Battling youma's were pretty easy, when it was with two senshi rather then one. They had been lucky enough to take old yeller (that's the youma) out back (not with a shotgun) and show the old feller (it wasn't a dog, A dog does not die in this rp) just how to truly put the beast to rest.
Seiryuu really liked Adelaide's style of fighting, even though the rainbow paint senshi seemed reserved at first, once she got into it, it was well....
"Magical." She cooed as her attacks whipped and blew the youma's ashes to who knows where. "That was just amazing Adelaide. Lady. Lady is your new nickname. Nice, yeah, we dusted our third one for the evening." She grinned as she held her hand out to high five the paint senshi.
Sadly, the dust did do something, and it wasn't disappear on the wind to Rafiki's tree. Instead it summoned a even bigger, uglier youma....almost ogre-ish in size, that took Seiryuu by her leg and dangled her upside down.
"EEEEEEEE." She said, holding her skirt down, "This isn't some Shoujo fighter series, can you not?"

Adelaide had yet to do anything impressive as a senshi - but to her credit, she hadn't exactly been trying to do anything impressive. Fritz - that was to say, Celsus - had given her all the details of why she was what she was, and what it all meant, and all that jazz, but the few times she had gone out patrolling with him had resulted in just a lot of lectures from her stodgy cousin.
She loved him to pieces, but, well. Stodgy.
At least with Seiryuu she could have a good time - which at present involved the two of them dancing around smacking Old Yeller (Definitely Not A Dog) before deciding it was time to end things (No Dogs Dying In This RP). The other senshi was decidedly more interesting and engaging than Celsus had been, and Adelaide was having a grand old time hopping around.
The glittering dust of the youma floated away, catching a stray breeze of wind, and Adelaide turned to her partner in crime, holding up a hand to smack a high five. "Call me whatever you'd like, love, I'll take it all! Plus, you know, we're kind of bloody awesome."
Neither one of them appreciated Old Yeller Number Two appearing. Or snatching up Seiryuu like she was some screeching maiden in an old black and white Godzilla film, her hair falling in silvery cascades down under her head as she struggled to keep herself decent.
"Hold on, hold on!" Adelaide said hastily. "I've got you, bird! Paintball Blitz!"
It really was so cool that she could do this, Adelaide thought, as she began flinging multicolored paintballs towards the youma - who did not seem to appreciate the attack, and made a ferocious screeching sound that was far from appealing.Quote: Paintball Blitz - Multicolored paint balls appear in Adelaide's hands, about the size of a tennis ball. She can throw them at her opponent, and they hold their shape long enough to cause an impact without about the force of a beanbag capable of bruising lightly or at the very least, distracting the opponent. "If I was a bird, love, I'd be flying out of this situation!" Seiryuu tried to kick that the grotesque like appendage keeping her hostage in the air. Paintballs were sent flying and Seiryuu in return threw her hands out for her attack. "Eastern Dragon Petal!*"
The wind gusted up, blinding the opponent as they left paper thin cuts on its face. She was immediately released and looking over at her friend.
"Alright, we got this, it's just big..." very big..."and ugly...." very ugly.... "So we just gotta like TAUNT IT TO DEATH, YOU UGLY PIECE OF WORK, COOKED UP IN SOME NEGA BASEMENT BY SOME WEIRDO."
Effective. Kuropeco *Eastern Dragon Petal Seiryuu calls out her attack and throws her arms forward. A tiny breeze blows in from the East carrying azure flower petals that are directed towards her intended target. The petals are sharp enough to leave paper thin cuts on her opponent. This attack can hit a single target, lasting about 15 seconds and can only be used twice in battle.

"You can be anything you want to be, darling!" Adelaide called back brightly, which may have been true if she was in a commercial involving happy puppies and sunshine, but less true when she was trying to keep her friend from being eaten by a giant monster who probably didn't care about sunshine and puppies.
She threw another handful of paint at the creature, who screeched in a sort of strangled sounding way, and then Seiryuu's voice rang out, wind rushing past them both and colliding with the youma. Adelaide ran forward to help drag the other girl up back to her feet, brushing dust from her shoulder as she did so.
"Taunt? I can taunt!" Adelaide cupped both hands around her mouth and yelled enthusiastically, "YOUR MUM WAS THE SIZE OF A HOUSE AND SO ARE YOU!"
She gave Seiryuu a grin. "That's how it works, right - oh dear - "
The youma, clearly unimpressed by these tactics had come squalling towards them again, giving a wide sweep of its massive paw towards them and catching Adelaide by the side. She found herself tumbling sideways with a squeak of surprise, somersaulting over and then attempting to wobble to her feet again.
"Bugger."

The monster clearly didn't care about rainbows and puppies. It clearly cared about her being food though. She liked food too, but she didn't like being food. "ADELAIDEEEEEEEEEE." Seiryuu called out, getting swung this way and that way.
It seemed her magic only annoyed the ugly monster.
"I think we need a new tactic!!" She screamed as she was lifted even higher up, swinging like she was on a ride. "I think I'm gonna throw up...."
