Evolution Center is currently OPEN (keep an eye on the thread)
Beta can evolve to a mermaid-like form. In this form they are able to mate and produce more eggs successfully. They can mate with unevolved betas.
To evolve a beta, post in this thread that you do when a slot is open with the Beta's picture, if it's a regular which form you want, and the title 'Evolving' as well as the trade with the proper amount to the correct Evolver!
Evolving a Reg/Clownfish Beta cost 5k
Evolving a Special Edition Beta cost 10k
If BOTH parents were evolved when they bred, it costs 50% less
If you own an evolved regular beta and want to change the lineart, it will only cost you _k each X3
When a colorist announces that she's open for evolves, post in the thread (or watch for other instructions)! Please post the info and the trade as soon as she replies that you snagged it.
Please direct any future anytime requests to your intended colorist's anytime thread in the main forum. If they don't have one yet, poke them to make one.

These are optional Hairstyles for the evolved betas. Each of these hairstyles have been pre-drawn. Therefore, they are only an additional 500g.
I did not do these hairstyles for ALL the linearts, just the ones shown in the previews. Therefore, if you see a hairstyle on a specific version, it belongs only to that version.

Gnatty-Bug's Slots
Special Evolution offer: If there are no open slots available you can pay for an "anytime evolve." They are 20k for regulars and 30k for SEs, but you will get your beta evolved straight away. If I get too many of these the price will go up, but as of right now they are unlimited. If both parents are evolves, it's only 1/3 off, not 1/2.

Aryn's note: With PS7, thers's a greater chance I can find the same or similar brushes that other colorists use, but with more and more brushes being made with CS2 or CS3, I still might not be able to use them. I will try to replicate the look as much as possible.
