Suffice to say, that once Gilgamesh had introduced himself at the Marketplace, Fauna became determined to meet all the older members of the Theatre, who hadn't, as she previously thought, abandoned it. When she had shown Mahzarin, a new customer who had wanted to join with the Theatre, the dusty back rooms that had lain untouched by wing or paw, she hadn't imagined that any others were using other rooms she had yet to explore.
Thus, she had invited Jack, the head customer, and his apprentice, Gilgamesh, to meet with her, so she could discuss both the state of their curtains and also to fill her in with what she may have missed.
I've been so focused on bringing in new b'alam that it didn't occur to me that I could ask older members, though I wasn't sure where to find them either. She thought as she waited on stage. She had asked them to meet her here and from there thought they might show her around, though she knew a bit of the way herself, she was certain that they could teach her even more than she ever imagined previously.WC: 191

Jack finished putting alterations on the coming costume he's been working on, It was about time to meet with fauna wasn't it? Or were they late? Jack never really kept the time, how does one tell time during an endless night with no moon? They didn't have clocks, only a feeling. and Jack's Git was telling him it was time.
"Gil,we have a meeting!" he called to his apprentice to was arguing to himself about which threads should go with which fabric, he carefully made a few more adjustments to make it look presentable on the balam shaped manikin. as he headed for the door.
They were to finish discussing the curtain and how much they'd need along with the fabric.to replace the current curtain they would need quite a lot and a single sheet. But they were going to discuss all that latter. the installation would be something else entirely.
"Gilgamesh!"
Barely hearing Jack over his own muttering her tail brushed back and forth as he laid out different threads with the fabrics in his own little world "But this compliments this color just as much" he mused Silk fabric was always so brightly colored and was usually meant to make a statement. It was quite an expensive fabric.
Gilgamesh!
the Tah shot up after hearing jack the second time. "Y. yes Sir!" he spoke startled and looking around for the source of the voice. Jack wasn't at his usual table, wait... Gil breathed regaining his composure "Is it time already?" he asked glancing at the door while placing down all the threads he was using. Jack never really took the same care as Gil did about his appearance to Gil, Jack seemed rather dull. Gil had been working under the former costume designer and when she passed it was inevitable she'd be replaced. But Gil hadn't been to happy with Jack at first, he looked rather boring but he did certainly have the skill and eye. Chronos somehow always found them, the right balam to fill vacant positions. He'd ended up earning gill's respect not to long after coming to the theater. and Gill really loved working with costumes, there were so many designs he's wanted to try.
Gil padded over to the door with jack and they headed out to meet Fauna by the stage where the current curtain was hanging. hopefully they weren't too late.
As they traveled from their room to the stage they saw fauna waiting patiently "Nan Fauna" Jack greeted "I hope we aren't too late, how fare you?"

Fauna didn't have to wait very long, it seemed, for Jack and Gilgamesh to arrive. She perked her ears at the sound of her name and padding paws and turned with a bright smile, followed by a low bow.
"Tah Jack, Tah Gilgamesh!" She returned, her voice a melody. "Thank you so much for agreeing to meet with me." She approached them, her wings fluttering against her back in excitement that was reflected in her eager excitement. "You may recall, I asked you here to discuss the state of the curtains, but I was wondering if you might indulge me in giving me a tour, of sorts, of your own workshop here. I am still embarrassed at my not knowing of you two before the Marketplace and I should like to fix that with any other older members of the Theatre I might meet... I dare say we might have a lot to share with one another!" She said hopefully. "That is, if you don't mind indulging me?"WC: 168
