Hobbies:
Weight Training – Lia is a big girl, and that's in part due to the fact she lifts, bro. Lia likes to keep the utmost fit and develop strength. Plus, lifting and training helps to burn that excess energy she has, and the fact she likes to eat a lot of food. Weight training also lends itself to her other hobby, which is participating in Destiny City's Highland Games.
Highland Games – Though she isn't Scottish, Lia loves to celebrate the culture. She is an active participant in the Highland Games, not only to show her love, but also to show off how good she is at competing. This is where her weight training comes in handy, as she excels at the different categories in the games. Her favorites are Caber Toss and Weight Throw.
Trainspotting – Since Destiny City is in a prime spot, many trains roll on through, and Lia loves to look. She's inspired by trains since they were the work horses of modernizing early America, and makes the effort to read up on and track different trains and containers that roll through the city. She's apart of an online community that's active about discussing which train is heading their way or leaving.
Virtues:
Compassionate – She has a big heart, and will often go out of her way to help someone out, even a stranger, if they're down on their luck. She feels that there's no excuse to ignore someone in need, especially when she's in a position to help. Her deeds extend from being an ear to a troubled soul, to changing someone's tire on the side of the road.
Brave – Like her favorite animal, Lia isn't afraid of much. She'll charge head first into danger, especially if someone's at risk. Even if the situation looks poorly in her favor, she'll charge.
Flaws:
Confrontational – Lia doesn't leave much up to speculation. If she thinks you're saying something, or if she thinks what you're doing is wrong, she will be in your face about it. Most people try to avoid confrontation, but she's all up in it.
Domineering – Even with the best of intentions, Lia can still come across as too much. Here's her way and it's the best way, so you should be doing it. Any other way? Probably not going to work. So don't be wrong, just do it her way and be right the first time.

Congrats on obtaining Lia! I'd be lion if I said she wasn't adorable.
She looks good to me; I'll toss out an obligatory reminder (since you're doing her art) that Lieutenant weapons are considered non-lethal, so a blunt (like you stated) or useless letter opener would be acceptable, but not one that could be utilized as a weapon at that stage.
