Nolan was currently walking back to the school with some food supplies he had gotten from the local indoor farmer's market that he had been planning on using to make a new dish. He would have ignored the food cart usually, after all, he didn't want to be too full from eating something else that he wouldn't eat whatever he had planned to, but somehow, the smell of hot chocolate drew him in.

He walked to the food cart, and learned that they were giving the hot chocolate away for free. Nolan was suspicious. That could only mean one of two things. 1. That it was terrible and they were just trying to get rid of the product. Or 2. they were giving out free samples so that people could go and buy it later.

Looking around at those who had already gotten some, it clearly wasn't the former, so it had to be the latter. When he tried to make it up to the front though, he accidentally bumped into someone. It seemed to be a small girl who was trying to get her own free sample. He looked at her and gave her a small smile. "I'm so sorry! I didn't see you there! Do you need any help?" He took a look at the food cart crowded with people and then back at her. "It seems pretty crowded. I could help you if you want!" He hoped that he didn't seem like a creepy weirdo, it was hard to tell sometimes when help would be accepted or rejected.

Nolan's offer of help had been accepted, and he nodded to her. "All right then. I'll get one for you." He said, then turning toward the cart and pushing his way forward, not really caring if he elbowed anyone while he was going to the front. After all, there wasn't a line in the first place. It seemed to be whomever could catch the cart vendor's attention that was deemed "next" in the line.

He finally made it to the front though. "Could I have two hot chocolates please? One for me and one for my friend who seems to have been overlooked." He said. The vendor seemed to give him a look, either insulted because Nolan had told the man that he had been ignoring someone, or the vendor didn't believe him. Either way though, he made two hot chocolates and gave them both to Nolan, who managed to make his way through the crowd without spilling the precious drinks.

He let out a sigh when he was finally out of the mass of people. He hated crowds.

He spotted the girl he had gotten the drink for and went over to her, holding out her drink. "There you go!" He wouldn't be doing that again anytime soon.

"You're welcome." Nolan replied, taking a sip of his own drink. It was... okay. He had tasted better. He supposed though that the sprinkles sold it to some. "Yes, blue is a very nice color. Not everything has to be red and green and white." He really didn't care for that color combination, but somehow it had snuck it's way into the holiday. He would go ahead and blame a certain company for that.

"It's nice to meet you Noah. I'm Nolan. Seems we both have similar-sounding names. Or at least, they start out the same." He wasn't sure how to talk to kids, but he supposed he was doing okay.

He gave her a small smile at the offer of candy and took it gently, adding it to one of the bags that he had been carrying. "Well thank you then! It looks delicious!" He would have to wait until after he had eaten a while later though. He wouldn't even be able to taste it after having the hot chocolate. Hopefully it would be better than the drink.

Taking a look at his watch though, he realized that he needed to go or else he would miss being able to use the kitchen. "I'm sorry Noah." Not really, he didn't expect to ever see her again. It was just a passing interaction. "But I have to go! Maybe we'll see each other again sometime?" He said, grabbing his bags and starting to walk towards the school again. "It was nice to meet you Noah!" After he was sure that she had responded to him before, but he did have to get there quickly, even if it seemed rude to leave so soon!

Chambersite tried to keep his teeth together, to stop them from chattering so much, but so far it was a losing battle. Why the **** was he so cold?! He shouldn't be this cold, even if he was just wearing his Negaverse uniform. So why was he SO FREAKING COLD?! He had just been trying to find some more people to drain, and yet every time he thought he spotted a potential victim, he fell prey once more to the cold that seemed to have come upon him suddenly.

And it wasn't a sick cold. He was just cold-cold. He had never been this cold. Wasn't there a point where if one got cold enough, that they would stop feeling things? When would that finally start happening. Sure, it meant that frostbite was settling in, but he would take that over being this cold!

Suddenly though, he felt the aura of... well it felt like a senshi. But different from the basics that he had met before, and had decided to check it out. When he had finally spotted the "senshi" he was wondering if his eyes were playing games on him. It was just a little kid!

He felt even grumpier now for having been tricked. "Hey kid!" He called out. "Isn't it past your bedtime?"

Nolan rolled his eyes, and was about to say something to effect of her going home before he made her, but another wave of cold went through him, which effectively shut him up for a bit as he rubbed his arms and his teeth tried to chatter again.

He went closer to the kid, and opened his mouth, this time hoping that he could speak actual words. "You... you n-need to get out of h-here kid." Oh no, the cold stuttering was spreading! His mouth became a frown. "It's too damn cold!" He muttered under his breath.

He summoned his weapon, the toy turnip, and threw it at the "Senshi". Well, he tried to at least. But he was so cold he could barely hold the darn thing and he could only weakly toss it, where it landed no where near the Senshi.

He glared at it, then looked at the Senshi. "Look j-just get o-out of here b-before... just get out of here!" He said. Now he really didn't want to fight. He wanted to get back inside and preferably light himself on fire.

Chambersite would have tried to slap the girl if he wasn't freezing already, but alas, he was. And even the turnip didn't make it back to him. He tried to "tch" but instead it came out as a heavy sniff, and all he could do was roll his eyes. "Whatever." He said, trying to summon his weapon back to him, but he was too cold to even do that.

He turned around to head back to the school, really wishing he could teleport now. This was ridiculous! And he would be taking the hottest shower possible when he got home!
