Samedith paced back and forth turning this way and that in his nook. Waiting for His to finish with...classes. He sneered to himself at the hated word. He could feel her discontent. She knew most of the information they were trying to drill into the heads of the younger, newer riders. The classes that took her time and attention away from what was important. Namely Him and how they might together reach for the highest of heights. Power... he didn't know much about it, but he knew it was meant to be his...Theirs.

Dearest Heart, you needn't feel you should just stay around our bunk. Go explore. Make friends, gather information... whatever you please. Just please My own, do something. Faranie could feel the impatience and agitation, and it heightened her own. This was somewhat of a joke. She shouldn't even be here in these classes. It was all information she had covered back when she had stood as a candidate. There was more interesting things she could be doing. Anything else. Perhaps you might find a sibling, or someone, anyone.

Eyes whirled, some purple and blue dancing here and there in the mostly verdant green, as he considered the idea. It had merit. But where would he go? And how might he find one of his clutchsibs... all theirs had the dreaded classes and chores, and they were spread so far through the weyr. He pouted briefly. No one was near, which meant he would have to go seek them out. And if not family... perhaps an older dragon might take pity on a poor bored little one...

Yes, he now had a somewhat solid plan. He would wander around until he found someone, anyone willing to spend some time with him and relieve his boredom. With a slinking stride he left his burrow and melded into the shadows near the barracks walls and made his way out. Surely there was someone around...

One of the perks of being a white dragon, and on the smaller scale of whites at that, was Museth was able to fit in many places still while many of her cousins and siblings no longer could. Certainly she was too large to be carried in Soui's arms and had been for quite some time, but still she was of a size that the tunnels were not too cramped, the ceilings not too low. That usually meant she could be nearer to Soui at most times, though today the young girl had asked to attend lessons on her own. It wasn't fair, she'd explained, that they could still be together when others no longer had the luxury.

Museth had not complained in the slightest over the observation and instead had felt love at the maturity and compassion Soui had felt. That was part of why she'd chosen her, after all, for that heart that saw others above itself. So, for now, the young white dragonet had taken to resting in the sunshine near the barracks. It felt good on her hide and made it seem like she was shining; a being of perfect color and glass, with wings so white they nearly seemed a soft lavender if one glanced at them in a different way. Museth was quite the stunning dragon, beautiful in her own way, and today she looked it.

She'd been resting with her eyes mostly closed when something managed to catch them. A familiar sight sulking in the shadows had her delicately raising her head and calling out to a beloved sibling. Samedith, what are you doing over there? Come here so that we may talk.
