Day # 2Theme: Celtic Knots  Comments: I had literally no idea how to draw these this morning. Which is shameful because I live in Wales >.< So I spent my fun waiting round in the doctors and hospital time today googling how to make Celtic Knots and then came home and taught the kids! My arm is quite literally falling off now..... oh, and Traditional Media today too; printer paper and Pro-markers.

Day # 3Theme: Henna tattoo  Comments: Was going to get some actual henna and tattoo myself but I saw that internet video of the girl giving herself henna freckles and decided that a massive allergic reaction is not what I need right before my 6 month check up rolleyes So here it is on paper instead.

Day # 6Theme: Kelpie, Colour Palette  Comments: Broke out the colouring pencils for this one, tried to match them to the colour palette as best I could. Turns out watercolour pencils work quite nicely with my blending marker....

Day #7 Theme: ZenDoodle, drips  Comments: I wanted more drips but I ran out of time, my parent are staying and I wont be able to do the usual 'stupid o'clock' art upload cause the spare bed is in my computer room. I'll probably add to this later but I wont be able to update my picture online till tomorrow.

Day #8 Theme: Flowers / Splash of colour  Comments: This wasn't what I set out to do. I spent a whole afternoon on a piece of graffiti style art with flowers and arrows and then I mucked it up while I was inking and got in a tizzy with it. So here we have the second choice of image for today xd And I think I love it better than the one that was in my head.

Day # 9 Theme: Fish (and maybe Ornate)  Comments: WiP today, sorry. Very happy with the drawing but my black marker pen died on me and I'm not going to ruin a perfectly good bit of work by scribbling it with half empty markers. And it's the middle of the night so even Amazon can't get a new one here before the deadline wink Colouring will be finished tomorrow after I have been into the art shop for one Black Promarker and come out £100 lighter but with new sketchbooks, glue, glitter and a heap of other random crap that I don't really need xd

Day # 14Theme: Moon  Comments: So yeah. After the initial inspiration of today being a full blood wolf moon or some other random whotsit (second moon this month; full lunar eclipse) and deciding to do a sequence of moony eclipse images I thought I was off to a good start. Then it was all downhill from there. I couldn't find a sheet of black card even though I KNOW I bought a load just before Christmas. Then my paint marker wouldn't work on the blue so I had to resort to scruffy gel pens for the white base. Next I smudged the one in the middle and then the markers started acting up. So today I learned: Stockpile black card Gel pens are crap for large areas Alcohol markers DO NOT LIKE going on top of gel pens Don't drink and draw Gel pens don't work on the top of watercolour pencils. All in all: hate this image, it's not how it was supposed to look at all. However I did learn lots so not a complete waste of my evening >.<
