The Daedalus is much less a where as it is a who. The cephalopoda Squid, Octopi, Nautalae, Cuttlefish, Ortohocerida are all creatures known for their versatility adaptability and intelligence. Here they gather around their oldest member, a land of sages that is ever moving in the ever expanding and seemingly endless ocean protecting him, and hearing its stories of old that its gathered in its years of wandering. Perhaps a nin whom was simply sailing the seas would think it a mere island but no this is the land of cephalopods and what better land for them to exist than the expansive unknown that is the ocean gathering knowledge. For those who seek contract with the Cephalopod's know this, this island upon the back of Daedalus is where you will make your plea, and through your mind is where you will recieve your answer. Be you a soul with an undying wanderlust and pursuit of knowledge like they perhaps you will find the time easier if you seek only to better yourself in strength the harder it will be to persuade as to the rest of the Cephalopoda the word of the Daedalus is law. Those atop Daedalus's island will find it ever changing to the will of Daedalus, creating scenario's and challenges to test the nin who seek his guidance. All Hojo inherently know of the Daedalus with almost a sixth sense allowing them to seek it out, an homage to the psychic if not spiritual connection to the cephalopods.

The Cephalopod Squadron Ponyon & Sonyon ◈ D-rank ◈ Chakra: 100 ◈ Stamina: 100 Between both Ponyon is one of a twin pair, Ponyon will typically attach himself to a summoners head, while his twin sister Sonyon attaches herself to another, though the head isn't technically required its often the easiest place to attach to. The two of them from then on allow intercommunication between the two bodies they're attached to. Additionally at request they can transfer the senses one individual to the other relaying the information back and forth like antennae. Both are only roughly the size of human palm making them light weight, though its still kinda awkward having a squid on your head which they prefer to perch. A far as personalities go they sound like young children and will often chat with each other if nearby. If made mad they'll often threaten to expose the secrets of their wearers to other party. Despite this they're incredibly close siblings and will stress out significantly if they're separated too far from each other. [Non Water Dependent]
Ability: Cepha-communication Ponyon and Sonyon are essentially advanced living communicators and information extractors, processing the sensory information in their summoner's head and beaming it to an ally that carries the other. They can tell when the other is close and transmit willing sensory and mental information between the two. Although if a person is unwilling it far more difficult to so. If the user uses a sensory technique the range is extended. Ponyon and Sonyon have a range of roughly ten miles when apart from each other any further and they'll panic reverse summoning themselves not responding to any further call for at least [5] posts.
Signal Boost| Rank: D (Variable) | Cost: Chakra Ponyon and Sonyon will send out a rush of chakra through whom they're currently attached this doubles the range of sensory techniques though not technically their ability to actually detect things.
Resonating Bloop | Rank: D | Cost: Chakra This technique releases a silent sonorous impact in an area as an invisible bubble. When the bubble hits the intended zone of up to five hundred feet away the information will be relayed back to the wearer as to what is in the location, although the image produced is like that of echolocation, not providing any significantly detailed information but enough to discern shapes.
Cephalarm! | Rank: C | Cost: Chakra The Cephalarm alerts the wearer to any hostile or hidden presence within one hundred feet of whom they're attached to, although this does not necessarily mean it reveals their location. The Cephalarm is automatically activated when the criteria is met and will continue to go off for half the cost in sustain until the threatening presence is found. There is a level of alertness that is signified by the amount of vibrations resonating from their body. The alertness level correlating with how close the alleged threat is, where in the squids will increase the pace of their vibrations and slow it down if its getting further.
Gang Orthos◈ C-rank ◈ Chakra: 50 Each ◈ Stamina: 200 Each The Gang Orthos are about five feet in length each. They consist of three members Otto, Fonz, and Regi. They speak in what could be considered a greaser boy dialect or for a better term a brooklyn accent. They're all pretty cocky and useless on the land but in the ocean or a body water are a lethal force to be reckoned with. The members of Gang Ortho if picked off one by one will have greater difficulty executing their techniques. [Water Dependent]
Ability: Sea Strider When attacking from under water Gang Orthos are essentially living torpedoes that grant their summoner extra mobility in the water by creating currents for which to ride or serving as transportation. When summoned members of Gang Ortho may attach themselves to their summoner two on the hands, and one to the back, this confers a temporary Formless attack of C-rank penetrative force and can be used with lance or spear like styles if they are known, a member of Gang Ortho can use its stamina in place of the users in these cases. The attached member on the back functions as form of underwater jet pack propelling the summoner through the water.
Gang Up: | Rank: C | Cost: Stamina The Gang Orthos can leave its summoners side, and can all three attack individually with a E-ranked amount of slashing force in one activation via a triangle formation, attack twice in a pincer formation for D-ranked amount of slashing force, or create a singular spinning drill like formation at a C-rank amount once. Each instance, if the target is submerged and they lack underwater mobility their reflexes are treated as half to respond to these attacks. Each requiring the amount of listed members. They may then re-attach.
Current Events: | Rank: C | Cost: Stamina Leaving their summoner, this technique creates a fierce water current via a triangle formation. If coming in from behind an opponent this current can push a target towards the summoner and if away from can force the target away from them. This technique is often used prior as a follow-up ideally leading into an attack or guiding one. The current is treated as B-rank when it comes to the speed of the displacement if all three of Gang Ortho are present, dropping to normal at two, and D at one.
Ortho Annihilator: | Rank: B | Cost: Stamina Gang Orthos usually talk up the technique before using it. Often devastating to targets who lack mobility under water. Gang Ortho will detach from their summoner if attached, then enter a circular formation. In this formation they begin to spin either clock-wise or counter-clockwise rapidly. This causes a vortex current that either sucks a target into their shredding spear like heads or produces a spiraling blast of current forward. The rank of the technique decreases to C if there are only two and impossible if there is only one member.
Horu◈ B-rank ◈ Chakra: 300 ◈ Stamina: 700 Horu is the son of Daedalus...er one of many sons of Daedalus. There in total are thirty eight nautilae that are just like Horu, but Horu is the only whom agreed to contract co-signing. Horu is in all sense of the word energetic. He is an ambitious nautilae but also has a penchant for destruction. While he prefers the sea as his home he's outfitted with everything he needs to make the earth another ocean in which for him to explore. Tucked away in the fortress that is his shell and standing at a whopping height and size of a house, a fortress he indeed is, capable of storing up to three people inside. Unfortunately, he suffers from rather poor eyesight as he rarely peeks out of his shell. [Non Water Dependent]
Ability: Impenetrable Cephalofortress Horu can take in its summoner into its shell, in doing so the summoner is essentially in a state of one hundred percent security from outside sources, although they themselves cannot attack an ultimate defense in exchange for a loss in offense. All the summoner's descriptives are converted to contributing to Horu's fortitude as an active increase during the duration.
Cephalauncher | Rank: B The drills on Horu's back can launch themselves while spinning as though missile's and be grown anew. This technique fires several drill missiles at a target that explode for a B-ranked amount then regrows a second set thereafter. It's to be noted that Naut Today can't be used immediately after this technique is used.
Naut Today| Rank: B | Cost: Stamina/Complex The equivalent of flexing for Horu. This technique withdraws Horu's tentacles, and sets the several drill like protrusions from his shell to start spiraling madly. This is a fully defensive action that consumes all three activation's for a single cost, all techniques that are of this techniques rank or lower are immediately either decimated by the drills, neutralized or tanked entirely. In the case of Bukijutsu or Taijutsu the users will sustain injuries equal to the techniques rank. This defensive maneuver has a cool down of [1] post.
Sub-Subterranean Terror | Rank: B | Cost: Stamina Using his many drills Horu can either roll or dig beneath the earth causing tremors and significant damage to an area. Once Horu has burrowed the technique is maintained there-after at a cost of [1/2] rank sustain. Essentially becoming a mobile dangerous drilling fortress. Underwater this allows for submersible like travel and causes wild whirlpools near the surface and rip currents leagues below. Underground it can cause fissures to open.
Theseus◈ A-rank ◈ Chakra: 600 ◈ Stamina: 600 Theseus is the brother of an Octopus named Cederique while his brother pursued more cultural and intelligent pursuit, Theseus occupied himself with human fairy tales. Since the two are constantly at odds if a summoner chooses one of them the other refuses to heed their call. For all intents and purposes he believes himself a pirate and will indefinitely if not assuredly always carry a bad pirate accent wherever he goes. He is the edgelord of octopi trying to fulfill the tales of being a legendary kraken of yore, like what he believes his great great grandfather was. He's attached a old pirate vessel to his head and to many a surprise has integrated it into the support of his summoner and because he thinks it 'cool'. What most don't know is the ship is actually a ghost ship with a full ghostly crew in which Theseus has befriended. Likewise like Horu he is about the size of house though comparably he is bigger than Horu even if just by a small margin. Horu and Theseus often like to compete with one another and in a sense are friends with one another.[Water Dependent]
Ability: Sea Shanty: The sound and instrumental of sea shanties with accordions and other trademark heralds Theseus's arrival and persist until his leave. These melodious {cacophonous to some} sounds cause surrounding waters to tremor causing rough seas. This makes using the Water-walking technique impossible to use on waters in which Theseus inhabits. It also grants his summoner the ability to swim with relative ease through these waters if they don't already have that benefit.
Ramming Speed! | Rank A | Cost: Stamina Theseus will gain a speed typically unexpected of a creature his size the speed at which he moves when under water creates a riptide and a parting of the ocean if he's on the surface. This technique can suck in vessels and ships with ease crushing them between the two separated waves as they sink to a briny doom or to lesser extent destroy a ship all together.
Captain's Order! | Rank: X | Cost: Chakra A rallying cry is often the signal of technique, one that's super piratey. Like "ARRRRRRRRRGH GET EM MATEYS!" Though not necessary, will often occur. This essentially produces a resonating aura of morale despite bad pirate accents. The technique increases any descriptive of the summoner and his allies by a single descriptive amount equal to rank of its use. i.e An A-rank amount of chakra used would confer a greatly increase to a single chosen descriptive. These morale boosts do not stack, but can be swapped out for a different post by paying the cost again. The duration lasting as long as Theseus is summoned.
Seven Seas! | Rank: A | Cost: Chakra Seven Sea's is activated immediately on summoning if Theseus isn't summoned on a water source. From beneath him what essentially are tidal waters begin to emerge. The water level rises but appears to be cut off at a certain point creating an artificial sea. This artificial sea if viewed from the air is revealed to be a half dome shape that extends up to a 2.5 mile radius suspended by chakra. The Seven Sea's requires an Upkeep of its Rank Each post its active and will disappear when chakra gets too low. In short its bad idea to recklessly summon Theseus. If he's already in the ocean however, this creates a monstrously sized tidal wave. "But whats the point in being a pirate without a little risk!"
Ika-Yami ◈ S-rank ◈ Chakra: 1500◈ Stamina: 400 Ika-Yami. The Squid of Darkness, as he's been named, he is the body-guard of Daedalus and essentially the Boss summon of the contract. He is also a maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaajor d**k to anyone of whom he doesn't trust. Though when that trust is developed its unwavering. It is said he has lived perhaps as long Daedalus himself. His only immediate trust is given to the Hojo as their lineage with squid kind has existed for decades upon decades. His primary duty is to lead those who he deems unworthy specifically away from Daedalus before they get too close, it is believed that he is the reason that many merchants ships disappear and air reconnaissance at sea. Aside from this his voice is reminiscent of hearkened warriors of old deep and booming if not tired. His size is like that of most boss summons. Theseus and him do not get along in the slightest and as labeled a reason for his 'headaches' often making comparisons as to why he can't be like his brother. As a result they cannot be summoned together as the other simply 'knows' when the other is missing. [Non Water Reliant]
Ability: Progenitor of the Hojo Besides his own techniques, Ika-Yami has access to entire list of Hojo-ink blends and inking methods at his disposal, although he cannot use Twin Blend and Penultimate Blend. Due to his size they are incredibly devastating capable of applying [3 Doses] on contact with things significantly smaller than himself like average humans. Against a tailed beast or something of similar size this remains as [1] Dose. He and his summoner may Korabo their ink-blends freely, essentially reproducing the effects of Twin Blend.
Sea Of Darkness | Rank S | Cost: Chakra The Sea of Darkness fills a entire area the size of what could be a village in a black mist or black cloud depending on if it used on land or sea. The Sea of Darkness blocks out all sensory jutsu of anyone contained within and only those deemed as allies of Tako-Yami and his summoner may navigate its blackness unhindered. The Sea of Darkness muddles the senses as a genjutsu would, thus making navigation through it difficult as it robs those deemed enemy of their sense of direction. If underwater when being enveloped by the Sea of Darkness, up can be mistaken for down and rather than swim to the surface the targets may swim down to their own deaths by drowning. While it does block sensory techniques Doujutsu may see through it fine, though their sense of direction is still somewhat hindered if they loose sight of what they're currently using as a land mark. The Devils Triangle | Rank S+ | Cost: Chakra When using this technique, Ika-Yami belts an insurmountable amount of black liquid ink, an ocean of ink following the same parameters of [Seven Seas!] is produced although it is triangular. This ink can then be Korabo'd with Suiton thereafter to induce blindness if making contact with an enemies eyes, anything or anyone Ika-Yami deems an ally when swimming within the ink are hidden from sensory jutsu and doujutsu entirely and are unhindered by its inky blackness. Ika-Yami may then spend an [A]-rank amount of Chakra to re-position anyone he deems allies including himself inside the Black Sea though not enemies he may do this [3] times maximally per individual. Hyōton • Ice Release Ice as cold as the blackest heart
___Background: Ice Release (氷遁, Hyōton; Viz "Ice Style" ) is the advanced nature kekkei genkai of the Yuki clan, and allows the users to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice which they can manipulate through willpower alone. The ice Haku created was resistant to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with Sasuke's flames. Using his special ability, Haku developed the Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, which allowed him to create any number of floating mirrors made of ice to use as a shield or trap an opponent. Haku mentioned that having nearby water is an advantage, as he can simply freeze that water to create ice.

Ice created this way lays dormant- they are not attacks on their own. It should be noted that the ice can still be shattered or sliced by physical forces strong enough as per normal rules of versus interactions for simple and complex versus spiritual. Additionally, this allows for the usage of snow in the same way. This control allows the Snow user to bend existing snow as though it were their own. Not only can it take any form the user desires, but it can also be shifted around as if it were a part of their own body. It should be noted that one can also manipulate their snowy objects they themselves have made, and it must be done while holding a double hand seal. Additionally, any snow that is being freely manipulated is not very solid, and can be broken or blown away as if it were completely natural, making it a poor choice for attacking or defending with. Yukimari [ Snowball ] Rank: E A very simple technique that, on its own, has little battle purpose. The Hyouton pulses chakra out of their palm, and causes a perfectly tight and round hand-sized ball to form and launch from it. Items and small weapons can be hidden within the snow before it is fired, increasing the lethality of a snowball proportionately to what it holds.
Shimogakure no Jutsu [ Hiding in Frost Technique ] Rank D The user covers the surrounding area in a thick frost in which they can camouflage themselves and then sneak up on the enemy to attack or assassinate them. Works in every other way like Zabuza's Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hiding in Mist Technique ].
Higu no Jutsu [ Ice Tool Technique ] Rank D The user performs a single handsign, holds a piece of ice with the opposite, and melds it thusly. Anywhere from three [3] to five [5] basic ninja tools can be created per usage. ( Basic ninja tools are simple, small projectiles like shuriken, kunai, senbon, etc. )
Suiton: Rekkū Suigeki [ Water Release: Cold Sky Water Attack ] Rank D The user shoots numerous amount of extremely large darts of ice from their mouth at high speeds in a 10 foot cone which can easily leave bruises.
Hyōrō no Jutsu [ Ice Prison Technique ] Rank C This technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice underground and bring it to the surface. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. It is strong enough to withstand basic Fire Release techniques, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice. Can also be used on a target surrounded by or near water or ice that is not below the surface.
Hyōton: Tsubame Fubuki [ Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm ] Rank C The user will hold out their palm, creating a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows out of preexisting ice, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings, so long as their last handsign formation is held.
Yukibakudan [ Snowbomb ] Rank: C The user presses their hands against the ice or snow before them and pulses chakra from their palms all throughout it, aims, and launches a clouded mass of snow at a target. When the newly formed bomb makes contact, it will explode into wrapping webs of white wind, causing extreme freezing: enough to turn water to ice in a short period of contact. This specific skill applies three instead of two doses of frostbite to a target.
Fuyu no Ibuki [ Breath of Winter ] Rank: C The Hyouton closes their eyes, holds a single handsign to their chin, takes a deep breath, and then exhales a twisting cone of white wind and fractal snow; freezing, slashing and pushing those within its range. The cone stretches about three (3) feet wide, and extends roughly fourteen (14) feet before diminishing. Targets are shoved the full distance of the technique if they aren't anchored down, but without proper defense they are still damaged even if they manage to stay in place.
Fuyu no Unari [ Winter's Howl ] Rank: C The Hyouton holds a single handsign to their chest, creating clouds of snow ten feet around them. After being collected, the clouds are given the orders to stretch into one another and spin; creating a white tornado which follows the user's directions: brandishing powerful winds to protect oneself. As the snow whips around, they make an eerie howling and whistling noise, which is how the technique got its name. It should be noted that the eye of the tornado is extremely cold, temperatures only a hyouton or the prepared can withstand for long. Appropriate dosages of frostbite are applied per post within. Duration: three (3) posts or until dismissed. Half the cost can be paid to continue for another three posts after.
Boufuusetsu no Unari [ Blizzard's Bellow ] Rank: B The Hyouton holds both of their arms straightforward, pulls them in once as they breathe, and then motions them outward as they release a burst of white wind from their mouth. This technique is not meant to deal much damage, but it packs a tremendous amount of cold and exerting force; allowing one to disrupt, dislodge, and throw targets. The wave stretches about fifteen (15) feet wide, and extends roughly fifteen (15) feet before diminishing.
Hissatsu Hyōsō [ Certain-Kill Ice Spears ] Rank: B The user unleashes giant spikes made of ice if they are endangered. Haku used this technique when he defended himself from his father when he attempted to kill him because of his kekkei genkai. Formerly known as the Hi Kasui no Jutsu [ Ice Spike Technique ]: After performing the needed handsigns, the user causes thirty [30] foot tall spikes of ice to emerge from the ground in a ten [10] yard radius of their choosing. The spikes raise at a good speed, but are not reliable in an open area, or on unhindered targets.
Hyōton: Hi Bouheki [ Ice Release: Protective Ice Dome ] Rank B The user will stretch both arms forward, their palms open, and force water and wind to meld into a medium sized dome of durable ice around himself and his allies. The ice formed this way is extremely strong, and even constant barrage by explosive tags is proven useless. It should be noted that the user must hold both arms out in order to maintain the technique.
Yuki-onna no Houyou [ Snow Woman's Embrace ] Rank: A — Complex As if a beckoning hand through a raging snowstorm, this hold is meant to be a powerfully captivating weapon, capable of decommissioning foes swiftly, and quietly. The Hyouton attempts to latch onto their target with a single hand, the opposite hand held firmly in vertical alignment, as if offering a prayer. If successful, the user will instantaneously engulf their prey with a grim chill: first starting at the held area, before encroaching to the rest of the body. The initial burst of cold is often the most effective surge, making caught limbs useless due to extreme numbness—if not simply afflicting them with frostbite.
Hyōton: Ikkaku Hakugei [ Ice Release: One Horned White Whale ] Rank A After performing the needed handsigns, the user forces a massive single horned whale to rise up from a nearby supply of water or ice. Because of its massive size, the whale is only effective as a distraction, on restrained or immobile targets, or as a creature to absorb an incoming blow. It doesn't do much other than displace unless it were to crash down on top of something This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form.
Teikiatsu Kousetsu [ Cyclone Snowfall ] Rank: S The Hyouton alters and sends their Hatsuyuki clouds overhead, where they will exponentially girth to roughly ten (100) yards in diameter, darkening as they do. When the user holds their hand skyward, the now black clouds will burst open, encircling the area below with snowy whirlwinds, making entering and exiting said grounds a trial for anyone. By taking aim, performing a short string of handsigns, and holding their grip on the last sign, the Hyouton is able to call down a dark snow twister from the clouds above—slender pillars of frosty tempest crashing down like lightning; freezing, tearing, and tossing those they strike. It should be noted that the short string of handsigns is needed for each individual twister, though once initiated, the user can break away to perform other actions. Duration: five (5) posts.
Hyōton: Kokuryū Bōfūsetsu [ Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard ] Rank S After performing the needed handsigns, the user will thrust forward their arm, gathering ice and water to their fist. In the same motion, the user will send a coiling torrent of liquid black ice, whose rotation results in the front of the blizzard to take on the appearance of a dragon's head, at their target. Aside being extremely cold and able to freeze nearby bodies of water, the blizzard sustains incredible ramming force. This technique requires an existing supply of water or ice in order to form. B rank and lower suiton techniques and bodies of water are simply frozen on contact and absorbed into the dragon, increasing it's size substantially.
Makyō Hyōshō [ Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals ] Rank S The abominable and tremendous ability, passed down only within the Yuki clan. It is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Haku. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled towards the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Haku has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks sent out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Haku's attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Haku will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him. If the mirror Haku is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors. Haku can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. He can create them high in the sky allowing him to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to Fire Release techniques. Forming single mirrors instead of the full technique requires only an D-rank amount of chakra. Each mirror in the full technique will break under an S-ranked attack, but singly formed mirrors are susceptible to D-ranks. Movement between mirrors is considered as fast as Shunshin no Jutsu.
S a k k a k u g a n Eyes that shred reality to ribbons
___H i s t o r y: One of the world's most feared and secretive doujutsu. The Sakkakugan is an eye formed through years of coronation between the genjutsu heavy Kurama clan, and the doujutsu disruptive "red-eye" of Ranmaru's unknown clan.
Every few generations a member of the Kurama clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's talent in that field is such that their genjutsu is completely irresistible. Furthermore, the genjutsu is so powerful that it causes the brain to make anything that happens to the victim within the genjutsu physically real, allowing the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu. Such frightening power is not without its drawbacks, however. The user can rarely control the full extent of their abilities, and as such their subconscious will often regulate that power, leading to the creation of a second personality in control of that power. This personality then overwhelms the original, turning the individual into a monster that's a danger to everyone around them.
Ranmaru was an orphan growing up in the Water Country. What happened to the rest of his clan is unclear, but because he grew up in the Water Country, it is possible they were killed when the populace turned against the bloodlines. His traits include penetrating vision and a unique chakra particle extension. He had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls of his small shack and view the outside world. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyuuga trait. ( It should be noted that this bloodline was completely created for guild usage by compositing abilities from the aforementioned canon bloodlines. Because both bloodlines used were canon, the combination is considered canon as well. )

The 'Sixth Sense as the First' and 'The Gift of Life' are optional attributes which can be used instead of one (or both) of the personal attributes. • Otherwordly Imagery: Genjutsu performed cannot be mimicked or reversed by any means. ( Genjutsu can still be broken, however. ) • Life Sense: Within 100 meters, any type of life is able to be seen as a bright glow, when even the Byakugan cannot see it. • Sixth Sense as the First: With a stationary body, the user can detach his vision and walk around to look at things. Cannot physically move during this. • The Gift of Life: The user may trade their life for another's, resurrecting them if they were recently killed.

Tossa no Shin Jaku [ Moment of True Weakness ] Rank A A blaring white light will erupt from the user's eyes, momentarily disabling the usage of any bloodline techniques or abilities of those who gaze into its range. • Lasts [2] posts.
Yo no Shin Jaku [ Generation of True Weakness ] Rank S A blaring white light will erupt from the user's eyes, disabling the usage of any bloodline techniques or abilities of those who make contact with the light. ___I l l u s i o n ○ T e c h n i q u e s: Genni Genjutsu [ Strengthen Genjutsu ] Passive By having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user powers up the technique to the point where it can no longer be discerned as real or fake by non-Sakkakugan doujutsu. In addition to this, if the afflicted manages to find out they are in a genjutsu, it will require an additional [15] chakra for them to activate Kai. It also takes as much to use this technique. • Requires [12] posts to learn.
Kugai [ World of Suffering ] While having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user will supply an amount of chakra equal to half the genjutsu's base cost in order to further modify the technique. The enhanced genjutsu can no longer be broken by the releasing technique [ Kai.] However, no matter what the genjutsu's description says, it can now be broken by amounts of pain scaling with the rank of the technique. ( If the genjutsu costs [40] chakra to perform, modifying it will cost [20] chakra. ) • Requires [12] posts to learn.
Munashii Bunshin Rank D Clones made of pure chakra are born with chakra networks and even Tenketsu. They are not physically interactable with, but can completely fool the Byakugan.
Motto Genni Genjutsu [ More Strengthening of Genjutsu ] Rank B By having the Sakkakugan active prior to a genjutsu, the user enhances the next technique via artistic methods. Doing so creates abnormalities within the user, typically causing colds/flus, bruising, easily broken bones, etc, for 2 ranks higher in the genjutsu's ability. (not Kai requirement) Takes 3 posts of painting, drawing, etc, to cause the jutsu. Can be used to make genjutsus on an absolutely massive scale.
Henjou [ Relinquish ] Rank B A highly advanced anti-genjutsu technique. This developed technique is capable of shattering genjutsu thought to be "unbreakable." ( This includes even those modified by Kugai. )
Seizetsu Kakkou [ Gruesome Form ] Rank X (S for training) While the Sakkakugan is active, the user will place a powerful mixture of techniques over themself- a combination of genjutsu and transformation abilities. This technique results in the user taking on most any form they desire, though it is almost always a monstrous self-manifestation forced out by mental stress. This genjutsu body is able to interact with physical forms, basically meaning that the genjutsu itself is "real." Guild Description:Forms created are given by their size relevant to the chakra given, minus jutsu abilities. E-ranks are about lizard-sized, D-ranks cat-size, C-ranks humanoid-sized, B-ranks lion-sized, A-ranks elephant-sized, S-ranks whale-sized, and S+ranks gain an auto physical heal while becoming dragon-sized. (i.e. mega huge) People trying to force the user out of this state require double the amount of chakra to be expelled, in the form of Kai.
The Raigyo Clan Seductive flowers of a foreign land
___Ancient Past: Originating from the Tea Country's Hide family, famed for what is colloquially called the "Kihakugan" or "Soul Eye," the Raigyo members were born to use the beauty of the land against the shinobi of the world. From time to time it is said that one shinobi out of a group would be born into a beauty that would possess even the most evil of hearts, and thus the clan formed. Formed from beautiful members, both male and female, the shinobi of the Raigyo clan spaced out amongst the villages of the world and sought to bring their abilities into the world's eyes. Their mastery of the human emotions allowed them to be skillfull in genjutsu of all kinds and ninjutsu in various elements. Through the use of their abilities and skills, they have been known to be the sirens of the time, as the ancients have said, "...That once caught in their seductive jutsu, one would be lost forever." The ability to control emotions stems from their special dojutsu and flower/petal combination. As the dojutsu activates, it infiltrates its target's chakra and tenketsu akin to the way Genjutsu works. Unlike Genjutsu, it merely provides a pathway to make use of the pheromones and scents carried upon the flowers and petals in the area. In this way, the dojutsu acts more like a Ninjutsu, forcing people to accept what is in the atmosphere, at a higher reaction than normal.
___Ways of Life:
One of your two chakra affinities must be Fuuton [ Wind ]. This is because you need some way in order to move your flowers from place to place. Because the flowers are made of organic material, they have a natural weakness to Katon [ Fire ]. Raigyo have a natural affinity to Genjutsu and Ninjutsu, allowing them to learn 1 extra of each type of jutsu per post. All jutsu that are defined as using or employ flowers/petals in the jutsu lists are capable of being listed under the Clan Jutsu heading.
___Traits:
Raigyo emotive moves are more effective on the opposing gender, due to natural tendencies. Due to the way the Dojutsu uses chakra networks and tenketsu, one can remove themselves from the jutsu effects in the same fashion as Genjutsu. The Dojutsu usage is not able to be picked up by other Dojutsu. All Ninjutsu are capable of being used with the eyes only, for fifty percent more chakra. Use of the medium, 'flowers' or 'petals', is necessary to create the desired emotive results. Destruction of these greatly diminishes the Raigyo's abilities.
___Raigyo Emotives: Eizou Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Reflecting the Soul ] E This is the most-well recognized Jutsu of the Raigyo clan, as this allows the user to read and potentially 'borrow' another's emotions, without the use of a medium. • No medium required.
Touei Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Projecting the Soul ] D This is the second Jutsu connected with the Raigyo, which does the opposite of the Eizou Kihaku, allowing a user to 'force' their own emotions temporarily upon others, via the medium. It is enough to bring tears to the eyes, make one smile or laugh, and make one growl or throw a tantrum. • These are simple emotions, and not capable of doing much. • Double casting this allows for complex emotions, such as happy/sad, angry/confused, etc. • Requires a medium.
Hirogeru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Expanding the Soul ] C Allows the user to expand the area that his/her learned Bloodline Jutsu can effect by singing with the emotion of hope, imbuing the Chakra of the techniques through the voice and into naturally occurring, unaffected flowers. This is usable mainly as a way to affect people at very long distances, where the normal Hanajutsu would be useless in helping the emotives work. By doing this, all of those within hearing range of the new medium become affected by any of the Kihakugan’s techniques, regardless of whether or not they are friend or foe. The major downside to this technique is that singing easily allows for hostile forces to locate the user, so we advise that the user not perform it in close range. • Requires a medium: natural flowers. • Is only able to be used in Korabo with other emotives.
Joushou Mizu no Jutsu [ Rising Water Technique ] C A skilled user can simulate the real feeling of drowning, through the usage of the medium. This Jutsu feeds off of the fear of death and drowning, making those already susceptible to them even more so. It instantly cancels at the point of death, making it ineffective for killing, but for those with the fears, it is great for putting them into an unconscious state. Using this jutsu on friendlies is an immediate breach of honor and trust. Genjutsu usage is advised while using this jutsu. • Has three times the stated ability on those with the fears of drowning or dying. • Other fears can be simulated, but at the stated ability's level. • Requires a medium.
Kujiku Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Crushing the Soul ] C Intensifies the target(s) own emotions greatly, “condensing” them in to a small ball focused in the heart and mind of the target that prevents him or her from acting based on anything other than emotion while in battle. • Requires a medium.
Shimeru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Strangling the Soul ] C Causes the target to lack all emotion for the duration of the jutsu. While this is seen as a benefit to enemies, this is typically used as a last-resort move on allies to rid them of their fear; however, if this technique is used for longer than eight posts, the target gradually loses consciousness, and their emotional capacity begins to shrink until, at around the fifteenth post, they are driven to suicidal thoughts because they believe their life is devoid of any meaning. • Requires a medium.
Kihaku Kouin no Jutsu [ The Art Seducing the Soul ] B The Raigyo clansmen are known for their seductive ways, in which this technique fully utilizes this important aspect in their lives. By releasing a pheromone into the air around them, via the flowers, the members of the clan can try to seduce an opponent and cause them to be in a state of intense infatuation. This state of infatuation will attempt to cause the victim to do what the user wishes, but will only last for as long as either the jutsu is active, or there are complete flowers remaining. If the user can form a good, stable relationship using this jutsu, the target(s) will remain loyal beyond the dropping of the jutsu. • Requires a medium: flowers. (10 of them, minimally)
Mattou Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Fulfilling the Soul ] B Lowers a target’s emotional barriers, allowing them to truly open up their life to someone. This includes animals, plant life, fungi, etc. Euphoria is a common occurrence with this jutsu, as target(s) will feel in love with everything. • Requires a medium: flowers.
Naosu Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Healing the Soul ] B A stronger version of The Art of Reflecting the Soul, this one takes on the full emotions of the target, relieving them of any emotional pain. Drawn away from the world in that state, the target will be afforded a quicker healing rate, approaching nearly a tripled--but natural--healing rate. If not managed properly, the emotions gained from such a Jutsu will overwhelm the user. • No medium required. • Rapid healing isn't enough for in-battle usage.
Torishimaru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Controlling the Soul ] B A stronger version of The Art of Projecting the Soul. However, this Jutsu adds the effect of persuading the target(s) to thinking that activating or continuing the use of any of their Jutsu would be a bad idea. (i.e. a feeling of dread, impending doom, etc) • Requires a medium.
Meshidasu Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Feeling the Soul ] A Copying the target's emotions over to the user, the user performs the Kuchiyose no Jutsu with the target's signature. If the target has a summoning, it will be called out instead of the user's, and will be used by the user unless told to do so otherwise. Usage of Henge no Jutsu is advised. 3 emotional signatures can be stored at a time, with each signature requiring the full A-ranked chakra amount to change between them. • Requires a medium. • Requires the target's blood.
Sawaru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Calling the Soul ] A Used on inanimate objects mostly, The Art of Calling the Soul 'reads' the object being touched for emotional signatures left behind. An example would be an Oinin tracking a missing-nin through a very complicated jungle forest. Only the trees that were touched by the missing-nin would have a signature, thus allowing the Oinin to track them. Whiplash effect: If the signature was too strong, confusion sets in, and the object can't be read again with any success for 3 posts. 'Too strong' refers to such things as extreme acts of hatred, love, etc. • Requires physical contact with the object being read • A.N.B.U. can use this only within the village, for a B-ranked cost. • Oinin can use this only outside of the village, and with only 1 post of any whiplash.
Dekishi no Kihaku no Sousaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Searching the Drowning Soul ] A Used mainly for interrogation, this jutsu makes telling the truth or correcting a lie the most desirable action at that point. As questions are asked, potentially aided by the Rising Water technique, the user uses their suave abilities to determine whether or not the target is telling the truth. This requires forming an emotional bond, so using the Water Rising technique past the point at which a person can breathe normally is not advised. This technique takes a strong mind to break it, and can only be dispersed through the infliction of pure, unbridled pain, if the user ceases to use the technique, or the medium is destroyed. • Requires a medium. • A.N.B.U. only, within the village. • Oinin only, outside the village.
Ueru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Planting the Soul ] S At this level, the user's eyes have taken on an airy, hazy look, and the user can change the emotions of many things in a small area through their medium. In history, many Kings/Pharaoh/Presidents have been noted in being able to control the mood of a gathering simply by the way they breathe: this is different only in the medium used. • Requires a medium. • Emotions available are relegated to simples such as hate, love, sadness, confusion. • Double casting this allows for complex emotions, such as confusion/sadness, happiness/hate, etc.
Sainamu Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Tormenting the Soul ] S A much stronger and more generalized version of the Joushou Mizu no Jutsu [ Rising Water Technique ], this technique (for an instant) erases all emotions in the target(s) other than that of fear. This produces a state of utter paranoia in which everything becomes a part of the target(s) fears. This jutsu does not distinguish between friend or foe, and lasts for 5 complete posts. • Requires a medium: 40 flowers minimally.
Utsuro Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Emptying the Soul ] S This jutsu allows one to drain their entire life's emotions out into the medium in exchange for temporarily doubling their stamina pool. Some cases exhibit a loss of friend/foe distinction, skin paling, or strange markings forming around the eyes, so please use caution when performing this jutsu! All feelings and emotions that collect out within the medium provide a figurative vortex of volatiles that will attach to anyone within its reach. • Kage only. • Requires a medium. • The Stamina Pool is temporarily doubled and filled. (usable once per fight) • Distinction between friend and foe is nullified. • Lasts until the Stamina Pool reaches 10% of the original pool.
Kihaku no Ninjou no Jutsu [ The Art of the Soul‘s Empathy ] S+ Allows the user to copy and replicate his/her personality and store it inside another. This duplicated soul inhabits an emotional seal located deep within the folds of the target’s personality, and allows the target to interact with a mental copy of the user without exerting any energy to do so. This copy of the soul can be passed on to others, including offspring, occasionally, and contains everything that the user knew at the time of use, including all abilities, skills, etc. This copy, because it is not actually a part of the user any more, can be used freely by any of those that bear its mark (a small marking under the target's left eye similar to the user's), even after the user has long been dead or out of contact. • No medium required.
___Hanajutsu || Flower Jutsu: Karei Hana Soushi [ Beautiful Flower Creation ] Rank: E Official Description: By focusing the chakra and molding it into the shape of a flower or petals, the user can create multiple flowers or petals to use. The maximum amount of flowers that one can create with one use of the jutsu is three, the maximum amount of petals one can create otherwise is 100. Fields of natural flowers can be harvested quickly using this technique, doubling the amounts. The Taju version, for an A-ranked amount, can create either 48 flowers or 1600 petals. Guild Description: Must learn before proceeding to the other techniques. The Taju version, Taju Karei Hana Soushi [ Many Beautiful Flowers Creation ], is a separate jutsu that must be learned and listed like the other Hana Jutsu. The average ratio of petals to flowers is 33 to 1.
Hanatoku [ Flower Shield ] Rank: D Official Description: After getting a number of petals and putting them in a concentrated area, the user of this jutsu can create a protective shield. This shield can withstand up to a D-Ranked jutsu before being destroyed, or an E-Ranked Katon [ Fire ] before being destroyed. Being destroyed by non-fire moves is a great way to start the emotives up close, as the scents/pheromones will quickly spread. Guild Description: Requires 1 flower's worth of petals, minimally.
Shuuseigun [ Army in the Field ] Rank: C Official Description: This jutsu makes all of the active flowers non-lethal, non-sharp, et cetera, and floats them about the area between the ground and 3 meters high. In addition, scents and pheromones gain a boost to their saturation in the air, making it much easier to use emotives. Guild Description: The saturation extends out from the user to a total of 10 meters, while the floating occurs out to 30 meters.
Hanabushin [ Flower Clone ] Rank: C Official Description: By performing the necessary hand signs, one can create a clone created of petals or flowers. This clone looks like a normal kage bushin, but has one-half the amount of fighting capacity. Once destroyed, this clone will explode in a burst of razor sharp flower petals, and release a pheromone which will cause normal shinobi to go delusional for two posts while causing those with higher smell abilities to be delusional for twice as long. Guild Description: The gas lasts for two posts before dissipating into the atmosphere, and overwrites any active emotives. Requires 2 flowers' worth of petals, minimally.
Hanasakuran [ Flower Distraction ] Rank: B Official Description: By creating petals or flowers and moving them in a tornado pattern, one will entrap the opponent in the swirling mass of razor sharp debris. Once doing so, the user will be able to skirt along the outside nearly undetected, as the great quantity of petals/flowers will be enough to obscure vision. [ Unless by Doujutsu or other matters ] In this state, the user can throw weapons, throw punches, kicks, or even perform jutsus to attack the opponent. Guild Description: Requires 10 flowers' worth of petals, minimally. Cancels any current emotives.
Hana Jajjimento [ Flower Judgement ] Rank: A Official Description: By performing a string of hand signs, the Raigyo member's chakra will start to become visible and seep from their body. As it does this, the chakra forms into thousands of floating chakra petals. These chakra petals are different though as they are sharper and thinner than other Raigyo jutsu, being able to cut through even chakra steel. The user of this jutsu is able to control them with their mind or hands depending on which they prefer. The normal speed of the petals is that of a B-rank. (Jounin) Guild Description: Controlling the petals with the hands, the power will drop a rank, but the maneuverability will increase to their rank. Controlling them with their mind, the maneuverability will only be that of a C-rank rank (at best), but the power will remain at the A-rank. Can only choose one method of control per each fight's usage. After the initial chakra cost, the user can maintain the jutsu for a B-ranked cost. Cancels any current emotives.
Tsuki Hana Kyuuzou [ Moonlight Flower Implosion ] Rank: S Official Description: After the initial hand signs, each unused flower will let loose their petals to join the rest of the horde. The petals themselves will glow brilliantly for a single post, becoming brighter and brighter as they absorb the chakra from the activation of the jutsu. Upon the beginning of the second post, the petals will race towards their target(s) at the current speed of the user, hoping to engulf them whole. For a better mental image, consider thinking about Gaara's desert coffins, only sharper and faster. Guild Description: Uses all of the flowers and petals currently controlled in the area. Cancels any current emotives.
Nobara [ Wild Rose ] Rank: S+ Official Description: Useful in situations where there are highly pesky--resilient folk--to the emotives, the user can create a singular wild rose from their hand to aid them. The most beautiful flower in all of creation, it forces the target(s) to accept the emotive trying to be given, within a ~33 meter radius of the user. The saturation of the area is dense enough to infiltrate the breathing equipment from Takumi, through the tiniest of gaps. Guild Description: Kage only. Cannot cause immediate death through strict usage of this jutsu alone. Affects both friend and foe alike.
Description: Based on many of years of evolution, animals have grown to specialize in unique ways of attacking. Enhanced by the sudden appearance of chakra and shinobi training methods, these unique ways of fighting have come to the spotlight. Companion animals have now become even more dangerous with their natural abilities because of this. Being able to add an element to your attacks kind of helps you get ahead of the pack.
Restrictions: • It is only for animals and those of the Inuzuka bloodline. • Those of the Katei no Neko bloodline may learn this, but they must first establish the Bond of Combat and Eternity. • Those of the tamer class can only use this through their pets; they themselves cannot learn it.

Swipe Rank: E :: Simple Description: The animal takes any of their desired natural weapons or appendages and makes a single swipe-style attack. Can be used offensively or defensively.
Bite Rank: E :: Simple Description: The animal takes their pincers, jaws, fangs, etc, and aims to sink them into any part of the target and victim. This is a simple movement, and one that is very natural to animals. This action does not yield too much damage though.
Pin Rank: E :: Complex Description: The animal uses either sheer size and power, or fast movement and creative thinking, completely immobilizes the target on the ground, offering a chance for very vicious and often grotesque means of finishing an opponent. After the initial cost to start the technique, there is an upkeep cost to maintain control (battle of stamina basically, defender must spend more stamina then the animal to escape.) Falls under the Auto-Grapple rule, if the pin is not distinctly harmful.

Crunch Rank: D :: Simple Description: A more powerful form of bite, this time the animals clamps down and attempts to keep their pincers, jaws, fangs, etc, clamped on the target. This is highly painful, and serves as a means of control for the animal to subdue, immobilize, or incapacitate the target.
-_-_-_S t a g e T h r e e [ C ] Lashing Out Rank: C :: Complex Description: The animal bursts into a furious set of attacks, using almost all of their natural weapons or appendages for a full blown explosive combination. 1 attack per appendage per use. Counts as all activations in the post it was used in.
Maul Rank: C :: Complex Description: The most powerful and destructive version of bite. This time, the animal sinks their pincers, jaws, fangs, etc, and saws them together, pulling away in an attempt to remove flesh, bone, or an appendage, causing massive damage. Only one attempt can be made if the target is still freely moving, two attempts may be made if the target is partially immobilized, and three attempts may be performed if the target is immobilized via “Pin”.
Ram Rank: C :: Simple Description: The animal uses its head, shoulder, or side to ram into a target, knocking the target off balance or to the ground. This attack can be easily followed by Maul.
-_-_-_S t a g e F o u r [ B ] Pounce Rank: B :: Simple Description: A sneak attack, this is a vicious leaping assault that is designed to catch enemies by surprise, and often times offers the animal a chance to latch on, restrain, or immobilize the target. Can be done from below to an above target, above to a below target, or done on the same level when the animal is hidden or obscured by some method.
Stalk Rank: B :: Simple Description: The user of body mastery, environment, patience, and agility to stealthily move. While using this technique, the animal can track, follow, and ambush the target, so long as the target is in an acceptable position to do so. It is easier for smaller animals to stay hidden, as larger animals are seen too easily. A large animal can expend 50 extra stamina to be hidden completely.
-_-_-_S t a g e F i v e [ A ] Gore Rank: X :: Complex Description: Probably the simplest and most instinctual attack, the animal gains speed and slams into the victim hard! This is in an effort to knock the target to the ground, to continue a vicious assault. If Pin is used in the post after this technique was used, you can perform Pin at half the stamina cost for that post. Counts as all activations in the post it was used in.
Protection Rank: A :: Complex Description: The animal uses their natural weapons, hide, armor, and grit to defend against an incoming attack. Must spend 1 rank higher stamina than the attack, to defend. Requires an active Elemental Backing to defend against ninjutsu. Attacker has to spend a total of 2 ranks higher of stamina/chakra to break through.
-_-_-_S t a g e S i x [ S ] Lock Jaw Rank: S :: Complex Description: The animal literally is able to lock their jaw around whatever they are holding within their mouth, causing immobility to that limb. This can easily be followed up with Consume. The one being attacked must expend a greater amount of stamina/chakra to dislodge the animal.
Consume Rank: S :: Complex Description: The animal is able to demolish whatever is within their mouth, consuming it in its entirety, whether it be a limb or what have you. With this the animal can regain 30 of their stamina, depending on if this attack hits or not. Organics only.
Pursue Rank: X :: Complex Description: The animal bursts into an all out sprint, utilizing the speed of a trained ninja as well as their inherent, natural, animalistic attributes for very high speeds. Continued running costs only stamina, so the maximum running speed tapers off by a rank for each post after the second. Has a cool down equal to the continued duration (of posts) this was used.
Elemental Backing Rank: X :: Simple Description: The animal can add their element to any of the above techniques, costing either equal to (counting as ninjutsu) or less than (counting as complex tai/buki) the rank of stamina that technique costs. Still observes elemental weaknesses and strengths.
Devour Rank: S+ :: Complex Description: The animal is able to demolish whatever is within their mouth, consuming it in its entirety, whether it be a limb or what have you. Inorganics only. Kage-ranked only.
Aburame Life Style: The Aburame clan is perhaps the most mysterious clan of Konoha. Not much is known about this clan, except that they use insects as weapons. One defining trait of the Aburame clan is that all of its (known) members wear dark sunglasses that hide their eyes. This also keeps the factor about them being a mysterious clan, all too real. The insects live in symbiosis within the body of the ninja. The bugs reside just under their host's skin and can leave and enter through various pores, apparently by eating their way through the skin. The insects are called "kikaichu" or "kikai mushi", meaning "destruction bugs." In the American dub they are called "parasitic beetles." They feed on chakra as a food source. The relationship between the shinobi and the insects is mutually beneficial. The host grants the bugs shelter and allows them to feed off their chakra, their body becoming a living hive, and in return the bugs do the user's bidding, allowing the shinobi to perform ninjutsu-like techniques without the use of hand seals or chakra conversion. A female bug can be left on a target and then they can be tracked by smell, or scout bugs can be sent out and return to tell the host information about the area. For this reason, Aburame clan members are experts in espionage (they can communicate with the insects) and stealth (because they make no noise or motion during combat)
Our Limitations: •Members must establish bonds and breed new insects to counter weaknesses. •Must not take opponents lightly, lest one dishonors their clan. •It takes Chakra and available insects to do Clan Jutsu.
Our Body Make Up: • The Aburame train their own to be observant and silent, leading to a somewhat 'antisocial' attitude. • The Aburame typically have dark colored hair, always wear shades and generally clothing that hides their true appearance. • They do not need to form hand signs to perform the lower level techniques or supplementary ones due to connecting to their insects easier. (C rank maximum) • The Aburame have an affinity for bugs and various insects, thus knowing and gaining a rare knowledge of insect antidotes and poisons. (+1 to resistance rates, -1 post to insect Hazards creations) • Due to the two different chakra sources, Genjutsu that is recognized as such can be Kai-ed out of with the insect's assistance. (assistance Kai, not self-Kai) Busies 500 insects for use, for an entire post. • Aburame techniques that mention chakra draining/absorption restore 1/2 of the potentially destroyed insects used for the technique, upon success. Also upon success, 1/2 of the chakra from a defeated technique is absorbed back into the regenerated insects. • Kikaichu have an average life expectancy of 3-4 hours. Thus hoarding them all in a gourd and keeping them there overnight will not prove beneficial. This rapid death and birth rate is justifiably what gives the Kikaichu the potential to evolve at a rapidly increased pace. • Kikaichu Clarifications: Kikaichu are re-usable so long as they are still alive to continue their crusade. However, what kills Kikaichu? ► 1/4th of the insects used in a technique are lost if colliding with a technique of equal rank. ► 1/2 of the insects used in a technique are lost if colliding with a technique one rank higher. ► 3/4ths of the insects used in a technique are lost if colliding with a technique two ranks higher. ► All insects are lost when faced with an overwhelmingly powerful technique. ► Insects dispersed will die after 5 posts outside of the body. (This does not apply to gourds, where the life expectancy will remain 3-4 hours.) • Kikaichū are able to be naturally dispersed, without chakra usage, into one's environs. Without a viable hive of some sort, however, Kikaichū will perish after five [5] complete and total posts outside of it.
Aburame Clan's Special Hidden Jutsu:
Kikaichū no Jutsu [ Destruction Bug Host Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: The Destruction Bug Host Technique is a practice exclusive to the Aburame clan. When children are born into the clan, their bodies are offered to insects to be used as a nest. Over the years, as the child grows up, they are instructed in the hiden jutsu of the clan, and learn how the insects may serve them in combat. The jutsu is fairly basic and grows with the user as they rank up so does this jutsu. Guild Description: This jutsu never needs to be 'used' after learning, as the regeneration of insects is caused through natural healing (using the chakra regeneration guideline stats) or through chakra absorption. At Genin, this provides 2,000 insects, and gains again for every major body rank thereafter. (Chuunin = 4k, Jounin = 8k, Konin = 12k, Sannin = 16k, S+ = 20k) Taking a special title and/or [Job]--Botany, Hazards, Medical Field--provides an additional 2k insects each for a maximum production rate of another 6k. •Note: There is no limit to how many insects can be produced and controlled only how many can be contained at one time in either a gourd or body. (i.e A Genin can only hold 2000 insects but can release as many as he or she wants to be used seeing as the regeneration rate allows this to be possible, since regeneration is natural and does not consume chakra this allegedly allows an Aburame to patiently keep producing insects for their arsenal.)
Kikaichū Breeds
Breeds are associated with a direct Body Rank, reflected by the corresponding letter rank. (These Breeds 'Unlock' upon achieving said body rank and learned inherently with the exceptions of Kidaichu and Rinkaichu.)
►Kikaichū: Rank: E Standard Aburame clan insect. Are able to have their functions adjusted due to absurdly quick breeding cycles. Please refer to the DNA Guide for further instructions.
►Shōkaichū: Rank: E Official Description: Shōkaichū are underdeveloped Kikaichu typically with the appearance of maggots. Shōkaichū can bury below the earth and because they are not as complex as their adult counterparts can be communed with easily to send back signals of movement and chakra signatures back to their host. Shōkaichū cannot be used with other Aburame insect techniques aside from sensory and supplementary techniques. Since they are less developed than adults they die at a much faster pace. Dispatched Shōkaichū die after [3] posts. Requisites: Shōkaichū are not necessary for any Aburame techniques.
►Bakuretsuchū Rank: B Official Description: Bakuretsuchū are Kikaichu that are fed unstable amounts of chakra. A Kikaichu becomes a Bakuretsuchū when it's born for the sole purpose of invading a target to inevitably explode. An Aburame that houses Bakuretsuchū are to be extremely careful if their chakra falls below 1/10th it's maximum amount any currently stored Bakuretsuchū will explode inside of them. It's because of this most Aburame choose to store only a few Bakuretsuchū at any given time. They are treated as Kikaichu for the purpose and use of Insect techniques. Requisites: Bakuretsuchū are required for the Aburame technique Bakuretsuchū [ Exploding Insect Technique ]
►Kidaichū Rank: A Official Description: Kidaichū are a special breed of Kikaichu that are made from the host continuously force feeding chakra to their Kikaichu until they've grown used to this amount. A Kikaichu is classified as a Kidaichū when it grows in size. In Canon Shino expresses how dangerous it is to harbor Kidaichū as in an instant if given the chance they would devour him flesh and all. Kidaichū are an optional breed of Kikaichu. They're so overpowering they will take over the host's entire populace of Kikaichu. In their diminutive state Kidaichū are treated as Kikaichu for the use of insect techniques. However, if a hosts Chakra ever reaches below 1/10ths they will be devoured in whole. There is no going back if you Breed Kidaichū in exchange for this power the host gains access to one of the Aburame's most powerful techniques. The host can send out Kidaichū to function as allies but their size and having to control their bloodthirsty tendencies only allows up to a maximum of three at one time to be active. ►Rinkaichū Rank: S Official Description: Rinkaichū are a frobidden insect among the Aburame. They a nano-sized poisonous insects almost comparative to a flesh eating virus. Rinkaichū cannot be bred normally one must first consult the head of the Aburame clan and after being given the trust of the head, the head will perform the [Destruction Bug Host] technique once more. Replacing all of the hosts insects with Rinkaichū.These members then carry the microscopic size poisonous bugs through their body which they can pass on to others through skin contact. Upon infecting their target, the cells attacked by the bugs in that area will be destroyed and cause great pain to the victim. The clan members who use the breed also possess the necessary antibodies to heal their victims. Should a comrade become infected, they can touch the damaged area and remove the poisonous bugs. Because the bugs spread through skin contact, the Clan members can remove clothing and disperse the bugs throughout their body, greatly increasing the surface area for possible infection. Rinkaichū for the purpose of using any insect techniques that don't directly reference them take -1 rank penalty. Since Rinkaichū are not in truth real Kikaichu they cannot evolve and be classified as Bakuretsuchū or Kidaichū for the use of their corresponding techniques. Guild Description: See official description. Possibility of infection stays active until the end of the fight and is signaled through the skin becoming purple. Requisites: Kodoku no Jutsu [ Jar of Poison Technique ], Dokujin no Jutsu [ Poison Cloud Technique ]
Kikaichū Fūin [ Destruction Bug Host Contract Seal ] Rank: X Official Description: The Kikaichū, like other non-tamed species, will defend its territory without question. Without making a contract, an Aburame is usually subject utterly to the whims and wills of its insects. In order to facilitate good relations, the Aburame had to both create its Host technique, and an applicable Contract Seal. Guild Description: In exchange for a permanently lowered chakra or stamina cap, the Aburame is able to utilize its specific insect's techniques for free (i.e. no chakra/stamina usage) up to the amount lowered by, relying solely upon the insects to do the work. If all of one's specific species of insects are destroyed, the contract is considered nulled, and must be resigned. (lowered caps are not raised in this case) If the contract is nulled willfully by the signer while the insects still live, the cap may be raised accordingly. Contracted insects of said species must live within the host's body, as opposed to an external hive. Contract Example: In exchange to the Kikaichū for a permanently lowered stamina cap of 1 D-rank's worth, a shinobi is able to send out maximally D-rank insect techniques without paying for them.
Aburame Clan Jutsu:
Human Cocoon Technique Rank: E [ 50 Insects ] Official Description: The user creates a cocoon around themselves most likely to spy or hide from the enemy. The user can also use the cocoon as a "sleeping bag". The cocoon is waterproof. Guild Description: Useful within forests, this jutsu provides the user with everything they need bodily-wise for extended surveillance. Is usable as a containment cell for prisoners.
Mushi Sekkou no Jutsu [ Insect Spying Technique ] Rank: Trained as E [ 1 Insect ] Official Description: By linking themselves to an insect, they are able to see and hear what it experiences, providing a long-range and relatively safe and inconspicuous way to gather intel. The user is also able to tell when the bug had been killed. Guild Description: Range of 10 kilometers, and increasing in 10km for each following rank thereafter. Be aware of the time limits, though!
Hijutsu: Mushiyose [ Secret Technique: Insect Gathering ] Rank: D [ 0 Insects ] Official Description: The user proceeds to unleash a web of their chakra. This particular chakra draws insects towards their location, making it great for gathering information from them or adding new scouts to your army. Very good for calling the "Destruction Bugs" to come back from an attack too. Guild Description: See official description.
Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu [ Insect Clone Technique ] Rank: D [ 100 Insects ] Official Description: Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan of Leaf village. Using the destruction bugs living in their body, the clan host uses the bugs to form a Bunshin copy of themselves to trick their opponent. Once damaged by an attack, the technique ends and the clone disperses back into the bugs which formed it. By continually sustaining another D-ranks worth of chakra, the clone can re-form itself again and again, so long as there are sufficient insects available. The clone is considered a tangible clone and being made of insects. If the clone-insects return to the host, it can share all it has learned. Be aware of the time limits, though! Guild Description: Is compatible with Mushiyose.
Mushi Jamingu no Jutsu [ Insect Jamming Technique ] Rank:X D: [ 500 Insects ] C: [ 1000 Insects] B: [ 2000 Insects] A: [ 4000 Insects ] Official Description: The user has a large amount of their kikaichū and has them spread out over a wide area around themselves. The insects then emit a small amount of the their host's respective chakra that they usually feed on. This confuses sensor-type shinobi's chakra-sensing ability, as the insects' irregular distribution and grouping together result in the creation of numerous false 'images' or chakra signals, making it more difficult to distinguish the user's actual location. This technique 'blocks' sensory techniques of the listed rank causing false chakra signatures and sending back the sounds of insects buzzing. Guild Description: Is compatible with Mushiyose.
Mushi Kabe no Jutsu [ Insect Wall Technique ] Rank: E-C [ 200 Insects minimum ] Official Description: Mushi Kabe no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame clan. Using the destruction bugs living in their body, the clan host calls forth a reasonable amount of the bugs to form a thick wall. The size of this wall is only limited to the number of insects the user chooses to carry and call forth at that time. This is a very useful and powerful defensive jutsu. Guild Description: The amount of chakra used for the technique does not change past C. From there the strength of the wall is determined by number of insects used. The wall is treated as 1 Rank weaker against piercing type attacks. (i.e Sword Thrusts, Senbon, Narrow Sharp Penetration) E- 200 [Insects] D- 500 [Insects] C- 1000 [Insects] B- 2000 [Insects] A- 4000 [Insects] S- 8000 [Insects]
Hijutsu: Mushimayu [ Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon ] Rank: C Official Description: This unique jutsu is a secret technique that allows the user to increase the speed of insects' development. As the user's body is already a hive of sorts for the insects, the user will encase himself in an actual cocoon to further aid the insects. This is an extremely useful move for Aburame clan members, since their attacks mainly focus on the usage of bugs. However, using this in the midst of a battle can be potentially dangerous as it leaves the user static and vulnerable. With this jutsu the user can replenish their little army in almost no time. Guild Description: Doubles the Aburame's Regeneration Rate and produces new insects per post of usage, up to the user's maximum. No other Jutsu may be allowed during this regeneration post. Blocks all sight. This technique only regenerates the hosts number of insects capable of being stored in their body. Insects produced in this manner cannot be dispersed until the cocoon is released.
Mushi Kame no Jutsu [ Insect Jar Technique ] Rank: C [ 1k Insects ] Official Description: This jutsu uses the Kikaichū bugs living in the user's body as a shield by having them fly in a dome shape at high speed, similar to the Hyūga clan's Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin. The dome is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks, but can be disrupted with sufficient explosive force. Guild Description: B-ranked and under blocking only.
Bōsui no Jin [ Spindle Formation ] Rank: C [ 1k Insects ] Official Description: The user has their bugs attack the target in a spiralling motion in order to stop the enemy from retaliating. This technique creates a funnel shaped vortex shooting out forward, the insects will continue to harass the opponent until something causes them to disperse. This technique absorbs the chakra of the opponent continuously as long as it is sustained. This technique cannot be contracted. Only two instances of spindle formation can be used at the same time. (One directed with the left hand for a clockwise vortex, one directed with the right hand for a counter-clockwise vortex). If using both hands no Insect techniques above Rank C-can be used. Guild Description: Is compatible with Mushiyose.
Kikaichū Drill (Destruction Bug Drill) Rank: B [ 2k Insects per spear ] Official Description: The Aburame Clan member summons forth thousands of destruction bugs to combine into two spear-like forms that spiral towards the enemy and carry them into the air, where they brutally feast upon their chakra, before dropping them into the ground. Guild Description: Is compatible with Mushiyose. 1 spear usage is allowable for half chakra cost. This technique requires quite bit of focus, disabling other non-Aburame Clan jutsu usage during the post used.
Hijutsu: Mushidama (Secret Technique: Insect Sphere) Rank: A [ 4k Insects ] Official Description: By using the destruction bugs, members of the Aburame clan surround their opponent with thousands of bugs, making a globe of bugs around the opponent beforehand to completely trap them. Once trapped, the bugs would normally drain the chakra and swallow their victim in a torrent of pain. The bugs covering the victim's body prevent movement, but if they escape, the bugs will follow them. Instead Drains the full ranks worth of chakra upon success. Guild Description: Is compatible with Mushiyose.
Hijutsu: Mushitatsumaki [ Secret Technique: Insect Tornado ] Rank: A [ 5k Insects ] Official Description: This technique covers the enemy's entire body with the kikaichū living inside the Aburame clan member's body. The chakra-sensing kikaichū spread over a wide range, and the moment they locate the enemy, the insects, following the user's orders, gather at once completely surrounding the target creating a fast-moving tornado that will seemingly disintegrate the target. Guild Description: Is compatible with Mushiyose. Speed is comparable to a Jounin. Don't forget about the external time limits!
Bakuretsuchū [ Exploding Insect Technique ] Rank: S [ 9k Insects ] Official Description: The user blinds the enemy with a smokescreen to scatter larvae that if inhaled, will grow inside their bodies into a spider-like parasite that explodes, killing their host. The insect's growth depends on how much chakra the host is using and a massive amount of chakra can speed up the growth process. The insect can however be removed by the means of eiseijutsu surgery. Guild Description: Use of up to a B-ranked amount of chakra or higher will produce a [Critical Warning]. Where the body is wracked with pain and the flesh looks ready to burst. Any chakra technique used thereafter (or 2 days without medical treatment) will result in death by explosion.
Kidaichū Mushikui [ Parasitic Giant Insect Bug Bite ] Rank: S [ 10k Insects ] Official Description: Following an Aburame clan member placing a number of insects onto the skin of an enemy, these insects immediately burrow into the victim's body and begin to devour its flesh and chakra. This process causes the insects to grow rapidly in size, until the host body is completely eaten away from the inside out. Guild Description: Unlike a 1 use strike, these bugs slowly deposit over a number of hits, making multiple foes subdued a possible actuality. Lasts 10 posts or 10 strikes, whichever occurs first. (1,000 bugs per strike) Requires a physical strike to transfer. Unused bugs will automatically return to the owner. Successful strikes not only cause nearly instant death, but the bugs will become big enough to become mobile attack forces for a single post afterwards. They eat away at the target, consuming 160 potential chakra per post. When the potential reaches the actual, the target dies.
Dokujin no Jutsu [ Poison Cloud Technique ] Rank: S+ [ 2k Insects ] Official Description: Torune puts his hands together forming a small poisonous smokescreen sphere from his nano-sized venomous insects between his hands, Torune can then blow the smokescreen across the area in front of him, the poisonous smokescreen when spread gets bigger. If touched or inhaled, it is a guaranteed fatality. Guild Description: Requires an active 'Aburame Clan Nano-Scale Poisonous Insects.' The insects cannot last beyond 1 post outside of the body, so this is a one use jutsu until the insects regenerate... make it count! Cloud size can reach 100 square feet in volume.
Kodoku no Jutsu [ Jar of Poison Technique ] Rank: S+ [ 0 Insects ] Official Description: Using his venomous insects, Torune gathers multiple infected victims and contains them within a barrier where the decaying flesh will release a gas that in time will ignite an explosion and release the venomous insects in a huge swarm that could cover the surrounding landscape. According to Shino, the barrier accelerates the insect's multiplication. Guild Description: Requires an active 'Aburame Clan Nano-Scale Poisonous Insects' on infected targets. (targets may be fuuin sealed for easier body gathering) Requires 50+ bodies, and 5 posts of charging time to prep the explosion. Explosion covers 100 sq.miles in insects.
