? Though I know I'm going to have to figure it out if I want to be anything more than a sidelines sitter. I'm still not sure what my place in all this is. But I'm willing to keep on and maybe find out someday."
There was something almost optimistic about the thought. She might not know how she fit into this magical mess, but dammit, she'd figure it out.
Aria Starstone No worries, bb ♥. If you want we can get this wrapped in another couple posts?
