"Heyo kiddos! It seems that some of you took longer to slay your grimm than anticipated. That's alright, you guys just suck as huntsmen. SO. Get your s**t together finish them off! Hell, I'm even throwin' ya a bone by letting you do this!"
This thread is a continuation of survival class. Anyone who didn't finish their final posts in the main thread can do so here. As well, teams DECO and STWR can finish their combat. If you've already finished up and signed off from the class, then don't worry about it!

XXXThe butterfly was as good as done. In the rebound, the Lancer just about got its claws around the poor insect faunus. Perhaps such colorful wings would be a tasty feast, especially for the queen wherever it may be. Unfortunately for such an insect, having a teammate in such close quarters did not deter an onslaught of an assault. Everything happened so fast. First starting with a rupturing shell that exploded beneath the creature before the sound of the shot even echoed. Despite the ever seeing compound eyes of the creature, the reaction would be far too late to buzz away from the exploding round. From beneath it, a volley of shrapnel could collide with the reinforced exoskeleton of the creature. While reinforced, the underbelly was indeed softer than the hardened shell above, thus allowing several of the shrapnel pieces to pierce it from below. Perhaps if the creature could let out a wail, it would be crying in a similar fashion to the falling grimm around it. That was if an insect was capable of feeling pain. Could they? Would that translate to a grimm insect? Who knows. It was in the same moment that the volley of grenades from Tessa would explode to engulf it. While the reinforced plates of its back took the brunt of the damage, both the creature and Koryn would feel an intense blast of heat from such a devastating attack. Perhaps the only thing that saved Koryn from such a blast was the grimm itself, but not without its vices. For the pieces of shrapnel that were launched in the air were blasted away in the impact, one of which would quite firmly pierce into her left set of ribs. As the shrapnel tore through the tender flesh, it would be followed with a stream of crimson fluid cascading down. A mess.
Following such a horrific turn of events, the vivid glow of purple dust would illuminate pulling the remains of shrapnel down below. The Lancer's back was smoking with several cracks in its carapace that leaked an eerie crimson. In fact, pieces of that hardened shell were cracking further and flaking off. The grimm wasn't even given the chance to refuse the call of gravity as spinning glaive of death returned its rebound. The thin insect wings could only endure so much as they were already tattered and burned, only to be clipped at the root. Falling like sheets of tattered paper from the grimm's back, it itself along with Koryn would fall to the effects of gravity. The movements were sharp as the gravity would pull both the insect and Koryn downwards. The impact was surely damaging for both creatures. Surely if it wasn't for the creature's hardened exoskeleton, it wouldn't have survived most of the plundering it had already received. Within the gravity well itself of the dust on the ground, one could surely see the limbs of the incredibly damaged creature flexing and moving. One of its eyes had been damaged in the explosion prior, the flames of the impact scorching the compound sensory. However, the fact that it hadn't been reduced to dust yet showed the grimm could still be considered a threat. Perhaps not to those who had the upper hand, but surely to the fallen butterfly. The insectoid grimm would struggle as its limbs fought against the gravity that held it down, focusing its attention on the bloodied butterfly while reaching its claws towards her.

XXXOn a scale from 1 to 10, this class went from a solid 7 to a whopping 15. From the moment that Rachel made the entrance of the century, the class dissolved into a state of chaos where the students were suddenly pitted against grimm unlike they've ever faced. The goliath herself was cast aside like she was nothing by the bird brain she hitched a ride with, what an a**! So, for the first few minutes of erupting chaos, Rachel let herself dangle from the rafters above in order to regain what little composure someone as insensible as her could retain. Vision would settle into doubles while the throbbing pain that ached throughout her body as a whole would diminish. Now, was that due to her aura trying to repair her muscle fibers? Or to the adrenaline and pain tolerance of her semblance? Honestly, it was impossible to tell with this woman. Back and forth, she'd dangle by the chain wrapped around her ankle as she watched the students below with crimson hues. Both DARK and SNRS didn't hesitate to jump their assigned beasts, working swiftly and tactfully to ensure these airborne creatures were brought back down to an even playing field. Roars, squawks, it was all loud and eardrum-bursting! After so many howls of irritation and anguish, Rachel was certain she had gone deaf with the constant ringing against the inner-most depths of her ears. "God damn... Note... Pick the less squeaky grimm. This if f**king awful." The woman would mutter under her breath before smacking the side of her head, trying to pop her ears in order to hear again.
Crimson hues would shimmer and shift as they focused on those of DECO. Two of the students hesitated. A fear of snakes? Either way, they'd have to get moving or risk getting double chomped by the twin fangs. Rachel couldn't help but flash a toothy smirk as a boy slung some white crap from his wrist only to mount the snakes, just as Feathers [Danae] had her team launch herself into the sky. Heck, even Stabby [Ridley] and Punchie [Adam] threw themselves onto the Nevermore! These kids had style, a lot more style than those in her last class! ... At least, until it came to the Lancer. While some were able to avoid the manticore blasts, there was a less than agile rhino that took the brunt of the attack. With that alone, Rachel had a sneakin' suspicion that she was gonna have to provide aid. With a hefty grunt, she'd begin swinging herself back and forth from the hanging rafter. Heave and ho, the woman would hoist herself up to unhook the anchor and release her ankle. 'Alright RAAAA, gotta get down there with the kiddos! We're gonna have some kiddos to congratulate and some to drag to the infirmary. DON'T EAT THEM. ... But all this blood smells so delicious." Inner dialogue turned into an outer response as the woman started to reach an internal conflict of getting a taste of her students. After all, the smell of blood already made her livid. The taste would only make it worse.
All was fine and dandy as Rachel finally started to descend from the stands. Nevermore's screeching, Manticore's roaring. What a wonderful day to be alive! Well, that was until the burning rhino rose up in a blind fury. Rachel's crimson orbs would lock onto the members of STWR, noticing that Koryn attempted to take the Lancer from above. Heck, it was a great plan if she went for the wings! Unfortunately, the Lancer's weren't such pushovers. They even gave Rachel a hell of a time just because she couldn't squash them like the bugs they were. In a volley of bullets, Rachel's crimson eyes would widen when she noticed the grenades being launched in rapid succession towards the Lancer and butterfly in such close quarters. "Oh whoa whoa! Watch out, Flutters!" Rachel was quick to jump over the stands with the anchor in tow, but unfortunately, her words and actions were too late. A serious of explosions would detonate on impact with the bug, engulfing the two in a hellish blaze. "God dammit Blasto! What the hell did I say?!" Everything was happening so fast. There was a large explosion before paper-thin wings glided along the generated breeze. That's when she smelt it, blood... An overwhelming amount of blood. There was a lot of it already, but it was a surge. A flood. Someone got injured right then and there, and it could've only been one student. The Butterfly. "Oh no god damn I can't." In no real order, words of uncertainty came as a stream out of Rachel's mouth as she rushed across the arena floor to get to those of team STWR.
Rachel's arrival couldn't have been more timely. Both the Lancer and Koryn had been brought to the earth by Eira's gravity shot, grounding the two from the sky once and for all. The Lancer was worse for wear, but Koryn was practically soaking in a pool of her own blood. To make matters worse for the butterfly, the Lancer was going for her again with every ounce of strength it had. Just as many of the other grimm were, it was determined to at least take one with it. Not that Rachel would allow it, as it was time to run interference. "Alright you mangy brats, that's enough!" The goliath of a woman would shout as she spun her chain between her fingers, tossing the anchor out over the Grimm to hook into its torso next head and jerk it away from Koryn. With that motion, the grimm would be pulled several feet away from the fallen butterfly with the weight of the anchor digging it into the earth. Dropping her chain, Rachel would run forward towards Koryn while reaching at her side to what appeared to be a mask. In her approach, the scent of blood was growing ever more tantalizing. It couldn't be helped, she had to put on her muzzle which looked to be an ominous steel mask that covered the entirety of her face. "Blasto, Rhino, Tes. Whatever the hell your name is. You go breaking the ONE god damn rule I gave you and practically blew up Flutters. You're done. Out." Rachel wasn't going to have it. Sure, you can be reckless and toss your own safety away like Feathers, Punchie&Stabby and Spiderman did. But god damn, look out for your damn team before you start blowing s**t up! Rachel would then point towards the other two members of the team, the leader and the shooter. "You two. Bullets [Eira] and Sassafras [Sasselia], finish the bug off!" This was certainly an oddity. Rachel's voice held a firm position, one that was serious and demanding. For the first time in the entirety of class, she was actually acting like a god damn adult. Gritting her teeth, the teacher would drop down beside Koryn and lean in to see if she was still conscious, still breathing. "Come on Flutters, stop bleedin' so you can go back to being an airborne ditz. Gah f**k... MEDIC? SOMEONE? Honestly, I need someone to come to take Flutters here to the nurse, ASAP and CAREFULLY. Emphasis on CAREFULLY, that's why I can't do it!" There was no lie there. Rachel knew her faults, and those following as intelligence of how to treat someone so injured, being able to control her strength, and being able to control herself around blood. That interesting mix made her literally the WORST possible person to be within the same vacenity of this gal.
While recuperating and watching for any signs of trouble as he stayed put with his hound, Chase found that his attention was drawn to the teacher as she seemed to have returned to action. She had been absent since all the fighting began, as far as he could tell since his attention was occupied by the Manticore, but now seemed to be going to aid another team. One who seemed to be trying there hands at explosions in the midst of the fight. He saw her heft a large anchor, and toss it straight at the Lancer's head in order to pull it away before running towards where it had just been. He saw her emerge from the otherside with that same butterfly faunus from earlier, the one who had seemed intent to bang on all the Grimm caged to inadvertently rile them up. 'Or perhaps on purpose, I know not her original intention.' He thought to himself. Though the once cheerful butterfly now seemed in dire straits. He could see blood flowing freely from her, and she seemed out of it from what he could tell. 'She will not last long without treatment.' He noted to himself. Part of him was telling him to go over and help, but the other half of him said she was nto worth the effort. 'She brought this on himself, her survival depends on her not us.' Was what one side of him was leaning to.
However, out of the thrill of his own battle his more compassionate side was winning. But he was still in indecision. His hound was wounded as well, and he wanted to care for it. He was left kneeling there, waiting for some catalyst to cause him to act. Hearing the teacher call for a medic, or someone to take her away... The compassionate side of Chase won. Rising to his feet he looked down at his hound, and signaled for him to stay put. He did not want his hound going after him to risk being wounded further, nor did he want him hurting himself by running on his hurt limb. The dog whined but consented, and Chase felt a surge of energy as he ran off towards the injured faunus. He had felt a relative zone of peace when in the presence of his hound, but now as he ran to the teacher and butterfly the chaos all around him seemed to come into focus. People were fighting Grimm all over, some having been felled but there were still a few left. Notably the giant snake and the Lancer the teacher had temporarily pulled away. He was tempted to fire some shots off at it, but if he was going to aid the butterfly he needed peace. Blood was thick in the air, but he ignored any other sources for now. He couldn't even focus on forming more of his own, his minute wound having already sealed. Further, it was not his blood he needed to manipulate.
Rushing up, dodging Grimm as best as he could, he would stop besides the teacher and end up on his knees right in front of the butterfly. He said nothing to the teacher as he did, seeing how much blood was pooling from her as he saw no point in wasting time trying to communicate. His gloved hand would reach down and press into her blood as his other hand would pull down his mask so that his mouth was now visible. Bringing it up to his mouth, he licked some of the blood off of his glove before pressing the glove back down directly onto her. Even if someone tried stopping him, he quickly did these actions to try and act before he could be interrupted, he would keep trying to make the physical contact as he studied her intently and pressed the palm of his hand forcefully on her. The blood that had leaked all around her would begin to move away from her as Chase looked for the source of her bleeding. Once he located it, he would have the blood she lost pool in bands over where the blood was coming from and close his eyes as he focused. While still pouring freely at first, the blood would begin to slow as crystals began to form over it till it stopped bleeding entirely as crystallized blood covered it. It was a makeshift sealant for the wounds as it would wrap around her a little messily, but functionally. It did take some time though as he hadn't used it this way before, so he kept his eyes closed as he focused on it. He was determined to seal it off as best he could and keep it secure on her. It would hopefully both apply pressure and keep anymore blood from leaking. The other reason he wanted to keep the blood like this instead of treating it conventionally is because they could potentially get the blood back into her if he kept it, as he could not do that himself as far as he knew.
Tessa, still high on adrenaline, growled as she watched the lancer and another winged thing she couldn't readily identify as her teammate get pulled toward the core of the miniature black hole caused by the gravity round. There was too much to currently process besides the fact that her rounds would not reach the grimm as long as the pull was there, but she was more than willing to give it a few seconds to fade. As she kept her eyes focused on the struggling monster Tessa pried open the chamber of her right gauntlet and popped the loaded shell out and gripped the casing between her teeth. From one of the belts on her waist The giant faunus pulled free another round, this one looking more like a drill bit shaped like a bullet, and inserted it into the chamber before slapping it shut again, Then, very suddenly, Tessa felt a splash of something warm across her cheek, and her anger faltered for a moment as she faintly heard the teacher shouting. Everything around her sounded muffled and distant as she reached up with her metal clad fingers and touched the flecks on her cheek and stared at the smear of red on her fingertips. The rhino gasped as her mind was suddenly assaulted by the vivid image of her mother shielding her from the pointed tip of the deathstalker stinger that gored through her belly, letting blood patter down onto her young face. Tessa, seemingly in a daze, looked around at what was happening. Several of the grimm were dead, their lancer twitching as t was pinned by a large anchor and Koryn in a bleeding heap on the ground. The image of her new teammate injured in such a way brought Tessa's anger flooding back, certainly part of her was vaguely aware that the butterfly's injury was partly her fault, but that was a fact pushed to the back of her head as she grit her teeth and glared at the still twitching Lancer. The rhino growled again as she stormed forward, completely disregarding what the professor ordered as she raised her gauntlet and fired her weapon at the struggling lancer, intent on tearing its body open with the armor piercing round.

Azura Knight
There was no time to celebrate the defeat of the Nevermore, as much as Azura was excited they had managed to bring down such a powerful grimm. As soon as the mighty bird collapsed and started to turn to dust, Azura turned to study the rest of the class. She didn't need to study long to decide who needed help first. The bloodied body of the butterfly lay under the thrashing lancer right before Professor Anderson used her hook to drag the lancer away. Then she started shouting orders and calling for a medic. It wasn't hard to gather that Tessa had hit her teammate with one of her shells. Based on what had happened in semblance class Azura wasn't surprised. The class was over. Azura was no medic, but she could help finish off the lancer for the team that was now a member down. She hoped they didn't mind, but finishing off the grimm and getting Koryn to the hospital seemed more important than team pride at killing the beast on their own now. Without waiting for the rest of her team, Azura aimed her sight onto the lancer and pulled the trigger. Hopefully, next class, she'd have more use for her scythe, but she wasn't about to risk getting blown up by Tessa by running up to the lancer.
§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ SasseliaArgenia TEAM: STWR SEMBLANCE:not activated Weapon: Gravityflux (Glaive/shotgun/double axes) ------------ Koryn!! The butterfly was down!? What about Eira!? Tessa was nearest and she could see the rhino was alright. Sasselias semblance had ended its use, dropping to the grpund near her feet before she could properly catch it. Rushing forward to fetch gravityflux, it was when the boy from earlier had began rushing by. What on earth was he doing!? Tessa began shooting despite being told to stop, and it was noticable asking her to stop would have fallen on deaf ears. She seemed just about in her own state of mind for reasons unknown. Hopefully the teacher would not be to harsh on the rhino for disobeying instruction! By then Rachel had thankfully brought her anchor into the battle to get the lancer away from Koryn. It gave the better understandable concept why Chase had ran past. He was getting Koryn to safety!? Sasselia had made an appreciative glance to Chase as he got her out of that range, now able to focus better on the lancer. Rushing forward with revenge for Koryn on the brain, the bluenette was preparing the change for her shotguns mode. "Hang in there girls I am on my way! For Koryn you bugbrain!!!!" Before she could even fire one single shell to it to assist Tessa, a sniper bullet had fired past her, taking the killing blow from the teams effort to it. All of that work to bring it to the ground! Wasted! There was helping and then there was being a success thief!!! It was the most bittersweet first class accomplishment. They were going to fail now weren't they!? Damn that was a fantastic shot from Azura it was too hard to be angry for long by that!!! Anger was turning to jealousy and envy on the matter, almost clouding over her mind.
Before she could even get into one of her jealousy fits towards Azura for being the quicker person, or show any signs of it for that matter, Koryns life was more important then personal feelings. She had to take care of these girls on her team as much as a captain was able!
She hurried over to Koryn and Chase, sheathing her weapon away. This was her fault!! She made the call for the butterfly to go air born in the first place!! Dropping to her knees beside the two, she at first had silently watched Chase do what he could while they awaited for any sort of medical assistance to take over. "W-will she be okay?" she whispered in a cracked up voice, taking the butterflies hand into hers holding tight. "I am so sorry Koryn...." She hoped the butterfly would be consious enough to hear her say it, feeling utterly useless to help. Sasselia only knew how to deal with minor and first aid remedies and that was about it. Damage this bad and she was out of her comfort zone. "Is there anything I can help you with?" she asked Chase, unable to just sit there and watch anymore.
Cecil watched as Azura turned to immediately take fire while the teacher came down. After felling that Nevermore, it felt like an immediate weight came off of his shoulders, as he slowly stood up straight, popping his back as the teacher was yelling for one team to get out while Azura and the others worked on finishing the bug off. He placed a hand on Azura's shoulders and smiled before he soon leaned in and whispered, "After class is fully over, I say Team Dark takes Team SNRS out for ice cream."

It looked like Eira's attack had worked out as planned. The shell impact seemed to knock a piece of stone shrapnel up into the lancer here and there but the gravity well of the shot stopped that and dragged the lancer down to the ground. It seemed that Sasselia was right there with it adding the power of her semblance to the draw the dust had to end the grimm's days of flying. The problem was that Eira's attack was faster than anyone else's and Tessa had attacked as well. Eira watched on in horror as exploding rounds hit the lancer as it was being pulled down. The rounds creating a blast that engulfed the bug and threatened Koryn as well. Eira lost sight of the butterfly faunus through the flames and swirling gasses. The gravity well seemed to be containing the explosions a little but Koryn had been much too close for that kind of attack.
When the explosions had cleared the lancer was grounded and so was a bloody Koryn. Their teammate sprawled on the ground just outside the purple ring on the ground. The Lancer trying its damnedest to drag its traumatized body closer so it could do more damage and finish the butterfly off. Their teacher came running over around then, shouting at Tes the whole time. She was even cussing. Eira couldn't say if that was because she was actually upset or if that was just normal for her. Rachel seemed the rough type that didn't flower her language so it could be that case. She did seem pissed though so who knows. Rachel used the her weapon which seemed to be an anchor to hook the bug and drag it away from Koryn. She pulled it out of the gravity field that was pinning it down but after being roughly discarded it didn't seem in any shape to put up a fight any more. In fact it looked as though it might just die on it's own if left alone. Either way Rachel barked out nicknames for her and Sassy and told them to finish it off.
A student came running in from one of the other teams and knelt down beside Koryn. Eira ignored him and the teacher for the moment as there was a more pressing issue. Tessa was going berserk. From the look on the faunus's face she wasn't comprehending what was going on and was in a blind rage. Eira started to move. She ran over to Tessa's side and grabbed hold of her arm to try and stop her from doing any more than firing that armor piercing round she had already sent flying at the grimm. "TESSA STOP! YOU NEED TO GO BEFORE YOU GET INTO ANY MORE TROUBLE!" While Eira tried to get Tessa to stand down another student had also fired a round at the Lancer. Having that shot and Tessa's already put in Sasselia gave up on getting a chance to claim the kill for their team and instead went over to try and help with Koryn.
OOC: Not too sure about this post. It seems like it might read awfully skippy compared to my normal writing.

XXXThere was no mercy for the poor insect. It had already sustained serious damage, but it had every intention of reaping that poor butterfly girl. That was until it felt the finely sharpened tip of the anchor tore into its cracked carapace. While it didn't exactly have a sound of pain, its limbs would begin spasming beneath the new weight and puncture before it was pulled away from its prey. There it was left under the weight of the anchor and gravity itself. The insectoid grimm would struggle against the odds, hoisting its body up with legs that had barely remained intact. The words that were shouted meant nothing to the insect. After all, it was just a dumb creature that was hellbent on killing every human in sight. What did their words matter? What did matter, however, was the approach of an aggressive rhino that had been driven by anger the entire time. That anchor is what helped cripple its vision, that same vision that wouldn't see the sniper taking her perch to fire. Just like that, everything would go black for the grimm. The drill-like round was fired and began drilling into its shell with a series of sparks. It had only seen the weapon being raised by the rhino before a high caliber bullet pierced the skull of the creature. A burnt white shell would erupt in a series of cracks before exploding to reveal the eerie glowing red inside. At the same instance, whatever natural force augmented the creature would dwindle the strength of its shell. This let the remainder of its twitching body get shredded as the drill-like shell was fired to effortless tear through the area dying body of the creature. If such a creature had blood, it would surely be a gruesome display with how the two tag-teamed its final moments. It was then the insect would be reduced to nothing but dust a few moments later.

XXXOh man, what the hell was this kid anyway? The masked wonder coming out of nowhere, starting to work some means to stabilize the girl. Rachel honestly had no idea what the boy could've been doing, but she really wasn't in a position to question. Instead, she turned her masked head away to try and regain her senses from the overwhelming smell of blood. That was when she saw the act of defiance, an action that honestly reminded her of herself. The act of recklessness that resulted in unheard orders. How F**KING dare she! Was Rachel always this bad? Probably! But this wasn't Rachel, this was a student! What was the old saying? "OI OI. BLASTO. DO AS I SAY. NOT AS I DO. YA F**KING HORSE'S ARSE." Clapping her hands together, the woman would start shouting as she rose to her feet. Her words may have been muffled due to the steel mask she was wearing, but she sure as hell still better understand. Off in the distance, another student seemed insistent on aiding the fight. So with that sniper round and whatever Tessa had done herself, the grimm was good as dust. Unfortunately for Tessa, Eira's efforts to calm her had already been far too late. She already defied orders and immediately went to Rachel's s**t list.
The woman would begin approaching Eira and Tessa. Fingertips would curl around the edges of her mask, releasing the lock to take her muzzle off. With a face exposed, any student looking her way was sure to see a toothy scowl. She was not amused. Clipping her mask on her side, she was straight up ready to straddle the rhino student if she continued to act in defiance. She may have been bigger, but she was sure as hell certain her own bite was a lot worse. "Bit too late, Bullets. Not only did Blasto go nearly blowin' up one of your teammates, but she also went defyin' orders in a crisis. If that isn't a big fat F on your report card, I don't know what is!" Vivid crimson hues would lock on the STWR who came to Flutter's aid since Tessa and Azu had managed to take the grimm from there. "Sassy, make sure the Mute here gets Flutters to the infirmary. She ain't got time to be waitin' around." Koryn was without a doubt in the worst shape of the students, but the injuries didn't stop there. Rachel couldn't go carrying students just yet. There was still a team locked in combat with the oversized snake and she needed to watch over them. "AIGHT. Anyone who can walk on their own two feet, get to helpin' any of the injured to the infirmary! I know team SNRS is lookin' pretty rough over there. I gotta watch the stragglers to make sure they finish their assignment. Blasto.. God, what the hell am I gonna do with ya? We gotta talk after class, cause that was a s**t show." Man, what was she gonna do? Her first thought, of course, was to bite her. What other way to both punish and show dominance over some animal than bite them? Except they weren't animals. She had to try and somehow keep her wits end with her, and couldn't risk herself going and taking a bite out of a student. Not yet, anyways. "Ya all heard me, right? Got your roles? Then get to it!"
So the professor came marching up to Tessa for, what was becoming more apparent to her as the adrenaline began fading, was insubordination for killing the grimm. Fair enough, but that did not mean Tessa would roll over as the shark lady bucked up to her, not at all. As the teacher scowled and showed off her teeth, the rhino faunus puffed her chest out and growled right back with no sign of fear. And why would she be afraid? Her older sister was even taller than she was and far more terrifying with that enormous tail and mouth full of primal predator's teeth. When the professor finally backed away Tessa grunted in response to her and walked off to where the grimm used to be and deactivated her weapons as she dropped to a crouch. She fiddled around on the ground for a moment before standing back up with the dented and scratched drill bullet she'd fired into the grimm and gave it a once over, turning it about in her hands. It was salvageable, probably still good for another shot, but that was just sloppy. With a sigh Tessa put the round into the pouch on her hip and walked off the arena to the sidelines. As far as she was concerned, she was done here, regardless of what the professor said.

The butterfly who may have had karma strike her down with her earlier actions in agitating the Grimm, but someone he had chosen to save nonetheless. His efforts seemed to have worked as he continued focusing on her wound; he could see no more blood trying to leak past the crystallized blood. He was taking her vitals and studying her, to see if she was good to move. Not that it would be a good idea to bring in a team of medics here with all the fighting that was raging on around him, but he wanted to make sure moving her would not be fatal. She wasn't too pale, and she seemed mostly stable... Though she remained unconscious throughout his "check up" of her. If he had any medicine on him he may have tried treating her himself, but he was bereft of such things. He remembered how the teacher wanted to move the butterfly, and while she seemed stable, it was not something he could do himself. 'A stretcher would be ideal, but there does not seem to be any such thing.' He thought to himself as he glanced around the area. He would need help.
As if his thoughts could be read, he was quickly joined by the presence of another who seemed fairly distraught. Though, as he soon realized, she had been there the entire time. 'When did she get here?' He wondered to himself. He had thought his guard and senses were much clearer, but his focus and the sounds of battle must have dulled that. She had been on her knees when he first noticed her, and seemed to have been settled there for a bit. Slightly startled, his eyes would go wide as he looked to her. She began to ask questions of if she was ok, and held the butterfly's hand. Chase had no clue who this person was, only that they apparently knew the butterfly as he could recall her staying near the faunus before class officially began. He knew he should give words of encouragement as that would be expected of him, but how could he? He knew nothing of the girl or her relation, and while he was fairly certain the butterfly was stable he could not give a guarantee of it. He did not want to lead her on and lie by saying such things, so in the end he chose silence. He would then hear her say she was sorry and a name. 'Koryn, was that the name of the butterfly?' He silently wondered to himself. It likely was if she was saying it in this context. At least it would now be easier to refer to her rather than call her a butterfly.
She would then ask if there was anything she could do to help him. He had no idea how strong she was or her capabilities, but she seemed the only one available to help him currently. They could not leave her here after all, as he was unsure she would survive without more medical attention. He was not gifted with healing blood like his family, so he could not heal her further or see if she had any other internal injuries. He was about to say as much before a slight quiet spread around them. Looking up and around, he noticed the dying lancer and the teacher who seemed to have her eyes on his current company. Calling her sassy, or he assumed it was her at least, and then himself mute to take Flutters to the infirmary... 'Does she have a nickname for everyone?' He wondered to himself. It was not hard to guess she was referring to him as mute given he had not said a word since arriving, but calling the blue haired girl Sassy and the Butterfly flutters (or he assumed at least that she did) made him believe that. Especially since the blue haired girl had called the butterfly Koryn. He didn't particularly care about it, given most nicknames given to him were far worse. In fact, he sort of fancied it a little even if it were simple. Still, he had been given his order by the intimidating woman and that was to evacuate with the Koryn and Sassy. Which would be his new reference for her until, well if, he actually learned her real name. His eyes would move to hers, slight surprise as he noticed they were red like his own. Not a common eye color from his own experience, though not as rare as he had first expected. He would move his arms under Koryn's shoulders, before looking to Sassy with a nod as he looked down to Koryn's legs. He would lightly lift Koryn so she would get the idea he was ready for her to help carry. He hoped she would understand it at least. She wasn't going to be as light as she looked when she was unconscious, as it would all be dead weight at that point. Combined with his crystallized blood used as sealant... He really needed her aid despite his own strength. If he received aid in moving her, he would immediately set off to carry her for the infirmary and exit
§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§ SasseliaArgenia TEAM: STWR SEMBLANCE:not activated Weapon: Gravityflux (Glaive/shotgun/double axes) ------------ It was thankful for focusing on the harmed teammate. It helped Sasselia get over her mental jealous fit. Pushing the personal blame aside her comrade was more important. It seemed hearing over her shoulder Eira was in midst of attempting to calm their other member down. Thankfully the lancer was finally dead, but at what cost was this? Was any of it the right move made? Was it smart to have left the battlefield to try helping a fallen comrade? Was it wise to prevent attempts on the berserking companion? Based on the attempt by Eira it seemed both of them would have resulted with the same answer. By unknown emotion outside either of their control. Even holding her fallen comrades hand. This was not a mistake. Her life was more valued over a grade at the moment. The logical side to her could worry about that later. For now it was a matter of finding out how bad the damage was. Judging by the silence of the male trying to inspect her wound himself, it seemed the news was perhaps not the greatest. He did not have to say any words to that one. Just seeing the wound for herself better showed the answer with the necessary words. "I could try doing something but I don't believe any old my remedies would remotely help this time. There's no cobweb anywhere nearby to stop the wound better... My mothers ointment would only work if the wound was a lot more minor...."
Both parties seemed to be in their own state of mind, but it wasn't before long the teacher spoke towards her and the gentleman beside her about getting them to the infirmary. Mute? Flutters? That certainly was not his name, and she was definitely not going to be calling him that. Not that they were.... Interesting nicknames.... It was hard to resist a bit of a giggle under her breath. Hers at least was the most accurate nickname. "Right a-away ma' am..... Eira I'll meet you and Tessa later on back in the dorm room of at the infirmary," she stammered over her shoulder to the other party, before making eye contact with Chase. Huh!? Was he alright? Was the blood on Koryn making him dizy perhaps? At the last second she noticed the tiny reaction, flustering a little bit. Both had red eyes. There were not to many others with red. They were a pretty hue that made the white of his hair more intense. Now was not the time for the pleasantries to compliment about it, wondering if Tessa was anywhere nearby. Seeing her over by the sidelines though in what looked to be disinterest by something, it was up to the two of them. He grabbed Koryn's shoulders, and returning his nod, she gently scooped her arms under Koryn's knees before raising the butterfly's lower half up. She understood immediate by the body language, keeping her best to pull her part of the weight. There was no way she would have him stuck carrying her by himself with no help to the infirmary. "How can I say no to the aid you are offering," she said this to Chase before giving word to the unconscious butterfly. Don't worry Koryn we are going to get you to help." With that said and done she accompanied Chase to the infirmary.
