Hello, ye old faire-goers! We may have already met but my name is Jingles the Balloon Pony! My friends and I have been going around the faire handing out tickets for free balloons! If you have some tickets to cash in then you have two choices. Either you can head over to the Item Booth and turn in your ticket for a balloon item, or you can stay here and cash them in for a chance at a prize playing my balloon pop!

KEEPING YOUR BALLOON
Turning in your ticket for a balloon grants 1 guaranteed balloon item for the pet of your choice. If you would like to turn in your ticket for a balloon please follow me to the Item Booth!

POPPING A BALLOON
If you turn in your ticket to pop a balloon, I will let you pop a balloon and keep whatever's inside! Turning in your balloon ticket will earn you a spot in the raffle. You can turn in as many or as few tickets at a time as you like -- the order you are added to the list will be the order in which you posted! If you want to turn in a Balloon Ticket for a ticket in the raffle, first make sure you claimed your ticket in the Ticket Claiming Thread! After you've done that, post the following form in this thread to enter the raffle.

Please note that once you have traded in your Balloon Tickets, for either a balloon item or a spot in the raffle, you CANNOT CHANGE YOUR MIND LATER!

RULES

1. Please fill out the form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be included on the list!
   
2. You must fill out the preference list. You can include as few or as many as you want, but do not put "any" as your preference.
   
3. You must claim your Balloon Tickets in the Ticket Claiming Thread before turning them in to the raffle!
   
4. You may continue to edit your preference list only up until the raffle closes. If you need to edit your post for any other reason, please make a new post.
   
5. Please triple check your posts for any errors!
   
6. No late entries, no corrections after the raffle closes -- no exceptions!
   
7. No proxies. You can only enter for yourself. Sorry!
   
8. Do not delete your posts. Doing so will disqualify you from the raffle and prizes, and may incur further punishment. If you need to withdraw from the raffle, you can simply make a new post.
   
9. This is 100% free, and will count as your freebie soquili or familiar for the event if you win!
   
10. Please wait for me to quote the winners with their prizes before posting for certs! This is so I can double check for any errors and provide alternative uncerts (if they exist).
