Fukumen no Jutsu [ Veil Technique ]

Official Description: A stall technique which really only helps Genin in this stage of learning accustom themselves to the less subtle methods of Katon. Performing the necessary seals, the user claps their hand in front of them and a hot white flash erupts from their hands that blind people in the closest vicinity. With this opening, the user is able to make a hasty escape or even move in for a killing blow. The severity of the flash, however, lasts only a moment and causes only spots to appear until an opponent’s sight becomes clear again.

Bounetsu no Jutsu [ Flame-Resistance Technique ]

Official Description: This is a passive Jutsu that is the first in two steps to protect the user from damaging themselves with their very own techniques. Although not necessarily mandatory to learn the finer points of the tree, it does provide a buffer against self-inflicting injuries. For example the user is able to withstand increasing amounts of heat.

Official Description: A typical clone, formed from lightning.
Guild Description: One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into a burst of electricity. It is also able to attack using Taijutsu; however, its ability to attack is around 1/10 the user’s. In return for this weakness, its attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Touei no Jutsu [ Flickering Light Technique ]

Official Description: Charging electrical Chakra throughout the entire body, the Shinobi makes his or her skin light up brightly. With an additional five Chakra, the user can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five Chakra allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can blind anyone who looks directly at him or her for a post.

Seidenki Ito no Jutsu [ Static Strings Technique ]

Official Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. The strings can then be used to detect movement: the static strings form into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walks through the strings. When this happens, the user will immediately feel a small shock where the strings make contact with the body.

Official Description: A passive skill that prevents the user from being harmed inadvertently from the creation of the Raiton Chakra used in his or her own techniques. A person who doesn't learn this skill will generally feel pain when performing their own Raiton techniques, whereas one who learns this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ]

Official Description: This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Guild Description: In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of Formless manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5].
Mizu no Waruasobi [ Trick of Water ]

Official Description: A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.

Mizu Kagami no Jutsu [ Water Mirror Technique ]

Official Description: A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.

Official Description: A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.

Mizu no Yaiba [ Water Sword ]

Official Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own).
E-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it.
D-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade.
C-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade.
B-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver sword, and is now incredibly durable and lethal.

Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.
Konoha Kage Buyou [ Leaf Shadow Dance ]

Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when used in combination with other Jutsu. This Jutsu is an aerial set-up, meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent in a difficult situation to escape from a follow-up attack. For one action after this technique is used, the opponent loses all defensive and movement bonuses granted by Jutsu up to this technique’s rank.
Konoha Senpuu [ Leaf Spinning Wind ]

Description: This Taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this Taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a quick movement. Seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent and kicks the enemy right on the chin, sending the victim flying up into the air.
Konoha Daisenpuu [ Leaf Great Whirlwind ]

Description: A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in midair, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the target ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past your opponent and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.
Konoha Reppuu [ Leaf Violent Wind ]

Description: This is a very simple, yet effective technique, which can be used for anybody who comes charging with a direct attack. The user kicks the opponent’s legs out from under them, sending the opponent flying away from the defender in an awkward position. Deals damage a second time if the target hits a solid object.

Description: Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi is a taijutsu technique that can be truly devastating. The attacker first uses a solid clone technique (such as Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ]) to create several clones. These clones and the user launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, slamming their heels onto the target's shoulders and head. Can disrupt maintained techniques up to this technique’s rank.
Bunshin Taiatari [ Clone Body Blow ]

Description: The user quickly creates a shadow clone above them, who dives at the target using a burst of chakra. Best used in combination with some kind of charging attack, this can sometimes be used to catch the opponent off-guard.
Konoha Gouriki Senpuu [ Leaf Herculean Whirlwind ]

Description: A Taijutsu technique where the user spins with all of their strength and delivers a powerful, spinning, heel kick, blasting their opponent back. This kick can also be used to disarm an opponent since this kick is powerful enough to easily knock a weapon out of the opponent's hand. It is a much stronger version of the Konoha Daisenpuu [Leaf Great Whirlwind]. Can disarm opponents with a body rank lower than this technique’s rank.
Shishi Rendan [ Lion Combo ]

Description: A Taijutsu technique following the Konoha Kage Buyou [ Shadow Leaf Dance ], putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow, followed by a driving blow to propel them towards the ground faster, and finishing with a hard-hitting axe kick into the ground, reinforcing the blow. This technique puts a great deal of strain on the user's body, which is why it is concluded that it is not a technique one could come to rely on. Consumes two activations and reduces the user’s available activations by one on their next post. Counts as four separate attacks when interacting with defenses.

Fall Breaker

Description: By slamming their hands, arms, feet, and legs down against the ground upon landing, the Shinobi breaks his or her fall by dispersing the force across the ground, suffering minimal damage. E-Rank covers a fall of ten feet, with each rank above that breaking falls from five feet higher per rank. Cannot be used more than twice in the span of three posts. Damages the landing platform. Using this technique at a higher rank than necessary will propel the user back up the full distance of the fall, but prevents the user from activating it again on its own for the rest of the post due to the strain it puts on the user's muscles.

Flying Kick

Description: The user jumps off of the ground or some elevated structure and angles his or herself toward their opponent, attacking with an outstretched leg. Afterward, the user can rebound in the same direction they came from without consuming an additional activation, allowing for a hasty retreat. Can be used at any rank the user has trained to in the Soft Physical Formless Style; if the user is untrained therein, this technique can only be used at E- and D-Rank.
Flying Tackle

Description: The user jumps off of the ground or some elevated structure, and angles his or herself toward their opponent, attacking with a flexed shoulder. Interrupts whatever the person is doing and knocks them down if no precautions are taken to guard against this attack. Can be used at any rank the user has trained to in the Soft Physical Formless Style; if the user is untrained therein, this technique can only be used at E- and D-Rank. Can be used in conjunction with Fall Breaker without consuming an extra activation.
Double Jump

Description: By forming a small platform of Chakra under the feet, the user gains the ability to jump once again. Platform lasts for a split second and cannot be stood upon for longer than that. Can only be used once per jump.

Wall Run

Description: The user runs almost parallel to a wall, stepping up on to it once they have reached nearly their full speed. The momentum of their run allows them to run in a large arc along the wall without using chakra, allowing the user to traverse large gaps with ease. Usage allows for one post of continuous wall running. Does not consume an activation if the user is near a wall.
Air Disperse
Rank: X :: Complex
Description: By shifting the form of the air with a chakra lined limb or some other tool, the user breaks the fluidity of many techniques that require air or oxygen. Can be used at any rank the user has trained to in the Soft Physical Formless Style, and can be used to disrupt any techniques of a lower rank that affect or rely on the air, such as sound-based Genjutsu, Fuuton, and Katon Ninjutsu. Additionally, it will spread out the impact area of focused attacks, reducing their strength by one descriptive rank per this technique's rank. Dispersal does not travel with the user, and ends after one post.
Area Disruption
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: Using the sound of another nearby occurrence as a model, the user sends Chakra to their feet, causing their footfalls to mimic the sound. Alternatively, can be used to erase the sound of the user’s footsteps entirely. Lasts for one post, but can be maintained after that for an E-Rank cost per post.
