- Racial Powers -
Good Fortune - Can be used to give another meta a level to one power for the entirety of a encounter. This can only be used on another meta and not yourself. This can only be used once a day. This does not stack with another ability which raises the level of a power.
Phasing - Nekomata Metas are able to allow objects, people and other things pass through them. Younger Metas have issues controlling this power.
Fox Form - Able to transform into a large animal. Also able to transform into a house animal ( small fox ) while in this form still capable of producing human language.
Aura Sight - In either form, the Nekomata can see spirits and auras easily.
- Item / Inherited Powers -
Metallurgy - Porgon is able to handle and shape metal by exerting her will over it. She can also use this power to channel stamina into a weapon she's using to make it strike with meta-level equivalent force. Finally she can use this power to destroy a metal object, dealing damage to it appropriate to the level of the power used.
level 1 - 1d6 ; item creation no greater then 1ft in any dimension level 2 - 2d6 ; item creation no greater then 3ft in any dimension level 3 - 3d6 ; item creation no greater then 5ft in any dimension ( 15 ft. AoE )
Subpower 1 - Martial Proficiency ( Passive Trait ) - By handling a object made of metal she can speak to it and coax it to teach her how it is used, gaining proficiency with it as if she had been trained to use it.
Subpower 2 - Tremorsense ( Passive Trait ) - By "listening" to the vibrations through mineral and metal she can gain awareness of things making contact to it while physically touching roughly the same material within maximum AoE range. A example of this would be while walking barefoot on a non-plastic ground she could keep track of other people walking as their feet make contact with the ground around her, or by putting a hand on a wall with metal running through it she could feel it if someone knocked against the wall elsewhere within her range.
Subpower 3 - Adamantium Skeleton ( Passive Trait ) - Her skeleton is made of Adamantium, which can be useful - if painful - for blocking. This also has increased her weight considerably.
Limits and Clarifications - Item creation, as well as attacks or defends using this power require stamina to use. This power can only mold a item out of metal, if it has other components such as a wooden handle that must be made through other means. Subpowers 1 & 2 function by talking to "spirits" within the metal around her, though these should not be confused with mortal souls - as powers that sense one are not inherently able to sense the other. This power has a range of touch - in that she can only mold metal she is in contact with. The only exception to this is Tremorsense which operates at the maximum AoE range. This power doesn't create metal, only shapes it out of existing materials.

Frenzy - When experiencing a strong emotional response Porgon may enter a frenzy - while in this state her actions become more effective but she loses considerable amounts of her self control, attacking anything she perceives as a threat. She can be coaxed out of frenzy by being calmed or knocked unconscious.
Level 1. +3 Level 2. +4 Level 3. +5
Limits and Clarifications - This is a buff power and as such does not gain any subpowers or use stamina. Porgon can not voluntarily enter Frenzy, however minor emotional impacts can trigger it. The stronger the emotional reaction the more likely Porgon will enter Frenzy. When a strong enough emotional impact happens I will roll to determine if Porgon enters Frenzy, with stronger and angrier emotions requiring lower results to enter Frenzy. However given the subjective nature of emotional reactions, it's not possible to list a hard scale of what would trigger Frenzy.

Fox's Mask - By wearing a mask Porgon can hide her identity. When she does this people who view her or hear her through regular means will see and hear another person who Porgon disguises herself as. This is a psychic influence and persists as long as she wears the mask. However the disguise won't work if tested against methods outside of regular experiences, such as viewing her through a infrared camera, testing for her weight on a scale, or analyzing her voice at a in-depth level with a spectrum analyzer. The illusion will however persist through regular recordings and non-specialized cameras, however once the effect ends the recordings will show Porgon as herself and not who she disguised herself as. Memories however will not automatically correct themselves once the effect ends. While disguised height differences are subconsciously accounted for, with people who are under the influence of Fox's Mask not realizing they're usually looking down at whoever they're talking to.
Level 1 - 1d6 vs mental defense Level 2 - 2d6 vs mental defense Level 3 - 3d6 vs mental defense
Subpower 1 - Unknown
Subpower 2 - Unknown
Subpower 3 - Unknown
Limits & Clarifications - Activating the power costs Stamina to use, however after the mask is worn it does not require additional stamina to persist. Anyone who experiences Porgon while the power is active, even if they were not present when the power was activated, will make a mental defense roll vs what was rolled for the mask when it was activated to determine if they are influenced by the mask or not. The power automatically ends when Porgon falls unconscious. Porgon can not disguise herself as someone who she's never seen or heard. If she's seen someone but never heard them she can take their appearance, and approximate their voice, however anyone familiar with the person won't be fooled by the vocal approximation. Or Vice Versa if she's heard someone but never seen them.
-
Familiar Craft - When using a item she has created, repaired, enhanced, or modified she gains a buff with any action using that item. This buff only lasts as long as Porgon is in possession of the item, and will lose it if she loses ownership of the item.
Level 1. +3 Level 2. +4 Level 3. +5
Limits and Clarifications - This is a buff power and as such does not gain any subpowers or use stamina. The item does not need to remain on her person to be considered part of her belongings, but if it was for example stolen from her - if she later reclaimed it she wouldn't gain this buff until she had repaired, enhanced, or modified it again.
