Fleet Report
James' stay in the Fleet has not been a particularly pleasant one due to his egotistical nature. In the Fleet, where the freedom of one's ego is directly related to how much one contributes, an untrained individual who is unwilling to participate is not given much leeway. Thus there has been little patience for James and some problems finding him a suitable bond.
Given these difficulties, all parties are in agreement that James should go to Gaia, if for no better reason than to alleviate the Fleet's collective headache at James' behavior. Finding a bond to put up with him was somewhat of a trial; his last bond in the Fleet was Viktor Demochev, a pairing which worked (from the Fleet's perspective, not James') because Demochev is known for lacking in empathy, being a bit spastic, and being somewhat of an obtuse lout. He effortlessly ignored James' needs, basically unable to fathom that the feien had needs, and treated James like a very small child who needed nothing more than to be pat on the head and told to go play outside. To look at it another way, Demochev was able to put up with James by alternately ignoring and patronizing him.
The arrangement was wholly unsatisfactory for James, who decided that the Fleet was utterly inept at procuring quality bonds (despite one hundred and fifty examples to the contrary) and that sure anywhere would be better. Anywhere, of course, being Gaia.
James has been classed as a medium security risk because he bears the Fleet some ill will, and also because medium security risk allowed the Fleet to authorize a higher level of memory modifications. James' memory has been wiped clean of all Fleet personnel and feien he met while in the Fleet mostly because they all want to forget that they ever met him. He has also had all memories of Fleet locations erased. There may be a few memory gap side effects including short term memory loss, but these side effects will clear up within a few days without any permanent damage.
It is hoped that someone with patience, care, time, and perhaps a servant complex will be able to give James the sort of life he desires. Certainly no one in the Fleet has the wish to.

Non - Elemental:Level 0 Flight - Perform aerial acrobatics regardless of wing size! This spell allows fairies to propel themselves through the air at will. Can only be cast on self.

James favorite way to get attention. He has taken to hitting people with the umbrella when he wants them to pay attention to him and they arent. Also used to get rid of annoyances For someone who uses their mouth so much he also likes to write. Various notes, death threads, please for attention, and other things have been found strewn around the loft.
Used to write on said strewn paper. Seems most of the time the feather is stuck in his hair beside his horn to keep it out of the way of 'greedy fingers' (note: as of yet James has denied to relinquish information as to who the 'greedy fingers' belong to)

Basic Appearance: Tall and lanky the former Ruler of Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, looks like a mad man living in our world. Dark green eyes are usually hidden behind a fall of silvery white hair. Black liner with swirls under his eyes and pale skin make him look like the night owl he is.
Personality: He is calm and quiet but the cover holds a temper that should not be woken. He is normally quiet and cool looking unless it involves the mention of his lover. He has had some strange experiences and the times have taken a told on his sanity. While he is not insane he defiantly has a strange way to look at the world. Going along with that... If you are posting with a gift, please make sure that you aren't interrupting RP. I work hard on my various plots, please respect that.
