PERSONALITY: Cocky, proud, and egocentric. Unit 25, alternatively called Revele by his creator, was the remaining subject of an experimental program to attempt a fast replacement for Zero. Unit 25 was closest to the power tiers desired with the desired control levels, remaining permanently loyal to his creator with minimal memory of a human life prior -- likely lacking a strong memory. Unit 25 is easily excited by chaos and mayhem and favors dragging out the punishment physically, although his efforts aty psychological tyorment are poor. 25 was selected for the experiment for his physical strength, over intelligence, skill, or memory recall, and while not unintelligent, his mental capabilities are average and he does better sent directions and tactics by his master.
Unit 25 is completely devoted to his master, eager to please him and will often act without order to carry out some mission in that effort, and similarly becomes bitterly enraged by failure, accepting punishment meted out and often adding to it. 26's sanity is frail at best, and he often falls into a berserker state if engaged in battle. The besty description of him is a broken doll, dancing for it's puppetmaster.

Secondary Weapon: Multiple, including small plasma knuckle bullets.
Hobbies:
Reading (Preferences: Older books, historic fiction, sometimes thinks like Dan Brown writes when he's REALLY up for a mystery or similar.)
Music (Mozart, country and western, actually; light pop and psome patriotic stuff, if it's tasteful. Has a secret love for folk music, especially American, amusingly)
Mentoring. This sounds weird, except he considers every soldier valuable and will reach out to anyone struggling. It's not unheard of for him to step out to work with training himself.
Movies. Secretly he likes John Wayne. Outwardly he likes most movies. He's not keen on horror or anything gory though.

Common Locations: Memorial Hall (Berlin, Germany); any place with a cieling over 5-6 stories in height. He's a big man and needs ample space. His preference is the outdoors.
Information of Note: How did he get through X$? I'd say magic but that's a lie. Several repliforce control chips were recovered; in the aftermath of X and Zero's disappearance, the European Union actively, and collectively shat themselves and reconstructed General. Probably.
General will offer help to people he trusts. Being blamed for Sky Lagoon left the reploid cautious, and he's far less idealistic in some areas than he used to be. Even he admits he was too idealist seeking a Reploid-Human paradise.
An exception is humans. He's aware of his mistakes and if he finds out humans need help, he'll pretty reliably deploy a unit to help. He'll also help Hunters if he's askerd nicely. Generally, if you treat him well, he'll treat you with the same courtesy.
General has a deep, strong respect for soldiers outside of Repliforce, including humans. He'll defend veterans, surprtiusingly.
PERSONALITY:
Those close to General know him as a warm, fatherly man. While _he's_ catholic, he actually pretty much accepts not everyone shares hius religious views and will treat them respectfully. To this end, anyone on his good side often sees a warm, approachable man willing to offer an ear or simply a safe presence to hide under. He is patient, compassionate, kindly, and, in the loose sense of the word, honorable. A man of his word, General tries to keep promises, and when his respect and friendfship is earned he is loyal, almost to a fault.
However, he is not so idealistic as he was before Sky Lagoon. Tested time and time again, he's world-weary and careful with his actions and words, regarding unfamiliar faces with caution and only basic courtesy. He will not turn hostile unless attacked; he's aware he could harm people accidentally if so; but he is a man not to be tested, and if you are not liked.... He has ways of cordially shutting people down. Although capable, General tries to avoid combat due to his power, thoiugh he is protective of his men and those in his jurisdiction., His weakness is his compassion -- be it toying with his faith in people, or harming someone he's close to, he can still be targeted... By targeting someone important to him.
