So, you've got a test tribe and want to finally make it official? This is the place to come!
Developing and running a tribe is a long-term commitment. Tribe owners are expected to put a lot of time, effort, and energy into keeping their tribe up and running. Please think carefully before proposing a tribe idea!

A reminder: just because a staff member give you the okay on something for your test tribe (in the main thread, via PM, Discord, etc.) it does not necessarily mean it'll pass the actual tribe application review.

The only ones posting here should be test tribe owners. Anyone else's posts won't count. Those posts will be ignored and deleted.
Tribe applications are typically opened every two months. This can vary though, depending on how many moderators/managers are active at the time, how many active test tribes are ready to apply, the state of the shop, etc.
Don't mess with the form. Just fill it out and post it.
Forms should be posted in this thread. There's no need to PM us your forms or anything like that. Just post them here.

No bribing, whining, complaining, crying, etc. We're all adults/teenagers here, so let's act like 'em, alright?
Tribes need to be clearly distinct from others. Don't make clones of other tribes and test tribes. Be creative! Two tribes can have darkness as a theme, but what makes one different from the other? Do they worship different Modeities? Are their belief systems different? Do they have different ranks? Where do they live? How do they react to outsiders? There's tons of things to consider!
You can't "reserve" tribe concepts/ideas. Tribes may be heavily inspired by certain cultures or concepts, and it's not uncommon for multiple people to draw inspiration from the same idea (Examples: Vikings, warriors, thieves, vampires, etc.). As such, owners cannot "claim dibs" or "reserve" a specific idea.
Don't include another tribe in your tribe's history unless the owner of the other tribe approves. If you want your tribe's territory near an existing one's territory, you must have it cleared with that tribe. You need to get permission from the tribe's owner.
In order to apply to become an official tribe, a test tribe must have at least six members total: a future Elder + five other tribe members. This means six different owners (and six pets) total. In order to be considered a functioning tribe, your test tribe needs to have at least one member per default rank: Elder, Shaman, Hunter, Gatherer, Scout, and Carer! Once the tribe becomes official, numbers are allowed to rise and fall.
Each tribe member must complete a joining encounter with the future elder. More information on joining encounters can be found in the Tribes: A Guide thread.
Many things besides the actual application will be reviewed. This includes, but may not be limited to: tribe activity, RP quality (if you have pages of one liners, this could be an issue), and other areas.
Don't pester us about tribe applications. As mentioned previously, acceptances and rejections will be sent via PM. Reviews will always be completed. However, RL comes first. Please don't pester us about reviewing tribe applications or anything like that.
