█BACKGROUND ▬ Vincent was born and raised in Vale. As he grew up he enrolled in the huntsman academies and started training at Signal. His years at signal were spent with a focus on academic classes and weapon classes. Aura classes and semblance classes were the bane of his existence since he struggled with them. It was largely believed that because of his poor aura control his semblance couldn't be accessed. Vincent didn't use his semblance for the first time until he had already moved on to Beacon. He decided to pass on taking the final licensing exam to become a pro huntsman. He couldn't be called unskilled though. What he had learned up to that point was far from insignificant. Vincent had just decided to pursue other interests and moved from Beacon Academy to a Vale military academy. Vincent completed military training and pursued medical training from the Vale military. Eventually earning himself a commission as an officer along side an even greater skill set. After a year in the Vale military's medical core he met Natalie Black who was assigned to be his personal aid. Another year after that the military assigned him to an unusual posting. At the request of Beacon's Headmaster, Aurtrox Krayeth , Vincent made his return to Beacon with Natalie tagging along. The posting was 'officially' to take up the position of the academy's on site doctor. However, overseeing the school infirmary wasn't all the headmaster had in mind. While Natalie tends to exclusively hold down the fort at the infirmary Vincent has found himself also frequenting the classrooms at Beacon as a teacher on the school faculty.

█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ Bushmaster █ ▬ Bushmaster is primarily a multi fire mode assault rifle. It has few bells and whistles and the only thing that makes it remotely like other huntsman weapons is its ability to collapse down to a more everyday item that Vincent can easily carry with him. █Melee Form ▬ Differs from the ranged form only in that this form deploys a hardened steel bayonet above the barrel that extends 8 inches past the end of the barrel. █Ranged Form ▬ Takes the form of an Heckler-Koch-G36 assault rifle. The rifle has a mounted dart gun in place of a grenade launcher attachment and a laser target light mounted along the side of the barrel at a place between the rifle barrel and the dart guns barrel. The top has a small 4x scope. █Other Form(s) ▬ Bushmaster collapses down into the form of a file organizer case with dimensions to match the size of a large clipboard if a clipboard was also four inches thick and could open that is. █Ammo Type ▬ Standard physical ammo, bullets kept in 30 round magazines with 5 magazines carried.
Darts, 5 round clips. Dust Darts: These darts contain dust in glass and metal casings. They can be tip-less so they shatter to cause elemental explosions or have tips to inject the dust into the target, also nasty. (number carried varies since there is one per type of dust used, ie a clip will only hold red dust darts, never a mixture of types) Poison Dart - Anticoagulant: These darts inject a drug that inhibits a body from stopping bleeding making inflicted wounds more dangerous. (Duration = 5 posts) (1 Clip) Poison Dart - Weak Neurotoxin: These darts inject a drug that causes slow reactions (hard to think and process information), numbness, and local paralysis. (Duration = 2 posts) (1 Clip) Poison Dart - Weak Poison: These darts contain a drug that induces dizziness, chills, and nausea. (Duration = 3 posts) (1 Clip) Medical Dart - Pain Killer: A dart that administers a general pain killer. (2 Clips) Medical Dart - Coagulant: A dart containing a coagulant agent to stem or outright stop bleeding until the wound can be treated. (1 Clip) Medical Dart - Stimulate: A dart with more wake up power than 5 pots of coffee brewed using energy drinks rather than water... (1 Clip) Medical Dart - Adrenaline: This dart contains exactly what you would expect and while it could be used as a stimulant as well it's main purpose is to induce a highened sense of awareness. █ ▬ Bushmaster is a weapon that is meant to be fired as a ranged weapon. It's melee form certainly works but it far from being as effective as the weapon of a huntsman that takes the melee form of a sword or spear.

█*NAME ▬ Delta Wave █*AURA COLOR ▬ Violet █*DESCRIPTION █ ▬ Delta Wave allows Vincent to project a kind of psionic wave in the area around him. The wave transmitted replicates the delta wave created by the brain while at rest, thus the name. Using his semblance in a more timid fashion or perhaps at a low power level Vincent can calm the mind of others to help the relax. More aggressive applications can cause exhaustion and can be used to put others to sleep for a time. Most of the effects of Delta Wave will last for the duration of the scene unless removed. The main exception is those unwillingly put to sleep. They will wake after 2 posts or whenever they are roused by a good solid hit from someone, which could either be an enemy attack hitting them or an ally slapping/kicking them awake. █*LEVEL 0 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 10 feet (3 meters / 3.3 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 4 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 1 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Vincent can use his semblance to calm the emotions of those around him. █ ▬ Anyone who doesn't resist can be put to sleep if Vincent touches them. █*LEVEL 1 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 20 feet (6 meters / 7.6 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 6 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 1 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Vincent can force others under even if they resist if he can continually touch them for two consecutive posts or touch them at least three times within five posts. █ ▬ Can focus his semblance to selectively assault those around him while fighting (up to 2), thus making them fatigue faster. Those targeted by his semblance, so long as they are within the reach of the semblance's range, will find that their semblance will now fail 1 post faster and take 1 post longer to recharge. As a side effect of the aura fatigue opponents affected after three posts of exposure find that no amount of rest will seem to alleviate the fatigue they feel so long as the effects of Delta Wave last making them easier to tire out and rendering them almost constantly short of breath. █ ▬ When putting others to sleep Vincent can put them into an unconscious like deep sleep now. █*LEVEL 2 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 30 feet (9 meters / 10 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 8 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 2 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Can focus his semblance to selectively assault those around him while fighting (up to 4), thus making them fatigue faster. Those targeted by his semblance, so long as they are within the reach of the semblance's range, will find that their semblance will now fail 2 post faster and take 2 post longer to recharge. As a side effect of the aura fatigue opponents affected after three posts of exposure have a perpetual feeling of exhaustion settle in. It is almost unshakable and because of it their body, limbs in particular, rapidly start to feel heavier. █ ▬ Delta Wave can put targets so far under that their sleep is akin to being comatose until the effects wear off. █*LEVEL 3 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 40 feet (12 meters / 13.3 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 10 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 2 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Can focus his semblance to selectively assault those around him while fighting (up to 6), thus making them fatigue faster. Those targeted by his semblance, so long as they are within the reach of the semblance's range, will find that their semblance will now fail 3 post faster and take 3 post longer to recharge. As a side effect of the aura fatigue opponents affected after three posts of exposure in addition to the effects noticed at Level 1 and 2 their movements start getting sluggish and their vision may blur. Just staying awake takes noticeable effort. █*NOTES █ ▬ The primary effect of this semblances is the debuff to aura and semblance efficiency. As a clarification that debuff takes place immediately at exposure and lasts so long as a targeted individual remains a target within range. Being targeted for an extended period of time creates additional fatigue based side effects. These effects are also not permanent and lift after resting. The side effects actually listed are mostly intended as the more obvious potential one and are primarily listed to serve as RP pointers to pave the way of understanding towards what kind of exhaustion could be experienced a character exposed to Delta Wave's effects for an extended time. █ ▬ For semblances that run on application of uses then the effects of the aura drain apply the same way. Only it just decreases the number of uses before depletion and up the time it takes to regain uses of the ability in the same manner it reduces run time and cool down/recharge on other semblances. █*DRAWBACKS ▬ █ ▬ All the effects of Vincent's semblance are removed if the target falls asleep and wakes back up. Thus for example a target that fell asleep and is woken up has to be exposed to the semblance for another three posts to begin feeling the tiring side effects of caused by exposure to semblance. In short sleep no matter how short lived will cure the status issues, at the price of being completely exposed if you don't have cover from allies of course. █ ▬ Delta Wave has a limit to the number of people it can exert it's full power upon remotely.

█BACKGROUND ▬ Natalie grew up Vale for as long as she can really remember. According to her parents she was born in Vaccuo and their family moved to Vale when she was five. That was some sixteen years ago. There are bits and pieces in her memory from when she was little that seem to match that though if asked she couldn't really describe Vaccuo at all. Natalie never attended any of the huntsman academies growing up. Her first taste of being a warrior came when she decided to enlist into the Vale military. She was taught some of what she could of learned had she attended Signal or Beacon there but the experience was of course very different. The military assigned her a job as a combat medic and she was taught to be a first responder and a nurse. She finished her first term of service and opted to reup her enlistment as a non-com. Her post was changed at that time and she met the then Captain Fields. She passed the next year working as his aid. The end of that year was marked with yet another change in post. Surprisingly the military had assigned her and Dr. Fields to Beacon Academy. Natalie primarily oversees the school infirmary as a the school nurse now. Vincent is around most of the time but she never would of guessed that the school would rope him into being an instructor as well. He seems to enjoy it though, but it raises questions on just what kind of connections the headmaster has inside the military to arrange all this.

When deployed Blitz Caliber expands to take on the form of full sized greaves and armored boots. █Melee Form ▬ Blitz Caliber's melee form is a pair of heavy armored boots that protect the entire foot and calf area. Doing multiple things at once drains the semblance's 'run time' faster. █ ▬ Condition Green can cause no physical damage to an enemy. (It should be noted that if a significant amount of pain from a severe or mortal wound is reflected back upon an enemy it could cause mental damage) █ ▬ The greatest drawback of Condition Green is in its ability to deceive the body. Pain is felt to protect the body and in its absence the body can easily be pushed too far. This certainly applies to Natalie but it can also apply to those that are under the effects of Condition Green.

Sorry about the wait. After some discussion, we have decided it is best I only judge and approve Vincent for now. Once the maiden system is completed we will be working on an NPC system. When the NPC system is completed I'll review the assistant. You can post as the assistant in the meantime, just not use her semblance or weapon.
-You'll need to list any add-ons or "bells and whistles" the gun has. Any equipment or special abilities not listed on the profile won't be allowed in RP. (special stocks or scops beyond the standard ect.) -What do the dart rounds do? If they are meant to knock someone out, you need to list that and approximately how long it will take. -Please list how many magazines and dart round clips he keeps on his person. -I really don't like your ability point set up. As it is, your character can effectively use their semblance endlessly. You need to rework it for some combination of getting rid of the permanent effect, upping the amount of ability point consumed, lowering the number of ability points they have, or lowering how quickly they recover. The permanent effect is my least favourite and will likely be denied unless you really limit the other aspects of the semblance. -Does the fatigue effect them at the first post, and becomes permanent at 3 posts, or does it take 3 posts to affect them and becomes permanent at the same time?

I really like your dart round types, explanations and durations! Very creative! But I'm thinking with that much ammo you are gonna need some way to carry it all! A briefcase was my first thought (you know being a doctor), but that wouldn't be very convenient for switching types.....maybe like he can keep 4 different dart rounds on an ammo belt plus an extra clip of regular and then he needs a full post to switch out a different from the maybe briefcase? (Disclaimer: I have no idea how many clips an IRL ammo belt holds) DM me and let me know what you think!
I think your semblance is missing how many people he can apply Delta Wave to at each level. I think the post counts a bit long, since most combat I've been in lasts like 4 posts, but I want to see what you do for the number of people before saying you need to lower it. (Are you keeping the thing from the ability point system were if he affects 2 people, it's half the number of posts?)

█BACKGROUND ▬ Vincent was born and raised in Vale. As he grew up he enrolled in the huntsman academies and started training at Signal. His years at signal were spent with a focus on academic classes and weapon classes. Aura classes and semblance classes were the bane of his existence since he struggled with them. It was largely believed that because of his poor aura control his semblance couldn't be accessed. Vincent didn't use his semblance for the first time until he had already moved on to Beacon. He decided to pass on taking the final licensing exam to become a pro huntsman. He couldn't be called unskilled though. What he had learned up to that point was far from insignificant. Vincent had just decided to pursue other interests and moved from Beacon Academy to a Vale military academy. Vincent completed military training and pursued medical training from the Vale military. Eventually earning himself a commission as an officer along side an even greater skill set. After a year in the Vale military's medical core he met Natalie Black who was assigned to be his personal aid. Another year after that the military assigned him to an unusual posting. At the request of Beacon's Headmaster, Aurtrox Krayeth , Vincent made his return to Beacon with Natalie tagging along. The posting was 'officially' to take up the position of the academy's on site doctor. However, overseeing the school infirmary wasn't all the headmaster had in mind. While Natalie tends to exclusively hold down the fort at the infirmary Vincent has found himself also frequenting the classrooms at Beacon as a teacher on the school faculty.

█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ Bushmaster █ ▬ Bushmaster is primarily a multi fire mode assault rifle. It has few bells and whistles and the only thing that makes it remotely like other huntsman weapons is its ability to collapse down to a more everyday item that Vincent can easily carry with him. █Melee Form ▬ Differs from the ranged form only in that this form deploys a hardened steel bayonet above the barrel that extends 8 inches past the end of the barrel. █Ranged Form ▬ Takes the form of an Heckler-Koch-G36 assault rifle. The rifle has a mounted dart gun in place of a grenade launcher attachment and a laser target light mounted along the side of the barrel at a place between the rifle barrel and the dart guns barrel. The top has a small 4x scope. █Other Form(s) ▬ Bushmaster collapses down into the form of a file organizer case with dimensions to match the size of a large clipboard if a clipboard was also four inches thick and could open that is. █Ammo Type ▬ Standard physical ammo, bullets kept in 30 round magazines with 5 magazines carried.
Darts, 5 round clips. Dust Darts: These darts contain dust in glass and metal casings. They can be tip-less so they shatter to cause elemental explosions or have tips to inject the dust into the target, also nasty. (number carried varies since there is one per type of dust used, ie a clip will only hold red dust darts, never a mixture of types) Poison Dart - Anticoagulant: These darts inject a drug that inhibits a body from stopping bleeding making inflicted wounds more dangerous. (Duration = 5 posts) (1 Clip) Poison Dart - Weak Neurotoxin: These darts inject a drug that causes slow reactions (hard to think and process information), numbness, and local paralysis. (Duration = 2 posts) (1 Clip) Poison Dart - Weak Poison: These darts contain a drug that induces dizziness, chills, and nausea. (Duration = 3 posts) (1 Clip) Medical Dart - Pain Killer: A dart that administers a general pain killer. (2 Clips) Medical Dart - Coagulant: A dart containing a coagulant agent to stem or outright stop bleeding until the wound can be treated. (1 Clip) Medical Dart - Stimulate: A dart with more wake up power than 5 pots of coffee brewed using energy drinks rather than water... (1 Clip) Medical Dart - Adrenaline: This dart contains exactly what you would expect and while it could be used as a stimulant as well it's main purpose is to induce a highened sense of awareness. █ ▬ Bushmaster is a weapon that is meant to be fired as a ranged weapon. It's melee form certainly works but it far from being as effective as the weapon of a huntsman that takes the melee form of a sword or spear.

█*NAME ▬ Delta Wave █*AURA COLOR ▬ Violet █*DESCRIPTION █ ▬ Delta Wave allows Vincent to project a kind of psionic wave in the area around him. The wave transmitted replicates the delta wave created by the brain while at rest, thus the name. Using his semblance in a more timid fashion or perhaps at a low power level Vincent can calm the mind of others to help the relax. More aggressive applications can cause exhaustion and can be used to put others to sleep for a time. Most of the effects of Delta Wave will last for the duration of the scene unless removed. The main exception is those unwillingly put to sleep. They will wake after 2 posts or whenever they are roused by a good solid hit from someone, which could either be an enemy attack hitting them or an ally slapping/kicking them awake. █*LEVEL 0 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 10 feet (3 meters / 3.3 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 4 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 1 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Vincent can use his semblance to calm the emotions of those around him. █ ▬ Anyone who doesn't resist can be put to sleep if Vincent touches them. █*LEVEL 1 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 20 feet (6 meters / 7.6 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 6 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 1 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Vincent can force others under even if they resist if he can continually touch them for two consecutive posts or touch them at least three times within five posts. █ ▬ Can focus his semblance to selectively assault those around him while fighting (up to 2), thus making them fatigue faster. Those targeted by his semblance, so long as they are within the reach of the semblance's range, will find that their semblance will now fail 1 post faster and take 1 post longer to recharge. As a side effect of the aura fatigue opponents affected after three posts of exposure find that no amount of rest will seem to alleviate the fatigue they feel so long as the effects of Delta Wave last making them easier to tire out and rendering them almost constantly short of breath. █ ▬ When putting others to sleep Vincent can put them into an unconscious like deep sleep now. █*LEVEL 2 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 30 feet (9 meters / 10 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 8 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 2 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Can focus his semblance to selectively assault those around him while fighting (up to 4), thus making them fatigue faster. Those targeted by his semblance, so long as they are within the reach of the semblance's range, will find that their semblance will now fail 2 post faster and take 2 post longer to recharge. As a side effect of the aura fatigue opponents affected after three posts of exposure have a perpetual feeling of exhaustion settle in. It is almost unshakable and because of it their body, limbs in particular, rapidly start to feel heavier. █ ▬ Delta Wave can put targets so far under that their sleep is akin to being comatose until the effects wear off. █*LEVEL 3 ▬ █ ▬ Delta Wave has a range of 40 feet (12 meters / 13.3 yards). █ ▬ Delta Wave has an active duration that can last up to 10 posts. It takes 1 post to recharge for every 2 posts it is active for, round up. █ ▬ Can focus his semblance to selectively assault those around him while fighting (up to 6), thus making them fatigue faster. Those targeted by his semblance, so long as they are within the reach of the semblance's range, will find that their semblance will now fail 3 post faster and take 3 post longer to recharge. As a side effect of the aura fatigue opponents affected after three posts of exposure in addition to the effects noticed at Level 1 and 2 their movements start getting sluggish and their vision may blur. Just staying awake takes noticeable effort. █*NOTES █ ▬ The primary effect of this semblances is the debuff to aura and semblance efficiency. As a clarification that debuff takes place immediately at exposure and lasts so long as a targeted individual remains a target within range. Being targeted for an extended period of time creates additional fatigue based side effects. These effects are also not permanent and lift after resting. The side effects actually listed are mostly intended as the more obvious potential one and are primarily listed to serve as RP pointers to pave the way of understanding towards what kind of exhaustion could be experienced a character exposed to Delta Wave's effects for an extended time. █ ▬ For semblances that run on application of uses then the effects of the aura drain apply the same way. Only it just decreases the number of uses before depletion and up the time it takes to regain uses of the ability in the same manner it reduces run time and cool down/recharge on other semblances. █*DRAWBACKS ▬ █ ▬ All the effects of Vincent's semblance are removed if the target falls asleep and wakes back up. Thus for example a target that fell asleep and is woken up has to be exposed to the semblance for another three posts to begin feeling the tiring side effects of caused by exposure to semblance. In short sleep no matter how short lived will cure the status issues, at the price of being completely exposed if you don't have cover from allies of course. █ ▬ Delta Wave has a limit to the number of people it can exert it's full power upon remotely.
