Leon
Collin still couldn't really believe that he was in love with, and dating the girl of his dreams. He didn't know it that first day they meet..he was sleep deprived and trying to do his art project for college. Kaiya had simply dumbfounded him, and he..like a silly fool and tried so desperately to make her the art subject of the day. Of course, he'd come off as a little weird, and creepy and he'd felt bad for it. He made up by bringing her coffee the next day, the very same one he'd interrupted her drinking the day previous, and as an apology, offered to take her out to lunch.

That had been some months ago, and what started out as them hanging out..eventually lead to their friendship evolving into a closeness Collin had never shared with another before. He truly loved his best friend. She was serious, but her heart was made out of gold. She was caring and thoughtful.

In their time together he had graduated Grendel. He did concept work for a local film production for movies but kept up his art on the side just for the heck of it. Collin came home that afternoon...wondering what was on Kaiya's mind. His beautiful girlfriend was likely deep in the midst of some research or knowledge-based fact gathering. Collin slipped off his scarf as the Imp stretched. Peeking around, he was curious if she was home, if not he was going to make her dinner to surprise the other. "Kaiya~?" He called out. Collin felt his heart thud. Was it weird that he wondered what children of their mixed magic would look like? Collin wondered if he was thinking too far ahead, to soon..he really did care about Kaiya, and wanted a family with her.

"Are you home love?" Collin called out a smile on his lips.

Hobo
Kaiya had the day off work but she was so close to finishing her project so... She brought her notes home and practically spend all day on it. Notes were everywhere in her office room as she dug through relative ones. She smirked as she looked at her magics genealogy. "Fascinating!" She called out to herself, moved some other papers and accidentally knocking over her picture frame. She then moved to pick it up, sitting down and smiling softly as she touched it.

The picture was of her and Collin, the love of her life... Though it didn't start out very good, he had proven himself to be exactly what she needed in her life. He was so kind and gentle... Selfless and endearing... Kaiya really admired him. She smiled again as she thought of the day that the picture had been taken. It was during one of Collins date nights he had put together in his apartment. The food was a disaster but it was obvious he had tried. Besides, the best part was when he accidentally flicked paint on her and then they had a paint war.. luckily it was in his painting room so the mess was alright. It was a lot of fun; the most fun she had in a long time.

Kaiya sat down the picture frame then looked to her notes. She wondered what Collins genealogy looked like... And.. what their children's would be. Would they have his eyes and smile? Her cheeks flushed as she pushed her notes away. It was definitely too early to discuss children... Right?

She looked at the clock, jumping out of her seat. It was so late already!! Collin would be home soon and would be upset she'd forgotten to eat again today! Kaiya frantically moved to the kitchen, starting a pot of water to boil water. She yanked out some noodles and veggies. She cute the veggies then started them in a pan to saute. As she put the noodles in the boiling water, she heard Collin open the door and call out to her. "In the kitchen." She replied, relieved it looked like she was slaving over dinner rather than psychotically working on her project.

Leon
Collin looked around as he moved through their shared home. His eyes flickered to the table. Oh, she was certainly deep in some project... he was tempted to peek but knew she liked her privacy. He was likely going to hear all about it.. it was better to get it straight from the source anyway. The Imps ears twitched slightly as he picked up noise. As he passed by.. he thought he noticed a picture in a frame.. but in that moment he was caught by the site of her. How could he not be? She was so sure of herself, and carried herself with pride it made her positively radiant. Children with her grace and smarts would be something, wouldn't it?

She was rushing around the kitchen...trying to look busy. He smiled softly unable to help it. The way she commanded the kitchen was a world beyond his skills. He could barely make eggs...but he tried to learn for her. He didn't want Kaiya to feel like she had to do everything. Lost in the moment he had a happy expression on his face.

Moving closer to her he pressed a kiss to her lips as she turned around. He rested a hand on her hip as he greeted her with a smile. "Hey, beautiful." He murmured against her lips before backing off to let her do her thing. Going to set his bag down he eased himself into a seat close by turning to face her. His tail twitched with excitement. "It smells really good~ how was your day Kaiya? I know you were off but knowing you... did you find a fascinating subject to research?" Collin inquired as he tilted his head.

He got off his butt to get plates and drinks ready. Collin was nervous..he wanted to talk to Kaiya about kids..but what if she didn't want them?

Hobo
Kaiya turned into a kiss, returning it as she smiled. "And welcome home to you handsome." She told him, turning off the stove as she turned to him. Not much got by Collin these days, he definitely knew her and her antics. "Ah, yeah... Brought my work home as usual." She gave a sheepish grin before looking way more confident and passionate. "It's just so intriguing to look at magic and how genomes are past down." She moved to serve the two of them then leaning into Collin to kiss him. She smiled to him, blunt as always. "I decided that I want kids... With you." She moved to sit in his lap and eat her food, letting it sink into Collins mind as he was likely shocked she asked first. She knew Collin wanted them, he talked in his sleep and to give him what he wanted... She made kids sound exciting.. through biology!

Swallowing her food, she looked to him. "So, what do you think? Will you help me with my science project?" She teased, smiling to her little artist imp. "Create a masterpiece?"

Leon
Collin truthfully felt like he was the luckiest Imp. He had truly been blessed by the Nine! How else would he have Kaiya in his world? It sunk in as she turned to him with that sheepish look on her face. He couldn't help the smile that formed. Courtship for their race was by nature generally very straightforward and affectionate. He was no different, they had been quick to form a friendship that became something more. Collin had tried to be bold for his gal..but he knew all he really needed to do, was be himself.

Chuckling softly he looked amused. "I figured, I didn't look...I know you like telling me about your work." His eyes twinkled with curiosity. His eyes widened as she mentioned how fascinating magic and one's genomes were when passed down. Collin felt his heart begin racing. He let her sit close as he nuzzled into her..still trying to process her words. They were like magic...and then some. "Y..you...and I..." He whispered in awe as he took a bite of her delicious food...slowly chewing to take it all in.

His eyes welled up as he hugged her to his chest, the artist couldn't help tearing up. Children of his and her magic..?! Of course! "I will help you create a masterpiece all the realms will envy Kaiya...I love you, so much." He whispered softly, his cheeks flushed again.

Hobo
Kaiya smiled, "I love you too, Collin." She replied, scarfing down her food and drink. "Come on! I have some things I want to pick out.. and we will need to.." she paused, his eyes widening. "Get.. rid of my office." She groaned, looking back to Collin. "I don't want to." She practically whined. Then the best idea came to mind. "Oh!... How much money is in your savings?" She asked. She knew she had a nice chunk of money put away so maybe this was doable. "...I think we should buy s house. I have more. Than enough for a down payment... And most the furniture... If you have enough to fill the house with what we need for kids... And food... And stones... And have us not struggle. Then I think that's our best option." She explained

Leon
Collin finished up his food, wolfing it down as it was delicious. Sighing in content he sipped on his water as he licked his lips in contemplation. Their apartment had been perfect for the two of them, but his lady made a perfect point. She needed an office...and the children would need rooms! He had his art studio, so he was good either way. It was an absolute must she was happy. His eyes widened as she groaned, realizing just how much her office space meant to her. "I don't want you to either." He confirmed, before going quiet thinking. "I am actually doing okay with savings, I have a good amount tucked aside. Remember that convention? A lot of commissions came in from that I wasn't expecting, I was able to get ahead and then some." He grinned, proud of himself as he had kept it as secret...building on it for the day when he and she would begin a new chapter in their life. Now was the time.

"So I think that will be doable, show me what you planned to...oh I'll have to ask Mum about our family genealogy I'm sure you want a copy~" He knew her, her work would be incomplete without it. Their masterpiece...would be simply a work of art. He could envision children with mixed markings and fluffy little tails scampering about. It made his throat tight with pride.

Hobo
Kaiya smiled brightly, "Well... Let's go look at some houses then. I say...a six to eight bedroom house so we have plenty of space. We can build a side room that can be as messy as you want with all your paints." She told him. "And of course a teleport spot.. hmm... And one of the spare rooms could be a playroom." She mused out loud.

Another smiled crossed her face, "Really? She'd give me a copy! I bet I could almost map out what our kids will look like with that data.' she said excitedly.

Leon
Collin couldn't believe his ears. He felt like he was in a dream...and she was the focal point. His smarty, beautiful Imp was simply incredible. She was already formulating plans...when all he could see what was right in front of him. His heart swelled with love and joy. "I'm game to house hunt!" He looked perplexed. On his own, he'd never have been able to do something like that. She was talking about SO many rooms! Of course, all of them would have a purpose. "That means we can save without the studio too." He mentioned, not minding it as long as he had a workspace. "Ohhh yes I agree, a playroom would be wonderful." His cheeks flushed, he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

Nodding to his lover he looked thoughtful. "Yup. I'm sure she will, she has a big binder that has our family tree, I remember seeing it as a kid." He replied. "Ahhh! Kaiya don't you want to be surprised?" He teased, as he knew she hated being blindsided by the unknown. Sliding his arm around her waist he pulled her to his side to hug as he kissed her forehead. "Come on, we have a lot ahead of us don't we." He murmured, sighing happily.

Hobo
Kaiya was actually excited? Wasn't this supposed to be for science? Clearly it meant more to her as she felt her heart pound excitedly. "A... Whole... BINDER!?" There was no hiding her enthusiasm as she grabbed her jacket. Oh yeah... A surprise. "Oh. Hmm... I guess you are right.. I'll run the tests and program and look after they are freshlings, okay? Then I can compare data and analy--" she felt Collin hug her and kiss her forehead. She was out of hand sometimes but he never ever questioned it. She smiled softly, nuzzling into him. "Okay. You're right. Should we look online first?" She more stated as she tugged him alone to go house hunting.
