 Autumn Okami
It was a crisp fall morning in Belmont, Idaho. Birds were singing, and the leaves were changing color around the town. In fact you could pretty much guarantee it was going to be a beautiful day. Autumn, a wolf anthro, was on her way to the farmer's market to pick up some of the fresh Vegetables that they sold, and a gift for a special someone she was seeing. She was often mistaken for a werewolf because of her eyes but her boyfriend saw passed them to see the beauty in her. She loved him because he always knew how to make her feel special. She soon parked, finding a spot close by the entrance which was pretty much lucky since she knew almost everyone in town loved the Farmer's market. She got out of her car, and went right towards the entrance with some bags she always had with her.
Autumn got her name because of the beautiful fall coloring of her fur. Which was like her grandmother's fur on her dad's side. This grandmother died soon after Autumn turned 5 and they had many great times together up until then. Autumn was so upset until she met her best friend and boyfriend at a young age. In fact, everyone in their families somehow knew they'd end up together but getting married was still up in the air for them.

Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc  Kayden stood at one of the stalls in the farmers market waiting for his girlfriend Autumn to show up. He looked around watching the entire town shopping. Most people stayed away from him and his family because they were foxes. He sighed softly as he started walking around. He heard the sound of Autumn's car as she pulled up. He smiled and started making his way to the door. He wanted to surprise her so he hid behind the door and waited.

Autumn wasn't expecting Kayden to be there. She then came in through the door, saw him and smiling happily before hugging him while laughing happily. "Hey Kayden! This is a surprise. I never see you here." She said smiling as her tail started wagging as it always did when she was around her favorite fox. He was always so sweet to her. She'd already gotten his surprise from a stand outside that was selling handmade jewelry. She had some help picking it out from the person selling them, so she hoped Kayden would love it. "Oh! I got you a little something from one of the outside stands." She said pulling out a small box from her jacket pocket and handing it to him.

Autumn smiled as he hugged her back and said that he wanted to surprise her. When he asked what she came to get she said "Just a few things like some corn on the cob, and other fresh veggies." She said holding his hand as they walked around the farmer's market stopping stalls for a few things. "See anything you might like, Love?" She asked as she held his hand and her bag of veggies. They had many things here. Some people even had puppies and kittens for sale. Autumn would always stop and pet them, since she loved animals very much. They seemed to like her too, despite her eyes looking like a werewolf's eyes.

He quickly took the bag of vegetables from her other hand. "As for the bags, I'll carry them. A lady should never have to carry her own groceries." He told her with a smile. He gently kissed her cheek. "Is there anything else you would like to get before we leave?"

"Nothing else is needed right now. I've gotten everything on my list, so we're good to go." Autumn said smiling after he kissed her cheek. She kissed his as he took her bags from her. "And thanks for carrying my bags for me."She added as they headed to her car. "Would you like to join me for some lunch love? I'd be glad to make you something." She said as they loaded the veggies and other things into her car's trunk.

"Of course I can. Luckily I picked up that stuff yesterday." She said smiling as she got in the driver's side of the car. "You want a ride? Or is your sister here with you?" She said smiling at him happily placing her hand on his and looked into his eyes. She didn't mind that his sister drove him places, she knew that not many people trusted foxes. She didn't care about race though, she loved Kayden for him, not for anything else.

He told her. "I have my license now. I got it last week. It was a pain in the snout, but at least it happened." He told her with a grin. He leaned down and kissed her. "I have the car for myself for today. Maybe I can meet you at your place." He added quickly.

"Of course! I'll see you there." She said before she kissed him on the lips, glad that he wasn't scared of her eyes like so many others. Once she got to her apartment and Kayden was inside, she went straight to work on the Salmon with Rice. The smell of the food wafted through the apartment as she cooked. Autumn loved to cook. It always made her happy knowing that someone other than her parents enjoyed it.

While everything was finishing cooking, Aututmn went to check on Kayden. She giggled a bit saying "I don't think playing video games is part of your assignments." jokingly as she rubbed his shoulders a little to calm him, having heard him yelling from the kitchen. Everything had to simmer in the skillet for a few minutes before it would be finished, but Autumn had a timer set that would let her know when to come back. In the meantime, she wanted to be with her love.

Autumn smiled as he held her hand. "Believe me when I say that I know how that is. Remember when we first met how you were the one who brought me so much happiness, and made me believe in myself? If it wasn't for you, I don't know where I would be today." She said before she kissed him lovingly.
