A multistoried building which features small classrooms with personal desks, a handful of lecture halls, gyms for physical training, a comprehensive library, and outdoor training areas for ninjutsu practice. This College is used for ninja who are genin and above which require further education. All ninja scrolls are updated for the purposes of assisted learning.

Koutetsu picked up a map at the front desk and located one of the training centers. Heading to Training Hall 1, he found it empty at this time of day. After reviewing the study Material, He began on his Ninjutsu training.
Koutetsu approached one of the pools provided for Suiton training and channeled chakra to his feet. He stepped one foot on top of the water and tested how he needed to adjust. Once he felt confident, he stepped forward and walked til he crossed to the other side. Hopping off, He made his way over to an open area. Generating a mass amount of Steel wire with his Koton technique, Koutetsu took a hold of a strand and began winding it with his hand. Casting it towards one of the training targets it sliced on through it and continued towards a second. Running through as second set of hand seals, the wires wrapped around the target forming a large dome around it. Keeping a hold of a single strand, Koutetsu converted chakra in his lungs to flame. Wincing slightly, he blew the flame out and it quickly traveled to the prison before setting the whole dome on fire.
Koutetsu released the Katon jutsu and reabsorbed the Steel into his body. Sitting down on a bench, he ran through the hand signs for each of the jutsu until he felt he had them memorized. Having finished the first half of his study, he sat back and took a break.
Now that I stop to think about it, I've been focusing on getting stronger to become a shinobi but, I haven't really considered where I want to go from there. Chie-Sensei is probably busy with students at the Academy, Karuto-sensei is who knows where... Maybe I could stop in and see if I can speak to the Uzukage. Grabbing his bag form beside the bench, Koutetsu left through the main entrance and headed for the Uzukage's office.

Chie arrived at the college with Koutetsu behind her. The building certainly was impressive. It would undoubtedly be useful to her in allowing the academy students to have more space to call their own. As she made her way into the courtyard, she turned and faced her student. "The last time I trained you, your two elements were water and earth." Chie said. She then put a finger to her lips as she recalled that training. "Well, technically that was Mr. Autolearn, but since that guy was a clone of me in disguise, I still have his information." She said dismissively. She had already forgotten why she used a disguise in the first place instead of just leaving them with another clone. Not that it really mattered. "Regardless, my ninjutsu knowledge is quite vast in both categories. I will happily teach you more techniques from those pools so that you can expand you potential further." She said with a smile.

Chie snapped her fingers as a spark of fire formed in the air. "So fire as well, huh?" She said with a smirk. "Well, as I said, I know a great deal of ninjutsu. Koutetsu, under Chie's guidance began working on his Ninjutsu training once more. Carefully he segmented his training by elemental affinity. Begining first with his Doton training, followed by Katon, and finishing with Suiton.
As he trained, he would stop every now and then to write down notes and share his thoughts on possible combinations with Chie. Taking their advice, removing those things that didn't work out, and adding in his own thoughts. He developed a series of Combinations. "Thanks for all your help, Sensei. And congratulations on your new post. Now that you have a better grasp on my current capabilities, where do you think I stand? What might be some of my options?"

Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ] Rank: C Official Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. Chie waited until Koutetsu had finished taking his notes. For someone who introduced himself by slashing one of her desk in half, he certainly had come a long way. When he asked where he should go next, Chie shrugged her shoulders. "Honestly the world is yours to claim. You should do what makes you happy." She said. However, she did not have him do all of that training to give him such a half-hearted answer. "But... if I were you, I would try my hand at becoming a gladiator." Chie smiled widely as she clashed her fist together. "I got a taste of Karuto in the ring for a brief second. While he's strong, I'm sure once you work your way up, that you could clobber him." Chie then used her thumb to point to herself. "After all, you're my student!" Her arms folded in front of her as she waited for him to reply.

Koutetsu considered the idea of becoming a Gladiator. Testing my limits is enjoyable. I know fighting, even killing, comes with the territory of being a Ninja, but I haven't considered doing it for entertainment. Well, if Sensei is suggesting it, I might as well give it a try.
Nodding towards Chie, he said, "I did promise Karuto-Sensei a spar when I improved. I'll do it. Though I think, there are a few things I would like to work on before I face him again. Chie gave a thumbs up in response to Koutetsu's request. "I'll be happy to challenge you when you do. Just try not to use techniques that'll make it impossible for me to dodge. It won't work well for anybody." She said with a smirk. She then lowered her hand as she turned to leave. "Also, Koutestu." She said while looking away from him. The breeze caught her hair and caused it to swish around. "I am proud of you. Know that please." She said before she left. She wondered if it needed to be said, or if it was appropriate for her, as a village leader to say. And yet, she couldn't stop the words even if she wanted to. She had quite a bit to work on, however, if she was going to maintain her title as Uzukage.

Het sat atop the roof of the college, shrouded in a hood. As he chanted he lifted his eyes and hands to the blood moon above- praying that the Lord's will would continue to be done
When Niko and Hisashi arrived at the college, they saw Ryota standing there in wait. "I am sorry for being late. Please forgive us." Niko and the still transformed Hisashi bowed. "Yeah sorry about that..." Hisashi rubbed the back of his head. "I wanted to train a bit and kind of begged Niko to help me." Ryota laughed as they greeted him. "It is okay Hisashi. I just arrived myself. I'm glad you two made it." Hisashi was stumped. "How'd you know it was me?" Ryota just laughed again. "I have my ways. By the way, there is something strange going on in the village. It's nothing to be overly concerened about, though it seems to be progressing. I'm sure it'll pass, but be on your guard on your way home. Now," Ryota turned to Niko. His smile disappeared and he became serious. "Follow me."
Ryota had lead them deep into the library of the college. Then he pointed to a table, signaling them to sit. He came back with quite a few scrolls. He placed them all on the table and then sat opposite of Niko. He took a deep breath before speaking. Then, he activated his sharingan. "The sharingan is a kekkei genkai specific to the Uchiha clan. There are only two ways to acquire it. The first is to be born of Uchiha blood. The second..." Ryota opened one of the scrolls. It showed a complicated medical jutsu for the transference of eyes. "Implanting it into the body directly." Niko's heart dropped. She was definitely was not born Uchiha. "So that means the only explaination could be..." Niko didn't want to think about it but she had to. "When could it...?" Ryota continued. "I should've noticed sooner but you must of just recently activated it haven't you?" Niko nodded sadly. "This is strange indeed. There is no helping it though. I can do some digging, but for right now, what do you want to do? It must've came as a shock to you correct?" Niko nodded.
"Y-yes... I do not harbor any ill will towards the Uchiha... But I have very strong opinions about the sharingan. Now that I have one though..." Niko looked down. "I do not know what to feel." Ryota nodded his head. He was listening very closely. "I just have this strong desire to be better than..." Niko stopped herself. Her mind drifted to Itsuki. She looked back up and took a deep breath. "How can I prove myself worthy with an ability as powerful as this?" Ryota nodded again before answering. "I can see where you are coming from. You are wrong however. The sharingan is powerful yes, but the strength and discipline it takes to master, yet alone the stress it causes the body, makes it that much harder for us to use. It takes intense amounts of training to even come close to unlocking half of it's abilities. There's no easy way to put this Red. If you don't train your sharingan, it's only going to burden you." Niko shook her head. "No. I will not be using it at..." She was cut off by Ryota. "You don't have choice. You will be pushed to your limits and it will activate on it's own in self preservation. You can try to hide it all you want but it didn't activate to be wasted." Niko took his words to heart. There was much sense in what he was saying. Niko thought for a moment. Ryota closed the scroll. "So Red, what are you going to do?" Niko sighed.
"I guess it can't be helped can it? I... I would like you to train me in the ways of the Uchiha." Niko stood firm in this decision, though it was going against her own beliefs. The teachings of another clan? This was a weird, confusing feeling for Niko. Ryota nodded and handed her a scroll. "From this moment on you are my student. You will address me as sensei and you will not miss any training sessions. Fail to attend even one, and your done. All training will be done with me unless instructed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you acknowledge this training outside of these sessions. Finally, all training shall be done with the sharingan active unless instructed otherwise. You must be comfortable with your sharingan in order to use it properly. If you accept these terms and conditions, your training starts now." Niko activated her sharingan and nodded. "Yes sensei."
The scroll that was handed to Niko was a technique scroll. With her eye, she was able to see things that weren't there. It contained information on basic projectile based weaponry. The first was that of a seal. The seal was able to be put on the wrist and allows the storage of ninja tools. They can be summoned at any time. The reason it was so special however, was it didn't work like a normal sealed weapon. There wasn't a lot of chakra involved and seemed very handy. Niko quickly practiced making this seal. She stored a few kunai, and then released it. They came back perfectly. Niko was proud of herself, but still felt strange. In her clan, there were many different ways to get around without a weapon. Still it was nice to have options. She continued on with the scroll. (1/15)
The technique that followed was similar to a technique she had learned in her throwing training. The difference was the attachment itself. In other technique, the line was made of a thicker chakra and was more visible. In this technique however, the chakra was used to make a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable. Using the sharingan, Niko was able to discern the amount of chakra needed easily and played around with it. She connected the string to a toothpick she was carrying. After giving it enough a throw, she used the string to make the toothpick turn in midair. (2/15)
Niko had learned quite a bit from reading the one scroll. There was a lot of information hidden to the naked eye. With the sharingan she could see. Continuing on, Niko read of a technique that was very simple, but very dangerous if unoticed. She wanted to practice, but due to being in a library, she had to make do. She used the toothpicks again. She got the hang of it really quick, but she would have to try all of these techniques in combat before saying she mastered them. Still, for just reading one Uchiha scroll, she felt like she learned quite a bit. She closed the scroll as Ryota returned. (3/15)
"Now that you have learned some of the basics, it's time to start on your real training." Ryota handed her a few more scrolls. "Study these when you get home, sharingan active. I picked these out to help you continue your training when I'm not around." Ryota then turned and started towards the exit. "We're going to the courtyard now. There are some things I want you to see." Niko nodded as she followed him.
When they made it out to the courtyard, Niko could see things differently. "I want you to take in your surroundings. Notice everything little detail that you can see and then focus on the ones that you can't" Niko was confused. "I do not understand..." Ryota smiled. "It's simple really. Close your left eye." With one eye open, Niko looked back at Ryota. "Now what?" Ryota pointed over to a bird in a tree. "Look. What do you see?" Niko looked over to the bird. There was nothing particularly special about the bird. It was just sitting there, in a tree. "I see a bird in a tree." Ryota smiled. "Good. Now, open your eye. Look again." Niko humored him for the most part until she took a look for herself. A look of surprise came on her face. "What do you see?" Niko could not only see the bird more clearly, she could see a feint yellow glow in the bird. Excited, Niko turned to Ryota when she saw a dark blue glow from him. "This is...?" Ryota nodded. Niko was amazed at the vision of the sharingan. (4/15)
Niko, still in awe of what she was seeing, slowly approached the bird, never taking her eye off of it. It was a song bird, one that Niko had recognized from when she was young. They used to make such a wonderful melody, one that Niko could hear clearly in her mind. The bird turned it's head and chirped as it looked Niko in the eye. Niko really wanted to hear that melody for some reason. Then, she felt a surge of chakra in her eye. There was no more glow in the bird, but the bird looked somewhat mesmerized. Then, it started singing the very melody Niko was thinking. (5/15)
Coming back from the tree, Niko felt another surge when she suddenly parried an incoming kunai. She wanted to be upset, but even she couldn't believed she saw it in time. Ryota nodded and walked over to her. She noticed she could see his movements a little clearer than before. "You see Niko. The possibility all lies in your ability to control the sharingan. Your eye can focus on many different things to make clearer, but it can only do so one at a time. The more comfortable you become with the eye, the easier it is to switch the focus." (6/15)
Niko took this all into account. She sat down on a bench with Ryota. She wanted to speak but she was having trouble. She continued to look around in attempt to find words. However, she was speechless. "This sight is a gift, Red. The circumstances on how you acquired it is neither here nor there at the moment." Ryota stood up. "I want you to copy me. See if you can keep up." He then slowly started making handseals. Niko stood up and began to copy him. He picked up the pace a little bit. At first, Niko was struggling to keep up. After another surge of chakra however, she was back on top. Soon, they were flying out handseals left and right. Niko soon noticed that the seals weren't for any particular jutsu, but were for a mere practice run. "As I expected. You're a quick study aren't you? You know, for someone who doesn't like the sharingan you seem to be doing pretty well with it." (7/15)
Niko in fact was doing well with the sharingan. She had always execeled when it came to learning. She was a genius after all. Niko tried to hold back her smile and pride until she felt another surge. This time however, her body felt very weak. She herself had felt very drained, as if she was running low on chakra. She fell to her knees, then blacked out. (8/15)
Niko awoke in Hisashi's lap in a daze. She had a bit of a headache and felt very weak. She sat up and looked around. "Welcome back! You passed out but Ryota said not to worry. I'm happy you're up now!" Niko rubbed her head. She couldn't see Ryota anywhere. She stood up, but when she did she became dizzy and lightheaded. It was too much for her. She had to sit back down. "This is what happens when you don't train the sharingan. It drains you rather than help you. You are doing very good though. I expected you to fall quite a while ago. Don't push yourself to hard. Rest for a bit. Your trainings only gonna get harder from here." Ryota had returned to the bench. He had a bottle of water which he handed to Niko. She opened it and took a drink.
After about ten minutes or so, Niko stood up and walked over to Ryota. "I am ready to begin again." Ryota was leaning on wall looking out a window. "Are you sure?" Niko nodded. Ryota gave the signal for them to follow him. They ended up in a training room. "Now that you know what it's like to use the eye alone, it's time to incorporate it into your offense." Niko nodded and activated her sharingan. "I understand."
Niko stood across from Ryota. "Come at me whenever you're ready." With a training sword in hand, Niko rushed him. It was different being in combat with the vision she had now. It was so much clearer and smoother, but it was also taxing. Still, she took this as an opportunity to work on her taijutsu. Niko continued to throw blow after blow. Though being countered, the moves were fast, vicious, and precise. She had to be more cunning if she wanted to land a blow. When Ryota's attack came, Niko grabbed his arm. She was about to kick off of him in an attempt to dislocate his shoulder. Quickly, he found a way to remove her from his arm using her own momentum against her. She fell to the ground. She looked back up with her sharingan breathing heavily. (9/15)
Niko got up and tried a new tactic. She rushed Ryota. He threw a weak punch that she was able to see and dodge easily. Then she got as close as she could. When she did, she dropped to one knee, then rolled to the right of him giving him a quick slash on the way. He quickly hoped over the slash, but looked like he expended a decent amount of chakra to do so. Niko felt like she was getting closer and closer. (10/15)
Niko had been thinking of a move like this for a while. Whenever she would see Itsuki's face, via dreams or in real person, she would always imagine using this move. Using the sharingan again, Niko went to impale Ryota with a technique she designed. By putting chakra into blade secretly, it could pierce almost anything, even armor. Niko didn't have much to work with since she was using a wooden training sword, but she made due. Niko came with the fierceness and attempted the stab. Even with the help of the sharingan however, Niko wasn't fast enough. Still, she put Ryota into a situation that forced a substitution. (11/15)
Niko was getting close to the end of her rope. She was forced to deactivate the sharingan due to low chakra. Breathing heavily, Niko looked around for Ryota. "You really are a genius aren't you?" Niko turned around to see Ryota standing there with a smile. "You've done extremely well today considering your circumstances. In time, you'll be able to master this gift. Your training for today is complete however. You've used the sharingan quite a bit and it is time for you to get some rest." He helped her up. After a moment, Niko caught her breath and bowed to Ryota. "Thank you sensei." Then, they gathered their belongings and walked to the entrance of the college.
"I have to get going now. I want you to study these scrolls when you have free time. They will help you learn to control your chakra consumption. Remember what I said Red. Though a mystery, this is a gift. I'll start digging to see if I could possibly find anything about it. Until then, you must learn how to use it and make it your own." Ryota smiled and then made his leave. Niko was left with his words. She began to think heavily on them.
"It's been a pretty fun day!" Hisashi seemed excited as they left the college. "So... Can we go get some steak... or...?" His question and hopes were all silenced by Niko. There was something strange about the sky. It was closer to early evening than anything else, but the sky was dark. There was also a red moon in the sky, almost like a blood moon. "Strange..." Niko looked up to the sky and circled around a bit. When she did, she noticed something strange at the top of the college. It was a shrouded figure. Niko couldn't tell what it was though. She decided she would get closer. She activated her sharingan and then started the climb.

As Niko jumped and got closer and closer to the top of the college, she started to feel strange again. This was a feeling that she felt before, she just couldn't put her finger on where. She got to a ledge when she started to feel tired. She deactivated her sharingan and took anther look before reaching the top. The shrouded figure was becoming more and more humanoid. "Who could that be?" Then, Niko jumped on the roof with the figure. She could hear chanting coming from it. On closer inspection, the shrouded figure was a hooded man, who seemed to be praying to some sort of god. Then Niko saw it in full view. The blood moon. The feeling came back only much stronger than before. Niko tried to fight it.
"Who are you and what are you doing here?!" The man said nothing. Niko took a step closer. "Are you the cause of this?" Again, no answer. Then, Niko felt a pounding in her chest. The pounding began faster and faster causing Niko to fall to her knees and hold her heart closely. She began sweating as her heartrate increased. Her skin started to lose color. Her teeth started to become sharper. Her eyes turned as red as the moon itself. "W-what's... happening... to me..." Then, flashes of the previous night hit her. "No... not again..."
Soon, Niko's heart stopped racing. It had almost stopped beating altogether. She dropped her grip and began to laugh. Niko's mind had melted away. The only thing left, was hunger. She tried her best to control it, but Niko had to feed. "Hungry..." She mumbled as she approached the man laughing. She bit into her hand causing it to bleed. "Hungry..." Then, unknowingly using a blood jutsu, she quickly made a sword of her own blood. "Hungry..." The sword resembled a shortsword like the one she used. Then, without warning, she lunged at the man with a stab.
"I'm so HUNGRY!"
Dexterous Prince
Technique Used: Ken no Rubi [ Blade of Ruby ] :: Rank C Draining a good amount of blood from either hand, the user is able to create a red stone sword of any shape they choose. The usage of this technique results in the dehydration of the drained hand.
Basic Stab :: Rank: X (B) :: Simple Description: A thrust with the blade of the weapon. In addition to mildly increasing the strength of the blow, this allows the blade to be retrieved more swiftly. This strike is treated as complex when interacting with Formless techniques.
The man paid the gnat no mind- he had other things to worry about. It seemed the Great Change had effected this girl more harshly than it did some others. Good. This village needed to pay for its Sins. Still, it seemed the girl was going to force his hand by attacking him. As she lunged at him with the sword strike she would suddenly find the strike blocked by a blood sword of his own making."Well I see it can't be helped" The man said with obvious exasperation in his voice. He held back Niko's strength and stood up. As he did so he shoved her away in order to create some room between them. Just about then a cloud of smoke appeared around the hooded man and when it dissipated two puppets were standing besides him
