Albert sighed as he closed the front door, hanging his coat onto the coat hanger and called out. “Addie, I’m home!” It was tradition at this point. When he said that it meant that he wouldn’t be going back to work for the rest of the day/night. One didn’t get rich by lazing around now did they? But he had earned his wealth honestly and did his best for his employees. Still though, he had enough money to make anyone jealous and often time had trouble figuring out what to spend it on. Sure, Adalina used quite a bit of it, which was fine by him, but even then, he still donated to charitable organizations just to get rid of it. After all, they wouldn’t have anyone to give the money to once they were gone…

He hurried up the stairs and looked for his wife, finding her in the upstairs living room. He brightened up a bit. Work had made him tired but looking at his loving and lovely wife always managed to lift his spirits. He was about to ask if she had a good day, but she had a… look on her face. As though something wasn’t quite right. “Addie, is something the matter?”

This perked Albert's curiosity as he looked over to the box that was just a couple of feet away from him. She... certainly is excited about this. He thought to himself. He had rarely ever seen her this excited, so it must have been something good. He smiled back at her. "Oh well, then I'll just take a look shall I?" He felt a bit giddy, like a kid opening their present on their birthday.

He walked over to the box, and held it up, turning to look at her and giving her a raised eyebrow before carefully taking off the silly bow and ripping the paper open. Then there was the box. He slowly unlocked it and opened it, and gasped at what he saw.

A stone? To imbue? Since he was a naiad, he knew that he looked a bit like a fish, but now more than ever with his mouth gaping open from the shock. It's not as though he was against it but... he was just so surprised! He turned around to look at his dear Addie. "Addie... are you sure? I mean, I would love to do it! I'm just so surprised!" He smiled, and while he would have reached out and spun her around a bit, he was no longer a young naiad and instead went to kiss her. "I can't wait to take this next step with you dear." He said, glad that she had agreed.
