↓ ▒█I. I N T R O D U C T I O N█▒ ↓
Character statistics are displayed in the character's biographical information and in their ID badges. These statistics are used for fun and to help grade characters whenever in an RP sequence that includes using their mutant/non-mutant skills. Because the students are at a school, they would naturally have a progression in their abilities so their Badges and Profiles will reflect it.
The base number of points a character should use are organized at the following levels, though they do not always correspond to High School Years. You could be a Senior with Second Year Abilities-- Or on the flip side, a Sophomore in College with Second Year Abilities. New Players, unless they speak to a Mod-- Automatically should make their profile with SECOND YEAR STATS in mind: First year students have: 25-30 Stat Points to Spend (The Mastery Stat Maximum for this Level is 5.) -----> No one currently in the guild should be using this level.
Second year students have: 30 – 35 Stat Points to Spend (The Mastery Stat Maximum for this Level is 7.) -----> All New Players should be starting at THIS level, unless otherwise discussed with a moderator.
Third year students have: 35 - 45 Stat Points to Spend (The Mastery Stat Maximum for this Level is 9.) ----> Level Reserved for Veteran Players
Fourth year students have: 45-50 Stat Points to Spend (There is no Cap on Mastery at this level. It will take some time to be achieved by New Characters) ----> Level Reserved for Veteran Players▒████████████████████████▒ ****If you feel your character should be in a certain level, higher or lower, or requires an additional point—Speak to a moderator**** ▒████████████████████████▒ During the course of the game, Players can request to add stat points to their Characters by submitting an upgrade form to the moderators. They will review it with the player, and if found suitable—The request would then be granted. No changes to Power’s, Stat Points, or Non-Mutant abilities are EVER to be made without moderator consent. The moderators keep a hard copy of all Profiles… If they are edited without consent, the Player will be placed on probation, and the profile reverted for the integrity of the game.
Please remember that if it doesn't make sense for a character to use all of their stat points, they do not need to use them. ▒█A B O U T - M A S T E R Y - P O I N T S: █▒ ↓All of the statistics categories have a ten point system., except the Mastery Statistic. It is set on a 20 point scale since there are wider area’s of where a character can be—And also to help prevent people from maxing out this skill. No character should be perfect. The more mastery a character has, the more things they can do with their power. A player should generally not add a new aspect to their characters power without obtaining a higher master level. For Example: - Iceman can create a ice blasts and freeze things. If he wanted to add another ability to what he can do with his power—Such as creating ice paths he can skate on, he would need to raise his mastery skill.
- Rogue can absorb powers and memories through touch, but if she wants to learn how to cycle through them rapidly to use them to her advantage—Her mastery level would have to be increased significantly. A character could potentially have the most powerful ability in the world… But if there Mastery Points are too low, such as a 1 or 2… They would be able to do next to nothing with it. It’s the difference between eating “Pop Rocks” and setting off “Fireworks”.

**NO STAT POINT SHOULD EVER BE OVER A 5 UNLESS THAT PORTION OF THE ABILITY IS DIRECTLY AUGMENTED BY THE CHARACTERS POWER. IF THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO YOU, ASK A MODERATOR** ↓ ▒█II. C H A R A C T ER - S T A T S - R E F E R E N C E - G U I D E█▒ ↓ ▒████████████████████████▒ ▒█T H I N G S - to - R E M E M B E R:█▒ ↓XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX........Both for New Applications, and Current Members -Character points do not have to be maxed out. It doesn't make sense for some characters to have high stats in everything.-Be realistic. A speed of 10 is equivalent to Quicksilver or the Flash. Unless your character has super speed as a power, you're not going to have a stat of 10. Many (Not All) categories should not go over 5 in stat points initially, unless the characters ability directly augments that particular aspect, and cannot be turned off. Five is considered the perfect human condition...Everything above that, is considered Super Human.-Stat points may be awarded as time moves along as a reward for exceptional posting and also, if the mods feel there has been exceptional character development. If is your choice, to use the awarded points or not-- Though where you would like to place them, still needs to be approved. -Remember to consider your stats carefully, as after applications are accepted, they are not edited often. ▒████████████████████████▒ ▒█ Physical Strength (1-10):█▒ ↓ XXXX1 - Vegetable XXXX3 - Average human XXXX5- Body builder XXXX10 - Colossus, Rogue, Juggernaut, etc. ✖Physical Strength Explanation: Choose this stat according to your characters base strength. For example, a seventeen year old student that is a couch potato will likely have a strength of three... A student that makes the effort and trains, may have a stat of four or five, depending on their level of fitness...But for the strength stat to move beyond five, there must be something in the characters ability that makes them super humanly strong. ▒█ Speed (1-10): █▒ ↓ XXXX1 - Vegetable XXXX3 - Average human XXXX5 - Trained athlete XXXX10 - Quicksilver ✖Speed Explanation: Choose this stat according to your characters base speed. It is used to describe the characters quickness of body, and it is defined as the rate of velocity that one can travel at any point in time when not impaired. Just as with Physical Strength, characters should not have a speed over 5-- Unless something in their mutant ability allows them the capacity to be faster than an average human or trained athlete. ▒█ Durability (1-10):█▒ ↓ XXXX1 - Breaks at breath XXXX3 - Average human XXXX5 - Trained fighter (Eg. Boxer, wrestler) XXXX10 - Wolverine ✖Durability Explanation: Choose this stat according to how much damage your character can take to their physical form. This stat block can also be used to describe how quickly a character can recover from bodily injury. Just as before, characters might not have a level above 5--Unless their ability makes them more apt to sustaining and recovering from damage. For instance, someone with a healing factor, like Wolverine would be the most durable-- Because they can recover from most blows, fairly easily... So as the above graph shows, their stat block would be above 5.▒█ Intelligence (1-10):█▒ ↓ XXXX1 - No brain waves XXXX3 - Average human XXXX5 - Higher level thinker XXXX10 - Super genius ✖Intelligence Explanation: Choose this stat according to how intelligent your character is. This includes, but is not limited to street smarts, book smarts, and tactical thought. If your character refuses to do school work, and skips class most of the time-- He or she might still be fairly intelligent if they have street smarts...Or they could could be an all around meat head, dumb as a rock. That is up to you... However, many characters will not have an Intelligence over a level 5...Unless they've some kind of ability, or aptitude to back it up. If you feel your character is a special case, and should be above a 5 when making your stat block-- Make a note of it, and ask a mod for assistance.▒█ Energy (1-10):█▒ ↓ XXXX1 - Vegetable XXXX3 - Average Human XXXX5 - Trained Athlete XXXX10 - Firestar ✖Energy Explanation: Choose this stat according to how long your character can use his or her ability without tiring. It is important to remember that often when characters use their abilities, it does put a physical strain on them that wears them down...This could also be considered Endurance for their Mutant Ability. Mutants that cannot shut off their abilities, often have higher levels than those that can activate their ability at will. Choose this area carefully, and be reasonable. Characters generally don't have over a five without training of some kind, or if their ability is constantly "active" This stat block is also more geared towards energy users.▒█ Agility (1-10):█▒ ↓ (Is the ability to stop, start, and change the direction of the body or body parts explosively and in a controlled manner.) XXXX1 - Vegetable XXXX3 - Average Human XXXX5 - Trained fighter XXXX10 - Psylocke ✖Agility Explanation: Choose this stat according to your characters agility. This is defined as the ability to stop, start, and change the direction of the body or body parts explosively, or in a controlled manner. Students that have a background in gymnastics or dance, might have a higher level than the average human. Be sure to consider your characters base range of movement, unless it is affected by an ability that cannot be turned off. Agility can be learned easier than some traits, so occasionally characters may have over a five...If you feel that your character necessitates an above average agility, contact a Moderator, and explain your reasoning.▒█ Power Mastery (1-20):█▒ ↓ XXXX1- No Control over abilities XXXX5 - Some understand of their powers but only have a narrow view of how to use them (Early Jubliee, for example) XXXX10 - Years of training with abilities but still has ways to go before learning to fully use all of their power (90s Rogue, for example) XXXX20 - Charles Xavier, Jean as Phoenix etc. ✖Power Mastery Explanation: Choose this stat very carefully... It is perhaps one of the most important area's of the stat block. If you don't assign your power mastery level enough points, your characters power usage will be very restricted. Remember to check the maximum that your character should have, and if you feel it isn't enough or if you need a more clear explanation-- Ask a moderator.

↓ ▒█III. N O N - M U T A N T - S K I L L S█▒ ↓ ▒████████████████████████▒ ▒█E X P L A N A T I O N:█▒ ↓Non-Mutant skills are ability that characters have that have nothing to do with their mutation. They are learned, not something that characters are born with. We regulate what skills characters have, because no one character can do everything. Non-Mutant Skills should NEVER be used to supplement an addition to a characters mutant ability... They are skills/hobbies that everyday humans could learn to do, just as easily as a mutant. Each skill has three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Master XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX........Both for New Applications, and Current Members New Members: When you first apply to Academy X-- You may choose a few Non-Mutant Skills if you feel they apply to your character. We do not insist that your character be a blank slate, we assume that they will have learned things outside the Academy-- We just want to know what those things are. Be selective on what items you choose to list, and at what level (Beginner, Intermediate, and Master). We expect that your characters history will provide an explanation for the skills that you've chosen to add.
For Example: Sophia was an avid cheerleader and took gymnastics before coming to the Academy... So she could have a Non-Mutant Skill of: Gymnastics {Intermediate}.▒████████████████████████▒ Current Members: So you've been a member of the Academy awhile, and after hard work, training, crazy battles and classes-- You'd like to think your character would have learned something other than how to paint their toenails. If you's like to add a Non-Mutant Skill to your character, all you have to do is send an upgrade form to the moderators for approval. No credits required. U P G R A D E - R E Q U E S T - F O R M█▒ ↓ ▒████████████████████████▒ ▒█I N S T R U C T I O N S :█▒ ↓XXXXXXXXXTo make it easier on players, we have removed the "Credit Based Point System" from play. From now on, all upgrades will need to be submitted to a moderator-- And that moderator will post the Upgrade Request for the other Mods to review. It isn't too terribly long a form, but it will keep things organized-- And make things much easier on the players, and the mods.

No, she has not reunited with Scott Summers... Before she left for the "last time" she placed the mental suggestion in Scott's head that he move on, and take care of the School. He has done that, and is currently in a relationship with Emma...Jean, unwilling to undo what she had done simply keeps her peace...Very, Very bitterly... She is using her maiden name.
(Side Note: The only cannon character that is known to be dead is the Blob.) XXXXXX▒█ Question: Do I need to know a lot about the X-Men to Join this Guild?█▒ ↓ ☎▬Answer: You don't have to be an expert, considering all of the player characters are Original. But some knowledge of the X-Men doesn't at all hurt. Wikipedia if you are shaky, is an excellent resource. Also uncannyxmen.net. XXXXXX▒█ Question: Are any powers off limits?█▒ ↓ ☎▬Answer: Yes. They are Telepathy/Empathy/Or Any Reality Warping abilities. They are too easily God-Modded. These powers aren't technically banned, but we prefer if a mod from the guild used them to keep the abilities in check. XXXXXX▒█ Question: What do I do if I'm confused with the story, and I don't know what to do with my character?█▒ ↓ ☎▬Answer: Ask a moderator for assistance.
