Win that ---!! It’s glorious… It’s huge and ridiculous and you just gotta have it. Honestly, you don’t even know what it is, but it has your name written all over it! Luckily for you, you already have a pocket full of tickets and the line to play is empty. The only thing standing between you and that wonderful and majestic thing is a game or two… You are confident and Just KNOW that thing WILL be yours! Hopefully.
Luckily, today December was prepared! He had a whole wad of dollars to spend, and he already bought a whole roll of tickets for the two of them to spend while they went out and about at the glorious fair that was taking place. Well, they would once they met up, anyway. He had gotten distracted, as was the norm, and lost track of time, putting him more than a few minutes late to where he was supposed to meet Boon-nam. No worries though, he was SURE he was going to be forgiven! Probably.
It didn't take long to find the glasses wearing boy, and as per the norm December practically bounced right over to him, stopping just short of crashing into him and toppling them both over. That didn't stop him from grabbing the quiet boy's hands and giving them a squeeze.
"I'm sooooo so so sorry for making you wait so long! They had something that smelled so so good and I had to figure out what it was, but then I got distracted and saw a really cute duckling wandering about with a little ribbon on it's neck so I got that and made sure it got home safe to his mom, and then there was a cute toy and I stared at it too long, but then I finally broke away and here I am! You weren't waiting too long, I hope!" Of course he immediately fell into rambling, that slightly apologetic smile on his face as he did so. It wasn't until he finally stopped to take a breath that he realized... Maybe he shouldn't speak so quickly.
"I'm sorry!" He said again, this time slower and smiling directly at Boon. "I got distracted. Are you okay? Didn't have to wait too long?"

Another fair and this one wasn't so...themed, at least he didn't think it was. It certainly didn't seem to have a theme where as the last one was big on the cherry blossoms and them blossoming and a lot of the food was asian and other things going on were as well. This was...random things and very American he thought.
When December had mentioned it, via text, he'd been excited for the idea. Time to spend together, again, and doing something public and fun. He had no problems with this, thankfully he had the money to enjoy the fair, and he was prepared as he arrived and headed towards the meeting spot. Waiting was...difficult, there was the smell of food...some of it good and some of it too...stomach churning. Some of the food smells didn't smell good at all.
When December arrived it wasn't a surprise that the other had such energy, and nearly toppled them both. "It's ok. Very excited to see me are you." Smiling he ran his fingers through the smaller males white hair and ruffled it up. Taking in everything the other said, and not understand it all, he shook his head and smiled. "Food or toy first?" He asked, referring to two of the things December had mentioned in that whole long, and rather quickly worded, description of things.
"Not long. Lets go. Fair looks fun." Reaching out to take one of the others hands with his own.

"Oh, I'm always excited to see you!" It was true, December really did love coming out to see any of his friends, but there was something especially exciting about being around Boon-nam. Probably the fact that there was just so much they could teach each other and December normally wasn't on the teaching side of things. No, he was just always messing things up and getting lectured... Not with Boon though! He was always patient with the rather spazzy young man, and didn't seem bothered at all by how often he screwed up, and it was just one of the many reasons why he really really enjoyed being with him... And thought about him more than he normally thought about anyone. It was pleasant, for sure...
When his hand was taken back, December actually felt his cheeks redden just a little bit. Why, he wasn't sure, but having Boon's hand in his own made him just a little happier.
"Let's get the toy! I really really really want it!" Without waiting for an okay, he tugged Boon right along, taking him straight to the game stand that housed the toy he wanted. It wasn't incredibly big, but it was very round, sorta like a really roundish teddybear with a pair of glasses and the tiniest of bowties. "See? It's really, really cute, and I think it'd really make my room cozier... I think we just need to get knock over some cans! Wanna give it a try?"

He wasn't surprised when the other tugged him along, and while he could get free he didn't, Boon-nam let himself be pulled along and ignored the look some woman gave him after he nearly was pulled right into her. It wasn't his fault and he didn't care if she wanted to give him some dirty look, that was her issue not his.
When they did arrive at the game booth he took the time to inspect the bear before nodding. he wasn't sure on the quality of it but he wouldn't deny the other something he wanted. "Alright. Will try and win for you." He would try but he wasn't sure he'd manage it, he really wasn't. But he'd try for December. "Then food?" He asked, wanting to make sure the other ate, he always seemed hungry and he wanted to take care of him.
"How much for game?" He asked, looking to the booth worker. Already he was reaching for the money he had, ready to fork over what he needed to in order to play.

The woman they bumped into was offered a quick 'sorry!' and an apologetic smile, but that was all. He was still too excited to let her sourness ruin his day, and when they arrived at the stand hew as all but hopping around.
"Nooo, no, it's okay, I can pay for it myself!" From his pockets he pulled out the tickets they needed, the whole small roll he bought, and pressed half of the tickets into Boon's hand. "And I can play for you too. I don't want you to pay for everything all the time, you know? It's not fair." No pun intended, but it was true... December didn't want to be the kinda friend who just mooched off of his friends.
"Sure! Snacks afterwards, but uh... I'm not too hungry right now. I just wanna spend time with you and win that bear. So lets do our best!" December handed over some of the tickets and began to toss the balls he was given at the the tower of cans. Of course, he was as awful as ever at the game, as he was at so many things, and it didn't take long for him to run out of tickets.
"Oh... Ah well... I guess I'm not supposed to have the toy... Shucks.."

Boon-nam on the other hand had taken the offered tickets, and gotten his own just as back up, so he could try and win the toy for his partner. This was supposed to be fun and he knew winning would put a smile on the others face...so he had to try and he had to win really. As he tossed balls he tried to keep that in mind, even as he watched the other door poorly.
"Food after we win." He was determined to win for the others sake, he wanted to see him smile. It wasn't until the other was out of tickets, and upset, that he threw a ball rather hard...hard enough to topple the cans. "Pick." He said noting the knocked down tin cans and the booth worker looking at him fort an answer on what he wanted.
"You're choice." He knew what December would pick and he was ok with that, he wanted the other to pick and be happy, These toys meant nothing to him but it meant something to the other. "Then food....want you well fed. Dinner with me - home after fair." Already he had a plan for the night in mind. "Movie or tv also." He added in with a smile.

It seemed like he just wasn't going to win against Boon-nam and the whole food thing, so December only nodded and watched him play. For a little while he thought he wasn't going to be able to win that fluffy and round toy, and that was fine! What mattered was that they were there, together, enjoying the evening.
BOOM! There it was! All the cans were knocked over and the next thing he heard was Boon-nam telling him to pick a toy. Of course he picked the thing and hugged it close to him, nuzzling into it's surprisingly soft fur and decent quality stuffing. For a fair prize, it was pretty good quality, which made him love it even more.
"AHH!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Ahhhh, I'm so happy!" he couldn't help but squeak in delight, hopping around from one foot to the other while clinging to his newly won toy. It would be such a wonderful addition to his barracks, softening the otherwise dark, hard look with it's fluffiness and the memories that came with it.
"Huh...?" At first it didn't quite register what Boon had asked of him, his mind too preoccupied with the new toy. When it did, he made a little bit of a face, not upset, simply confused.
"Are you sure...? I don't have any extra clothes... Will your aunt and uncle be okay with me there? I mean, yes! I wanna stay with you, but is it okay...? It's short notice..."

"Won't mind a friend over." He answered, happy to see the other so excited over the stuffed toy he'd won him, he was smiling as December bounced about from foot to foot and even squeaked - which was cute. Did December know how cute that was? Boon-nam doubted the other had a clue...which made it cuter really.
"Can borrow bed clothing of mine." Though it might be a bit big on the other...it would work, he was sure it would. Bed clothing was just that - bed clothing. It didn't matter what it looked like or how it fit...so long as it did the basic job...right?
"Let's go get some food...hungry also." And the other always was interested in food, which honestly had Boon-nam worried about the other. Why was he always hungry when they went to spend time together? There were a few odd feelings he got around the other, though he wasn't sure on it all, he worried for the smaller...and wanted to make sure he was well taken care of. He would keep the other living with him if he could, he really would. He just didn't want to rush that. But he would, soon, talk to his aunt and uncle about December and see if a friend could perhaps move in...

It was strange, really... That feeling of warmth welled up in his chest at the offer, and how insistent his friend was.. It wasn't the first time he had been offered to stay the night at someone's house recently, but for some reason, it felt harder to say yes this time. He hesitated for a moment... Unlike the last person who asked him, it felt so much harder to be willing to put any sort of inconvenience upon Boon-nam... They were friends, yes, but they didn't feel all that close yet...
Then again, the first step of being close was to hang out in a more personal space than just parks and food places.
It took a moment, but eventually December nodded, that wavering smile finally taking a full hold on his freckled face.
"Okay! Okay, I'll spend the night! I'm sure it'll be alot of fun!" While he wasn't exactly hungry, he'd go on with Boon, linking his arm with the other boy's and gently tugging him away from the game stand. "Do you have anything in mind? There's also rides to do... And uh... Alot more games. I want to have fun with you, New. What do you want to do? It can't always be about me."

December took his time in answering, making the other unsure of his offer. Should he have not offered? He thought it would be a good way to spend more time together, to get to know each other better. He knew language was an issue, but it was something he was slowly trying to work on. It wasn't easy learning English though, it wasn't the easiest of languages.
"Should be fun. Can rent movies, or watch tv." And dinner and snacks...really whatever was available to them, he wasn't one to deny a friend things especially when they were staying over his home - he was a good host.
Pulling the other, gently, against his side he nodded his head - that was true. "Games are fun. You know rules better than me...for games." Since they would be in English and he might not understand, or read, them properly. "Can help me make sure not to play wrong?" He was hopeful of what at least, he did want to have fun. It would be hard to have fun if he couldn't play the games or if someone got mad at him for making some sort of mistake, which he didn't want to do.

"I honestly think anything we do together, I'll be happy with. I just really miss being around people. Being around you." He'd admit, he was a little mushy today, but it made him happy to know that someone really wanted him around.
With New pulling him so close, December grinned, turning instead to fully pull the man into his arms for a hug.
"You know... I think I'd be happy to just go home now with you. I think there's things we can do at home together, right? Would you like that? We can just hang out without all these other people. It's loud here anyway."

"Maybe more food...home then?" He suggested, really wanting to have more food at home for them when they got there. If they were going to spend time together they might as well have food, something they didn't need to make or order and wait for. But, he did wonder, what they would do when they got to his place. He didn't want to think ahead, and presume things, but he was content with just December in his arms.
"Can go once more food." Placing his chin atop the others head, hoping the white haired male would agree with the idea. It would be nice to get some food, already made for them, to go with them.
"Games another time - fun games somewhere." They could do something another time, something with games. It meant there would be more times spent together between them, something which Boon-nam liked the idea of very much.

"Yeah, sure... That sounds like a great idea! Food, and then more food, then back to your place! Something not fair food. Some real food! Some veggies!" All of that sounded amazing compared to the greasy nonsense that surrounded them. No matter how good it smelled, he just knew that his stomach would be mad at him for trying to eat any of that.
December lingered closer for just a little while longer, enjoying Boon Nam's warm embrace, then wiggled free, taking his hand to pull him towards the exit of the fair.
"Let's go, let's go! I'm super super excited to see where you live!!"
