Going out on patrol wasn't something the senshi of vampires did often, she preferred to have company and she hadn't had that in awhile, tonight was different though. Tonight Nephthys was out on patrol though, on her own, and she was tracking what she thought was the signature of a youma. She knew she could be wrong, it could be a lieutenant, but she was hoping she wasn't wrong. She didn't really want to get into a fight with a Negaverse officer, or a dark mirror senshi. It certainly didn't feel like a dark mirror senshi though and she was nearly sure it was no officer or corrupted senshi.
Nearly twisting her ankle, landing bad on a roof top, she stumbled and had to pick herself up. The layers of skirts flattened by her hands as she took the time to calm herself from the unexpected fall, she also made sure her ankle felt alright.
"I wish I had flats...heels are not meant for this." Even though she'd been working on getting better with this; with running and jumping in heels. She really needed to practice more, she was getting rusty honestly. Eventually she'd get good at this, not have to worry so much about getting hurt due to her own uniform. iStoleYurVamps Let me know if this works for a start. Figure she's around the museums in the city, I assume they are all close together.

He was lucky he'd not gotten into trouble what with his recent run in with a knight and not actually... fighting. Even if he'd have gotten his arse kicked he was still supposed ti be.. evil or whatever. But how could he kick a fellow brit? It just wouldn't have been right. The tingling feeling on his spine hit him and Vladimirite wanted to groan. Some order character nearby, meaning he had to go check it out and try to do that whole starseed thing. Or maybe he could get away with stealing some energy and saying that he got chased off. He didn't want to kill much anymore. It seemed impractical. Still, a job was a job and not doing his would probably get him into trouble of a less than pleasant kind. Following the tug of energy he saw the girl jump and followed after her. Two small hops from a fire escape and- "Oh boy. They really didn't do you any favors in the costume department did they?"

Turning on her heels, and almost falling, the senshi of vampires dark blue eyes focused on the figure standing there speaking to her. "The dress is fine - the heels however...." She could do with something much nicer for footwear, the shoes were often an issue. She was working on it though, she had no real choice, these were the shoes she was stuck with. She knew she could change them, once powered up, but that was more work than it should be.
"I'd say it all fits the sphere my magic comes from...though yours would fit also - you look like a vampire." She spoke taking a step towards him, cautious as could be. He might be talking now, commenting on her costume, but he could easily try and kill her. She knew that, he felt like chaos, but she was ok right now - right?

"Ah." Vlad wasn't sure if he should take it as a compliment or insult. He rather liked his uniform; it was comfortable and formal. Granted a bit dated and gothic, but, he could fit into a number of places without rousing suspicion. Goth raves were quite the easy place for harvesting he'd found out. "Well, personally I think you look ridiculous. However, fashion aside, I have a job to do." Pulling the scabbard up, he tapped it on his leg. "So, will you accept your fate or will you make this difficult?"

I pay you a compliment and you insult my own outfit, as if any of us get a choice in the matter." She stated with a shake of her head, curls swaying to and fro as she did so. She really, really, hoped to lose the curls at some point...they were a bit doll like to her and rather annoying, not to mention they weren't that attractive. Perhaps some loose curls...or waves if anything. These curls though...they were just ridiculous...so maybe that was the one thing about her outfit...well that and the hat. Even the heels, which were really impractical, weren't that bad...not ridiculous.
Looks at the scabbard he tapped she nodded and shifted a bit. "I suppose, since I doubt you're going to let me get off without a fight of some sort." Not that she wanted to fight, it wasn't her thing, but she really didn't think this other vampire looking figure would let her go...a shame.
She really hoped this didn't go bad, like she felt it might. Maybe her magic would help her here...she hoped it would. And she moved her hands down into her lap, cupping her hands and then brought them up as if she were some child in a pool splashing someone with water...only this wasn't water which left her cupped hands.
"Bats in the bellfry."iStoleYurVamps Super Sailor Scout Attack: Bats in the bellfry. The same motions as before but this time it’s not just three bats which are summoned but five bats this time. Again, these bats serve a double duty as they are not only a distraction but to those they bite they will drain energy. Equivalent to pulling an all nighter. This time when they drain energy from the person it can cause them to suffer dizziness and lightheadedness. This is a play on how vampires remain awake during the night, hence the pulling an all nighter feel, but also this plays on “psy vampires’ claiming to take energy from their victims (just like the previous attacks plays on these things also). This attack lasts twenty seconds, rather than the previous fifteen seconds, and again the bats can be killed or avoided.

“Being told I have anything related to a senshi is an insult. Really, vampires- I hardly find it a compliment. At least I do not look to be a child seeking to play dress up” Vald’s sneer was in full effect as he tightened his grip on the hollow wood. “But no, I can’t. Insults aside, I have a job, and I rather like living so I tend to do what I’m told. You understand that right? Nothing personal, just business.” Though, the vampire comment burned. He’d gotten it before, and it didn’t help his name was Vladimirite. Watching her warily as she began to move her hands about in a stange motion, he felt perhaps, that this one might prove… annoying. Or at least, slightly painful. He was right of course. Bats, bats of all things came after him, a few biting him and making him feel less than pleasant. However, they were quickly dispatched, one meeting it’s end in his bare hand. “The damn- You’re a senshi of bats?” His laugh was detached. “No wonder you have such an outfit. Midnight gothic. Very hot topic chic of you.”

Really? She looked like she was a child playing dress up? She wanted to say something, she really did, but she held back for now. Now wasn't the time, maybe later or another night, but she wasn't pleased with it.
"Senshi of vampires I said....and vampires do tie into bats." She answered, feeling a bit upset that he'd killed one of her summoned bats with his bare hands. It didn't matter, at the moment, that they were only magic and far from real living creatures. They were hers, sort of, and he had just killed one with ease.
"I didn't get to pick my outfit and you could say the same about yours. You look like Dracula...or some other vampire....at least you don't glitter - I hope." Like Edward Cullen and Twilight...that was where she was going with that. Those, as far as she was concerned, were not vampires and the movies were creepy. She had watched them with a friend who had fallen in love with the books and had dragged her to the movies, well all but the first as she hadn't known what she'd been agreeing to.
"Now...are you actually going to fight or is your way of fighting me by insulting an outfit I didn't get to pick?" Because if she'd been given some choice, somehow, she would have picked something a bit more practical and far nicer in appearance. This...well the colors sort of worked, aside from the yellow, but the style was just...a bit much.

Alright, fine. If that was how annoying she wanted to be, dragging out this whole... vampire thing? Not that he was doing much to dissuade her. "Vampires and bats are cliche. But then, that is sort of what senshi are I suppose." Vlad almost thought he shouldn't but, it was a bit ironic and too good to resist. "And yes- I'm aware of my own uniform. Want to know the name granted to me upon my recruitment?" The scabbard summoned, He brandished it with as cruel a smile as he could. "Vladimirite." He lunged, aiming to strike her in the chest.

Cliche? How were senshi cliche? How were senshi cliche? And if they were so was the Negaverse, knights and everyone else involved. This whole time was cliche she supposed, something you could find in a tv show or a book, or some poorly written story by a bored teenager in school at lunch. There had been some girl in her school, who had lunch when she did, who wrote little stories during lunch. She'd only found out because the girl had been teased over it, and she'd felt bad for her but hadn't been able to step in and help.
Pausing, and not at the best of times, when the other gave his name she was caught off guard by the drawn weapon that struck her in the chest and sent her backward and onto the ground gasping for air. The sudden surprise of the attack, and the force of it, had knocked the air out of her lungs. She was sure she would have a hell of a bruise there also, maybe more as well? She wasn't sure but the area hurt for damn sure, no way around that.
From her place on the ground she was able to shift and move around, despite all the layers of ruffled dress, and sat herself up. Well, that hurt.
With one shoe having twisted a bit, and her heel being partially out of the shoe, she went ahead and removed the shoe...and threw it at him.

He laughed when she fell, skirts ruffling out around her. Really, it was funny seeing them go every which way. Then- "Oh my god-" The shoe hit his arm as he protected his face, laughing. "-Now it's like a Jane Austin novel- Shall I be a not yet redeemed Mr. Darcy? Whisk you away in some kind of gothic horror romance? Come on, even you've got to admit, this is ironically funny." He grinned, feeling a bit cruel. "Not that I would object to our little fight going towards that end."

Huffing she was shocked by his comment. Someone who read such a book? Well that was interesting, and unexpected, but she replied anyway though that was only after some moments of silent staring at him with wide eyes.
"Is that admitting attraction?" She questioned with a raised brow. "Mr. Darcy?" She added with something between a smirk and a smile before standing and moving to fix her skirt. "Or are you just trying to ruffle my feathers? And yes...this is a bit cliche to be honest." The last bit going against the previous bits, breaking character in a way perhaps. But it was honestly rather cliche, something you'd see in how many movies and books and tv shows. It was typical really.
"Or are you just desperately in need of such attention?"iStoleYurVamps I do hope, if you are still going to purify him(I think you mentioned once the plan to), that he remembers this. ::giggles::

The fight was over, she didn't know how she'd gotten away, but she had, and now she was making her way home as quickly as she could. She'd put down a good deal of distance before finding a place to hide and power down, she didn't need to be followed home.
The cab ride home, because she had stopped a cab on the way, was worth the money. She was tired and needed time to think and she needed to get away from that officer. It wasn't like she thought he'd follow her, though he might, she just didn't like lingering around.
