Stephanie McMahon would be texting on her phone as she awaited Sasha Banks to come into her office. This would be at the very beginning of the show so she was busy making preparations and setting up matches, one match to specifically go on first would be Abyss taking on Sheamus in a non-title match and so forth. Stephanie McMahon would be awaiting Sasha Banks to get in here as she had the CWF WAR Women's Championship resting on her couch. Sasha was her opponent for Backlash, but at the end of the day, she was still her boss.

Sasha Banks would walk into Stephanie's office with an upset expression, not in the mood to deal with anything she has to say, seeing as Stephanie had been making her life miserable for two months now. Now in her office, she would ask in annoyed tone, "What do you want..?"

 "You know, I figured I'd get that tone of attitude from someone like you. And on my birthday of all days, it has to be you to be the party pooper. I called you in here to remind you that even though I am the CWF WAR Women's Champion and we're opponents for this upcoming Pay-Per-View Backlash, I still make the decisions around here. You may be the Legit Boss, Sasha, but I am THEE Boss, and tonight, I have a match for you. You see, I was going to put you in a handicap match against Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, but that would be too easy to humiliate you, and no one deserves to suffer on my birthday. So in fact, I'll give you a match where you can AT LEAST have a fair chance of fighting, if you can.. against.. hmm.. Nia.. Jax. But here's the catch. You see, technically I do NOT have to defend my title against you because you've done nothing to earn it. But if you can beat Nia Jax, the match is still on. However, if you lose, you can kiss your title opportunity goodbye." Stephanie would say, stooping to Sasha's level in height as she towered over her.

"You know what, I accept. There's never a challenge I can not over come. Not only will I beat Nia Jax, but I will show you just why I deserve to be on the top again. And at Backlash when I beat you for the WAR Women's Championship, I will once again reclaim my position at the top as the LEGIT.. Boss. But I have a proposition for you, MS. McMahon.. you see, over the years, there have been many Women's Champions that have earned the right to be called champions, one of them being Paige, and if I can beat you at Backlash, I'd like Paige to have her job back."

Stephanie would just laugh at Sasha after all that she said, and she would then respond back. "Okay. Paige can have her job back. If you can beat me of course.. but you see, with demands like that, you only just dig a hole deeper for yourself. Paige can have her job back.. however, if you lose, Sasha, then you can join Paige in the unemployment line, along with Layla.. Naomi.. Ryback, and the other hasbeens who couldn't hang in this company when they thought they could. Now, get the hell out of my office." Stephanie would say, pointing to the door as what she had said would be final. If Sasha loses her match at Backlash, then the same stipulation applied. If she lost, she would be fired from CWF.

Sasha would stare at Stephanie with an upset expression, but she would remember that she was her boss, and wouldn't put her hands on her or anything, and she would just take her leave and exit her office when told. She would save up all of this built up anger for when the time comes.
